aprtament perfect for 2 small for 4. Very close to the sea, 3 min walking. The bathroom very small
Great location and relaxing atmosphere. Hotel facilities were fantastic and rooms comfortable and clean. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Would definately recommend and looking forward to going back.
Hi, spent just one night at the Aparthotel Castrum Novun. But we will definately come back! Very friendly staff, super clean, quiet and direct on the beach. Very good breakfast, tasty scrambled eggs:)The manager of the hotel was so kind to follow us to the airport even though we had own rental-car. Would reccomed this hotel to families, friends on holiday, older people, small firm conferenses. The town is small but cosy, it is not a party place for young people.
This is a wonderful hotel!!! We (family with 2 adult kids) stayed there for just 2 nights and were sorry we could not stay more. The staff is friendly and helpful. The rooms are big and the apartment is very comfortable. The location is on the lagoon splendid place. Perfect place for relaxing and have vacation. No
Rooms are confortable and extremely clean! Nice smell in the room and in the hall. Equipped kitchen. Everything clean and no weird odors from the fridge! Staff and owners were amazingly friendly and nice. In fact, they made our experience much more special and valuable sharing great details about local history. The hotel is located in a nice place with view to the sea bay. 100% reccomendable! Breakfast was a bit poor.
Excellent apartment with sea view, quite place (30 km from Zadar). People were excellent, nice food. Perfect for everybody.
The views over the water and the relaxed attitude of the people of Novigrad made our stay most enjoyable. If returning to Croatia we would almost certainly visit Novigrad again.
EXCELLENT FOR VALUE!
spacious, clean, modern apartment with nice sea view. Sports equipment included- Would have loved to use the Kayaks if more time/better weather. hard to find, Novigrad is going through some seafront redevolpment so hopefully will be better signposted within town eventually.
Castrum Novum is on a quiet en lovely location direct by the sea (inland basin). Swimming possible direct in front of hotel. Novigrad is a small fishing village recuperation from the war 90-95. Few shops and activities. Hotel has scandinavian partners, so tv carries scandinavian channels, Appartement with balcony on seaside recommended. Staff is kind and serviceminded.
The hotel was very clean, the staff friendly and the breakfast good. The rooms could do with modernization. The hotel management had a lot of rules for the guests.
A welcoming personal service from friendly family based hotel. Simple accomodation and breakfast but perfectly adequate. Beautiful sea views and balconies. Good bus service and easy walk to local restaraunts.
the best family hotel i ever stayed, warm meeting, pleasant, very helpful.
Nice friendly owners and staff
The staff were organised, friendly and obliging. The room was perfect for our requirements and good value for money. The whole building was spotlessly clean and breakfast on the terrace was a lovely relaxing experience.
friendly people,. big balcony, easy parking proximity to the airport i suppose breakfast was a bit basic, bread and cheese, but i rarely eat breakfast anyway.
Hotel was clean, there was a breakfast and it was near the sea. Owner is a bit grumpy. Hotel is old, price is too high for what u get. No airconditioning.
It was family run and very friendly.
Very friendly people. The accommodation is quiet and comfortable. The shower water pinks like needles, and there's no way to adjust.
Maybe the price is a little bit dear. Far enough from restaurants and shops.
Close to beach and local town center, but 20 minutes away from Zadar. far away from Zadar
The hotel was close to the sea and the town center. The room was clean and had everything we needed (small balcony, fridge, tv). I would say it was a bit too expensive for what it was. But it was probably as we had been there in main season.
beautiful hotel. room was spacious and clean. only a short walk to the water and the centre of town. and a lovely hostess.
Good stay in Biograd n/M but only for one night. The whole city and beach is crowded not good for long relaxing stay for me.
Bring something against Mosquitos!
It was really great experience. Very nice staff, helphul and English - speking. Good breakfast.
very nice hotel, value for money, staff v helpful and friendly, clean and nice decorated rooms. The owner picked us up from the airport. a bit noisy in the morning...
SIlent place, close to city center, big balcony, air conditioning, satellite TV. The hotel is newly built, very clean and nice. Very helpful and friendly staff. No internet in the hotel, but you can use free wi-fi in a cafe, just 2 minutes walk from the hotel. The neaest beach is in about 5 minutes walk. Rather poor breakfast, but it's still OK.
Very good. Nothing
The room, staff, facilities and very good location - 10 min walk from the beach. Internet connection and more plugs in the room
Location/food No night time activities. Music etc
We only stayed for one night before driving down the coast to our apartment.we chose the hotel because of its location to zadar airport and would definately stay overnight again .
The reception staff went to great lengths to be helpful. Breakfast comprised of orange squash, unchilled fruit with flies, stodgy croisants and pastries and a very tired warm buffet.
This hotel does definately not deserve the 4 stars! Apart the fact that the rooms are very small, especially the bathroom: Beds were not made, bathroom not clean, mini bar refilled only the second day. Personal very unfriendly!!
The restaurant should be renovated, very poor salad buffet, poor breakfast. Dusty chairs on the balcony..
A nice hotel with a good location in an attractive town in which to stay
one of the few positive things about the hotel is that it accepts dogs we did not like the smelly bathroom, the non-functioning internet, the high price, the industrial breakfast, the small parking area
Hotel is in a convenient location close to restaurants, good breakfast Room was reasonaby spacious, but not enough storage in room and bathroom. Towels very small.
hotel location, views, facilities, breakfast room was probably too cramped for 2 adults + 2 children
It is a simple, but nice hotel. Easily accesible. Sukosan is a good village to stay in if you want to visit Zadar or even Pag. Nice views. Very nice owners. Good and complete breakfast (excellent marmalade), in a nice porch. Some moskito bites during breakfast...! Not very good TV signal.
Very warm welcome by the owners.Nice place with very clean and comfortable rooms. This is our first time staying in this hotel. We absolute loved our stay and look forward to going back.
Big rooms, clean towels every day, close to the beach, pleasant atmosphere and nice breakfast
Very kind and helpful owners doing their best for the guests. Good location right in front of the sea and very close to Zadar. The room was clean and comfortable. We liked the private parking suc as the free WiFi.
Good breakfast. Very simple accomodation. Not for long stay.
The buffet breakfast and evening meal were good. The rooms were generally ok, although there were problems with the shower and noise. It was very noisy - for some reason, they played loud music in the corridor all day until about midnight. There was also a lot of noise coming from the promenade nearby. Water leaked from the shower cubicle, making a huge puddle in the bathroom. This made washing very awkward, since the bathroom was very small. They charged extra for the balcony; this extra expense was not worthwhile, since you got the same view from a similar room without a balcony. The car park was very crowded, making it difficult to find a parking space. Overall, it was somewhat disappointing.
The room had a nice balcony with a great view. Very very close to the beach (just cross the walking). There is a very nice bar with runs loud music until 1 am. If you plan to sleep early you should avoid this hotel.
Tasteful decor. Well designed en suite facilities, and very comfortable bed. Helpful staff. Easy access to seafront. Pleasant outdoor, heated pool. Attractive sun-bathing areas. Family-friendliness. Good breakfasts. Punches above its three-star rating. Shortage of storage space in room. Rooms & balconies a bit small. No safe deposit in rooms, but reception will allow use of hotel safe at no cost.
pool, bed bar breakfast fnished too early lack of food available
Hotel Adriatic is stylishly designed and offers clean, comfortable rooms. The hotel's outdoor facilities are very poor. The pool area is extremely small with only a handful of sun loungers and the rest of the outdoor space is a bar. As the outdoor bar, which plays surprisingly loud music, is open until 1am, there is no possiblity whatsoever of sleeping before this time. A comfortable, but certainly not relaxing, location.
breakfast Very loud music till 12 in evening at seaside, isolation not enough. Parkside the same with a fair every day and even worse music. Room very small, especially bathroom. No balcony, so no place to hang towels. Small terrace at swimming pool with only 6 chairs. Biograd itself 1 big fair, no authenticity. Absolutely no value for money (especially in high season).
We loved everything...can easily say that would recommend and go there again !!!
Great location, friendly staff. Good breakfast provided and Biograd is a lovely lively town to stay in - comes to life at night and lots to do for young kids. Parking a little difficult if the hotel is full as car park fills quickly.
Beautiful hotel, great beach and bars, nice rooms location too far from cities, very touristy
I liked the design and the closeness to the sea The music in the bar at night. It could be more relaxing.......and not so stressing disco. It is a relaxing hotel, and the music should go with it.
The staff was friendly and helpful, and spoke English fluently. The rooms were cleaned 3/4 nights and every room has a spectacular view of the Adriatic Sea and the island of Pašman. You can jump directly into the sea, and swimming is very private because the hotel is located in a small town, far away from the large crowd of tourists. The breakfast buffet was not spectacular, but good overall. Dinner prices were fair, as is the case everywhere in Dalmatia. The mattress of our bed was extremely hard, so we didn't sleep well and were very sore in the mornings. Our towels weren't changed once in the entire 4 nights we were there, although I'm sure we would have gotten clean ones if we had asked for them. A small refrigerator/minibar in the room would have been a plus. As mentioned in other reviews, you need a car to get around, because the hotel is 20km away from both Zadar and Biograd.
I really liked this hotel, everything was very good.
A first class family run hotel. Delightful people, superb location, excellent food. The hotel was spotless and the location superb. The most relaxing part of the whole holiday. Perfect! The coffee!
Very nice and helpful owner and hotel staff. Good location to visit Zadar, Pag, Sibenek and surroundings. Good restaurant.
great staff, good food, excellent location for relax and enjoy the see.You would need a rental car to get around.
Great service. The members of the staff are kind and nice. It was a good start in a long trip in Croatia. All is positive. Special thanks for the managers who helped us through touristic information.
The stuff was very kind of us. There was not.
English-speaking and very polite staff, generous breakfast in front of the beach Limited air conditioning (it's impossible to set the room temperature below a certain point), window curtains unable to stop the morning light
Excellent setting, good breakfast, very clean room and very friendly staff.
Airco in the rooms, hotel has it own beach. Rooms are small
