price After trying to for 30min to get a hot shower I gave up. I told the hotel manager who then proceeded to check the hot water in the hotel from a running sink in the lobby as if he didn't believe me. He then apologized but it wasn't sincere and did not even offer to provide any form of compensation. When I arrived to inform him of this, he was on the phone walking around the lobby on a personal call speaking Indian while another woman, that looked like his wife, was eating breakfast. I had to wait for him to finish his personal phone call in another language. These managers need some customer service training big time.
