It was very suitable for our needs, confortable and on the exit road to Toulouse
The position of this hotel is 3.5 km from the town centre and due to this you are restricted to the hotel fro evening meal unless you are prepared to drive the 15min to the town centre
Campanile hotels are value for money and usually are easily visible and accessible. Sometimes not well soundproofed
The value for money. The friendly and helpful staff. The awful plastic cups and 'glasses'in the room.
Desert menu in the restaurant - eat as much as you can :-) Far from the city centre.
The reception staffs attidude, the bookink was for a double bed non smoking, this had not been reserved. The shower head was broken and it still had not been replaced at the end of the day
Friendly staff. Good price related to the delivered services. Availability of wireless internet was great, however the speed of the network could be improved.
Restaurant on site Not enough towels no hair drier available from reception heating could not be regulated in room
The staff was absolutely wonderful! Not being able to walk into town
The location was perfect for our sightseeing. Air conditioning wonderful and so necessary. They took my disability into account and gave me an upgraded room with a walk in shower which was excellent. We enjoyed our evening meal in the friendly restaurant. Many stairs, but I managed.
conveniently situated no
The location was excellent. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We were very disappointed with the Restaurant meal. The food was main dish was bland and lacked imagination for the cost. The cheese course consisted of two cheeses and the Brie was not ripe. Over priced. The room was not sound proofed and looked onto a well. It was noisy and stuffy. The very small flat screen TV was hard on the eyes to view the onlyl English channel..............the BBC World Service.
the situation of the hotel is almost perfect, in the middle of the city of Auch. The room were spacious, clean and confortable. Maybe it was a little bit old-fashioned, i think that it needs some remodelation
well placed in town. Good food and service. Old fashioned charm. no reason not to like it. parking
helpful staff and fine food...the best! It was perfect
The restaurant was pretty good. The suite is wonderful even if it need to be clean up a little (carpet and sofa especially) The hotel should be clean up a little and a dedicate person should be placed at the reception
Excellent location, friendly, helpful staff, outstanding dinner cuisine, Very dated interior, so,so breakfast, poor lighting in room, carpet (royal blue) on floor, walls and ceiling ....
The beds were comfortable. The room was quiet. No kettle in the room. No proper shower ; only a showerhead over the bath. Breakfast, not included in the price was too expensive for us to choose it
This was a beautiful Chambre d´hote in the rolling countryside of Gers in Southern France outside the city of Auch. the room was big, comfortable and very clean with a very good bathroom attached. the family were extremely kind and instantly made me feel at home. I am very happy to recommend it and, if in the area again, will certainly stay there.
Fantastic owner, Excellent facilities especially for the kids, Peaceful location. Great views. hard to find good restaurants but the owner gave us some recommendations and they were excellent.
owners were very welcoming and made our stay most enjoyable.I would certainly return if the opportunity arose
owners are very friendly and try to do whatever they can
really great owners charming place .Bend over backwards to help If they had there own restaurant at night would be great but with only six rooms may be difficult
Very helpfull proprieter , nice pool A little dark and old fashioned
Secure parking. Friendly owners. No tea & coffee making facilities in the room. Poor selection for breakfast.
Lovely room overlooking the garden with lots of space. The owner was charming and humoured me by allowing me to speak only in French. Excellent breakfast
The staff were friendly and helpful. The parking was private and secure. The room was spacious. Noise from a room above kept waking me up in the early hours. As I appeared to be the only guest I concluded it must have been the owners living quarters.
Friendly if jokey service, good secure car parking, easily located in town centre. Quiet room at the back facing the nice garden and pool. Room a bit tired, breakfast a bit thin, some noise from someone running about the hotel in the evening.
The weather was great. The location to the centre of Marciac meant you did not have to use your car all of the time if you wanted to go off site., The lakeside location and a nice walk around it was very pleasant. The pool was clean very well presented and was in an excellent location.,There were not to many properties, The staff were friendly and the problem that we incurred was sorted out, which Perhaps the short hours reception is open, proved unhelpful to us. We could not hire a bike for the afternoon only, it also this led to us staying a night in another hotel, however they did resolve the issue and took note our comments. This was reassuring.
The lake was a great sucess. The pool was shut, and this was the main reason we booked it because of the children! It should mention this somewhere. Also, the accomodation was very small, and we needed to upgrade, as two rooms didn't mean two bedrooms - slightly misleading.
Excellent location, very helpful staff, great idea to have appartments and chalets with the facilities of a hotel no kettle or cups large enough for making tea
Nice room with separate toilet in room, new shower, being renovated, close to town.
The owners were friendly and attentive. The room was modern and comfortable for a business stop over. The hotel is situated on a corner of the N21, a main road with lorries passing througout the night which made sleeping with the window open difficult.
