Staff was extremely helpful. Location. Great view. Tidy no fuss rooms. Price.
Wifi sucked. (plus it cost 9€ a day— they were apologetic and did make adjustments.)
Price, location, view, breakfast.
It was very warm in the hotel room. Too warm. The bathroom tub didn't drain well, and it was a hassle to get in/ get out of it. Concierge was not very helpful.
The Internet connection was not good. The speed was low and the connectivity was lost every now and then. To begin with, for a hotel like yours, it's already unacceptable that the Internet is not included in the price.
Location was great.... Loved the spa. The rooms are very comfortable.
No free internet.
The hotel location was good for seeing Berlin and the sights in the area. The bar was very nice and the young lady who entertained was very good.
The staff at the front desk were not helpful and gave us bad information on where to go in Berlin. I was disappointed because most hotels I have stayed at around the world the staff almost always gives great places to go to and see. Their advice on where to go and eat were less than what I would expect from a staff of a major hotel The consierge comments, that there were not many things to do in Berlin, was so disappointing. We found on our own, some great things to do and see.
Great location and tidy rooms.
Panorama terace was not worth the hype.
the Sunday brunch!
room was a little bit small - no much room between bed and desk
Location. Nice room but small, Great view
Quality of accesories, ie. towels, toilet paper, soaps and shower products. Also they charged guests to access their Panorama Terrace which is advertised as a positive point to the hotel, we found this a bit rude to say the least. Breakfast was expensive and there was no cheap option for my wife who doesn't eat much for breakfast
The toilet facilities are not satisfactory. It is a problem, that the toilet almost is situated in the middle of the room with poor privacy.
Clean room with great location.
The Internet access was very expensive. Restaurant was well furnished and great service but the food was a joke.
