My room had no view but this hotel is always full I would book earlier next time.

Please can you change the coffee machine? We have stayed with you several times and it just isn't fit for purpose. It's too slow for the volume of residents and is very temperamental. This is the only thing we don't like. Other than that , it's a brilliant hotel
