Very helpfull staff.
Modern and clean The basement garage parking was increibly tight to get into and I only had a small car. The numerous scrapes and car paint on the walls was evidence of previous problems.
Excellent value and very nice people.
its location was ideal they removed the internet pc over night.
quiet and confort no
Good internet connection, quite good breakfast. Rooms were big and clean. We were happy to see good air-conditioning in our room. Location: there is nothing to see in the city and the beach is far enough.
Nice location , and very frendly enviroment The swimming pool it 's small without any space to relax
a very good hotel. good room, good bath, and good breakfast with enough choice of items
The hotel was easy to find on the main street through El Ejido. It is located very centrally so you do not need to use a car. There is a secure underground car park for a small charge. The room was very good, with blackout curtains to keep the heat out. Staff were very helpful but do not speak any English so you need to know some basic Spanish. The breakfast was excellent.
Very friendly staff and comfort atmosphere. We stayed on the 4th floor in a very good and big room with large balcony. There is no light on the balcony. In comparison with other 4* hotels, breakfast may be improved in assortment
The general apperance of the hotel and being local to the marnia Not having tea and coffee facilties in the room, unable to use rear entrance of hotel even though reported to reception told there was no promblem with our card/key also reported promblem with light in bathroom, guy came to look, but wife was using shower, asked if he could call back in 5 minunts but never saw him again, When we checked out there were drinks added to our bill that we had not had, these were deleted when we pointed this out,Apart from these minor things as we was only there for 2 days we did not let these bother us,would use the hotel again
The area and access to the beach. The gardens were spacious and were well looked after.
receptie staff very helpfull and friendly, Restaurant a bit less friendly
Was decorating and furnishing an apartment with some time to ourselves.Used the pool area a couple of times and enjoyed breakfast. No tea and coffee facility
it is a beautiful hotel inside and out I love the atria and the moorish effect I like to go back as often as I can nothing
The hotel feels calm and spacious. The buffet breakfast was very good, it was nice to start the day with a Bucks Fizz!
a great place will try the others in the Group of hotels The total layout
Everything The bar prices
Lack of tea making facilities in the room. We are English and do like our tea!
Nice spacious hotel and comfortable clean room, free internet accessible in your room, ideal for golfers at the adjoining course. The area around the marina was like a ghost town with so many unoccupied units and those that were or had been were all closed down,we could only find one restaurant to have a meal even the local chippy only opened once a week, our best night out was in the local branch of Mercadona buying food supplements.
The peace and quiet of the surrounding areas Nobody spoke any English except the receptionist. Everything was in Spanish, including the menu, and the waiter spoke no English at all. We chose off the menu blindly because we couldn't communicate.
the receptionist was friendly and very helpful and the food was good the room was not clean or properly serviced on arrival-no towels, bathmat or robes however this was quicklt rectified
the bedroom's size and confort
Very pleasant staff, clean rooms Quite far from the beach
Excellent value for money, clean and staff very helfpul & friendly
Central Location,Easy to Find,Good Parking.
did every thing says on lable. spot on for our needs.
Great shower, great air-con, room cleaned daily, good terrace/balcony for room 320, sun all day! Hotel convenient for supermarkets and shopping. Service excellent. Really nice, pleasant place. Only one person spoke English, but most guests were Spanish, no British people there during my stay. El Ehijo is like a Spanish New Town, undergoing massive development. Nearest beach is Almerimar 10-12 km away. Bus L1 gets you there in half hour.
Excellent Value for money but too far for walking distance and therefore need a car Nowhere in the area to eat & hotels menu not varied & quite expensive.
Good location for overnight stop. Clean, comfortable. Very late eating time for evening meal. Had been driving all day.Dreadful smell in & around room.
The room are clean. The restaurant serves good food and not expensive at all. Except the good food, the red wine de la casa is not drinkable (maybe just this bottle). The isolation between rooms are very poor, we can hear clearly what is happening next door, even when people switch off the light or snoring.
Nice hotel, good coking, wonderful surroundings, nice and helpful people in the hotel , interresting old town,
Very friendly staff, that made us feel at home right away. Room was functional and the balcony lovely. The food in the restaurant was excellent.
Very nice room, clean and comfortable. Nice balcony from wich it was possible to watch the nice mountains view. Nice staff, very kind. The resaurant meals are very good and cheap.
location, service, cleanliness, decor, everything about the place was lovely thank you no
Stunning location within Las Alpujarras among vineyards, almond trees and olive trees. Family run and pleasant staff. Good wholesome food. Reasonably priced.
Lovely situation with good views from the balcony. Very friendly & attentive staff. Good standard of meals. Excellent value Room was slightly smokey.
I don't know excactly what it is, but the hotels location, the wonderful owners, the atmosphere, makes this hotel the best place for us to stay, and overgoes the most expensive luxurious hotels for me, because of its authentic atmosphere. It is perfect for walks in the Alpujarras. We would love to come back
This was the most pleasant stay in all our trip in Spain. Even though it was not a very luxurious hotel, the personal attention we got from the owners was formidable. All rooms have balconies with exceptional views. We will definitely try to come back to the Almirez and stay longer next time. It takes only 40 minutes to nice beaches, if you want to combine both swimming and the relaxation in the mountains. There was nothing we did not like
Very well run and helpful staff. Beautiful location.
This family hotel was a real good Spanish experience. When booking a suite one expects some facilities as coffee making and a small fridge for room refreshments. A missed oppertunity.
Very friendly owners, very good food and for the one night we were there - very quiet. Nothing
