Pros: Comfortable property. Good location close to both natural and historic attractions. Very informal interaction with owners, easy communications. Good meals.
Pros: The friendliness and the efficiency of the two young "managers" are extraordinary. They present breakfast, apero and dinner as if they wanted to get a Michelin star and most of all they do make you feel absolutely welcome and looked after. The quality - prize ratio is just as extraordinary.
Pros: The two nicest and most helpfull hosts in all of France. Beautiful location, excellent breakfast! Merci beaucoup! Katja and Michael
Pros: Very well appointed, and a peaceful location where you can relax in comfort. The breakfast selection was very good and everthing was freshly prepared.
Pros: Divine. The most genuine characterful place we have stayed in for our trip so far. Many features are restored faithfully but the house has a lovely warm modern liveability feel about it. Our hosts were very pleasant and the pool was perfect. Try to spend some time in the garden. Breakfast was huge and freshly baked.
Cons: It was perfect.
Pros: This was one of my favorite stays - the place was absolutely beautiful with a wonderful view. The breakfast was amazing and you can’t imagine how gorgeous it is behind the walls - beautiful decor. We were passing through last minute and so happy we chose this place. We picked up great little gifts for our family and local to the region. Stay here you will be so happy that you did! Great parking as well - everything renovated and clean.
Pros: We enjoyed a wonderful stay in this outstanding place. The buildings are stunning with exceptional views across the Ardeche and of mount Ventoux. Audrey and her husband were welcoming, kind and supportive with advice and suggestions. We had dinner which was absolutely fantastic and would highly recommend. Breakfast was also plentiful and had a varried choice including homemade bread and brioche. This place is not expensive so all the more surprising and enjoyable as it is four star quality. We will certainly return as the area is lovely and St Paul les Jeunes well located and perfect for cycling.
Cons: We couldn't stay longer.
Pros: Beautiful old building, super nice rooms, lovely stuff.
Pros: I like the room on the picture. I booked it because it's a fabulous breakfast. Regarding the breakfast I was disappointed. It was average French standard . For scrambled eggs I had to pay a supplement.
Cons: No direct access from the parking space. The Internet was not working. Absolutely required for business.
Pros: Beautiful views from every angel of the property. Very clean and comfortable room. Breakfast is freshly home made, very delicious.
Pros: Incredible view, beautiful renovation and a lovely host. This should have a much higher rating. We just wished we had stayed longer.
Cons: The double bed were two singles which was not the comfiest.
Pros: An amazing place with amazing hosts. Everything is done with love and it was hard for us to leave. If you look for a nicely designed, but yet cozy accommodation in a beautiful environment, this is the right place.
Pros: Excellent breakfast with a range of homemade local items such as the assortment of jams. Audrey and Sabastien provided an excellent evening meal on request. They were very knowledgeable and helpful with the local area and planning my days. The building is amazing and charming, completely renovated by them.
Pros: The warm greeting and reception, exceptional cleanliness, outstanding breakfast, delicious meals, value for money, delightful owners.

When you stay at La Seigneurie de Naves in Les Vans, you'll be in the historical district, just steps from Cévennes National Park and Monts d'Ardèche Regional Nature Park.
Pros: We had a very nice welcome of the ‘Lady of the house’. The room was like in a ‘dream’. Very good bed, nice bathroom, good breakfast.
Pros: The whole place was beautifully furnished and looked after. The garden and pool area were simply gorgeous and we loved watching the butterflies on the lavender and the swifts swooping and bats flitting around in the evening. Andre and Patricia were charming hosts.
Cons: There were quite a lot of stairs but the higgledy-piggledy nature of the old building was also part of the charm.
Pros: Fantastic restored stone building with loads of character. Sympathetic new shower/toilet. Large comfortable room and bed. Excellent breakfast and evening meal (made a special effort to be dairy free). Hosts very friendly and chatty.

Cons: It is filthy !!! .,...., What else can I say ! View?¿¿
Pros: Good breakfast. Beautiful building and grounds. Good size swimming pool. Great location
Cons: Maybe a wider choice of food for evening meals. However there are several excellent restaurants in the area, one within walking distance and several lovely places in Le Vans only 5 km away.
Pros: Very spacious room with good working airconditioning. (we had temps +30°c when we were there, so airco was life) Nice terrace and swimming pool. The woods (bois de païolive) in which the hotel is located are very nice to hike in, lots of rock formations. Breakfast and diner is oke.
Cons: The bed was too hard for me (shoulder hurts as i am a side sleeper)
Pros: Excellent and generous breakfast. Extremely well located and close to many local points of interest. Ample on-site parking. Swimming pool. Helpful and friendly hosts.
Cons: Overall amenities definitely not 3 star category. Outdated furniture. Sloooow wifi. Diminutive and unpractical bathroom, water lukewarm at best. Breakfast room needs a makeover.
Cons: No fridge and airco in the room.
Pros: Beautiful natural setting in old silkworm farm which has been turned into a lovely hotel. Such a relaxing setting with the pool and all the variety of seating which did not ruin the natural feel of the place with wild rugged surroundings of plants and birds. Staff were so welcoming and friendly. Food in restaurant was delicious and breakfast was one of the best we’ve had so far. Delicious home made yoghurt. Safe and secure place to lock our bicycles. We would have stayed more than one night if we had realised. Thank you We were cycling and cycled to Ruoms along the D252 - what a beautiful road!
Cons: Nothing it was perfect

Pros: A lovely place. Very considerate hosts and a fabulous revocation. Loved the pet friendly atmosphere. Breakfast was hand made by our host in the morning and was fresh from the oven! Best ever. Clever renovation lovely facilities.
Cons: Musty damp smell in the room. Bearing in mind it was fully rock walled and the lowest floor, this is to be expected. Could be a problem if you don’t like tunnels or caves.
Pros: the breakfast!
Cons: either I read wrongly or the photos were not clear about the accommodation. Thought rooms would be bigger

Pros: We went to this hotel because of the restaurant . The day before they told us the restaurant decided to close for the day. We would not have booked if we had known. Fortunately they sent us to a very good restaurant 10k drive away.
Cons: They closed the restaurant after they took our money for the reservation. We could not cancel at that point.
Pros: Very nice village.. excellent breakfast
Cons: Unfortunately the restaurant is not open on Monday night
Pros: Great breakfast, very nice staff, very comfortable room, luxurious bathroom, separate wc, and beautiful village
Cons: Face towels were removed by room staff after first day but weren’t replaced. Food in restaurant was ok but not as good as I would have expected given the high quality of everything else in the Auberge
Pros: Very comfortable bed with nice bedding, air conditioning, reasonable sized room, with an entrance hallway and large bathroom, all very smart.
Cons: The glass partition for the shower could have been a bit wider (even for disabled access) and then would not make the whole bathroom so wet...the restaurant food was expensive and not very good (we didn't have the breakfast)
Pros: The location of the hotel is great. It was very pleasant to sit on the terrace in front of the hotel. Banne is a beautiful small village. The hotel is very nicely decorated.
Cons: The pool isn't in the same building as the hotel, so you have to walk through a part of the village to access it. Although the food at the restaurant was good and the staff friendly, we had to wait too long to be served. The staff couldn't cope with the amount of people in the restaurant.
Pros: Beautiful setting. Modern rooms. Great food. Friendly staff.

Cons: No adverse points to mention.
Pros: Very warm and friendly staff. Beautiful grounds and good swimming pool. Excellent meal on the terrace
Pros: The interesting old convent with beautiful garden and location. Could be relaxing and peaceful oasis. Pity about the attitude.
Cons: Lots of potential but let down by the Owners attitude. Lacks care and interest Politely told him our shower was leaking out over the bath, as something that was a hassle but could be easily fixed . Obviously had been like that for years but he gained surprise. Worst meal that we had in France in a month! Gave up trying to chew the steak. Nobody asked why we were finished but our plates were full. None seems to be interested.
Pros: Ideally situated near to the town centre, a very pretty hotel. Rooms were pretty basic and staff were helpful. The restaurant is meant to be very nice but unfortunately we did not have the opportunity to eat there this time.
Pros: Just about everything - meals were well presented and tasty breakfast excellent
Pros: Very kind people, good food and it looks so cute!
Pros: The location of the hotel is good, close to the center of town and reachable on foot by a small alley. It was a comfortable place to stay and to use it as a base for excursions. The
Cons: The room was small and already a bit worn (it may vary on the room you book - we probably had the cheapest room available). As the hotel is quite large it didn't feel personal. We wouldn't recommend this hotel for a longer stay or a relaxing holiday, where you spend a lot of time in the hotel room.
Pros: Food was very good- we thought the best in town. Very beautiful garden-type setting. You can choose to dine inside or outside (weather permitting). We did have a car rental although we often chose to walk into town and not need to find a parking spot.
Cons: We did love the whole ambience of this hotel but the bed could have been a bit more comfortable ( we did like the fact that they kept extra pillows in the closet- which we used ). Only other possible negative were the number of outlets in the room- we had way too many gadgets to keep charged.

Pros: Typical Continental breakfast but the eggs were good. swimming pool was very good.
Pros: Great service! He really took the time to explain everything!
Pros: Nice pool but smaller than in the pictures.
Cons: The double bed was too narrow for 2 persons. The springs of the mattress could be felt.
Pros: The welcome was very warm and they are very charming and helpful with information about the surrounding area and giving advice on places to visit. Really great contact. Although we were there during pool season, the pool and surrounding commodities are really nice with in the hotel courtyard.
Cons: Our room was on the side where the road was and it was quite noisy at night which made it difficult to sleep well. It would have been nice to have a TV in the room, but we really were there for nature excursions so not a big issue.
