A simple, chain hotel that maintains high standards of cleanliness and service. The place is rather hard to find and the road it's on isn't in many GPS mapsets - Look for the retail park on the Bethune road and you'll find it.
Convenient stopover location. Practical. Light and pleasant. Secure car park No English language tv channel
Large comfortable bed. Great shower. Staff spoke English which is useful if your French isn't very good. Air con in bedrooms. Easy to get to. None really.
Comfortable modern room with good shower and separate toilet, nice restaurant next to McDonald and it get very busy so go early Dogs in restaurant!!! and Smoking in the rooms!!!
Good welcome from male staff.Other staff ordered taxi for us ok. The lack of any chair in the room or desk facility.I Pointed this out to staff. The room had a small stool which was completely useless.Hotel has wifi but nowhere in room, other than the bed for using laptop !
Friendly staff. Immaculate rooms. Good breakfast
The rooms were well designed with large and comfortable beds with good linen. The breakfast was copious with excellent coffee and hot drinks.
Comfortable modern room with good shower and separate toilet, Car park has electric gates which are closed through the night, The staff very helpful and spoke English Had problems finding as sat nav would not find it, But found gps. taken from the "Guide Inter - Hotel" GPS.Lat.N50.491111* / Long. e2.5750*
The price we paid was very good - if you get a great deal on the price then its worth while. There are lots of places to eat late at night at the hotel. Finding the hotel is a nightmare as the address given is miles from where the satnav takes you - locals told me loads of guests have this problem. The main problems are - the night porter seems to spend more time out the back smoking which means there is a wait if you want something. Other guests smoke in their rooms and the smoke pervades the gets out into the corridoors and your room.
Good no frills hotel ideal for a stop over Located on the edge of an out of town retail complex, and was very quiet at night. Helpful staff at reception and a modern styled room which was clean and comfortable
The room was spacious, clean and tidy. At the back there was a shed in which to lock my bicycle. There are several restaurants nearby. My booking was for a Monday night. This is the one day of the week when the restaurant on the ground floor is closed, and there was no member of staff on the premises to receive arriving guests and issue room keys. If you have booked to arrive on a Monday you will need to telephone the number displayed on the door, and may then have to wait for some time before someone comes along to the hotel to let you in.
Comfortable and quiet room. Not the hotel's fault but the chef was ill. A pity as the menu looked inviting.
No complaints at all
The staff were extremely helpful and clear about how to manage our stay.
The room was very well furnished. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, and the food was excellent. They had no baby chair in the restaurant.
The hotel was very stylish as in the photographs, very tastefully decorated and really worthy of a higher rating. The bedroom, though small was clean and comfortable with an en-suite with excellent shower and plentiful hot water. The breakfasts were the usual continental style, and although we did not have an evening meal other members of our party did and said it was delicious but novelle cuisine ie small portions. Well positioned for our short stay with shopping center and eating places nearby. An enjoyable experience, highly recommended. There is no bar or lounge area.
Silence, proprete, gentillesse du personnel
room clean and pleasant breakfast basic
clean modern rooms Security outside the hotel
The rooms were clean and tidy. The shower was hot The restaurant was closed on a Saturday night this was disappointing
Friendly and helpful staff. Modern, clean and tidy accommodation and facilities.
Nice atmosphere, lovely relaxing garden and excellent restaurant. Parking restricted if hotel is full.
Friendly and warm, typical of family type hotel.Very comfortable rooms and good value menu
The restaurant was good and, in room 11, we had a wonderful bathroom. A very attractive garden to look out on. Our beds were 'covered up' rather than made and the cover for one was just left on the floor.
Clean and comfortable rooms - the standard rooms have been upgraded since we last stayed so are even better. Good breakfast and friendly staff. Will be staying again next year.
The food was excellent
The unusual bungalow/chalet style of the rooms with the additional feature of the attractive gardens
Although the hotel is on the main street of the village, the rooms at this hotel are at the back in a single story extension alongside a long garden and hence very quiet. In summer you could sit outside your room and enjoy the evening air. The clientele appear to be mainly business people with a sprinkling of tourists in the summer months. The dining room is pleasant, the staff friendly and the food good at reasonable prices. There was a perfectly acceptable fixed price menu at 19 Euros for example. A good, authentic French small town establishment; seems well run. Off street car parking. Would certainly use again. No serious minus points. Some might object to the profusion of pine panelling in the bedrooms in the garden extension and the absence of an English language tv news channel.
Spacious modern studio style rooms were very comfortable and the evening meal menu varied and was good value. Location within walking distance but with on site free parking was really handy,
Friendly staff, good service. Rooms fairly basic but very clean and comfortable. All rooms are on the ground floor and have patio windows out on to gardens. Food is excellent and reasonable priced. Restaurant has 3 menus at 19. 27 and 36 euros. Good continental breakfast at small cost. Parking available Nothing
