S Bahn Savignyplatz, the 2 nearest U Bahn are - Ernest- Reuter Platz, and U Bahn Wilmerdorferstrasse.3 buses, one of which is a night bus so partying out all night you can still get home. Potsdam is also a straight 25 minute S-Bahn train ride. Quite a discovery as its has an air of being altogether another town than Berlin! Nearby is the Tiergaten another huge recreational complex with a renowned flea market on Sundays. A stone's throw away is the Wednesday and Saturday open air market with fresh produce, organic food and bakery items. For culture vultures, there is the A-trane jazz venue across the road from the pat, the Theater des Westens for light musicals, Philharmonie and Deutsche Oper for classical lovers - all close by!
