The location is lovely. The Reception of guests is cold! and the garden area was not tidy !
Lovely location, very peaceful. The over-priced dinner was indifferent.
Nice and pretty location, comfortable and cozy room, nice yard Rather distant personnel, food can be better, rather slow restaurant service
I liked the bathroom facilities. The hotel room was clean. The beds were really hard. Uncomfortable. I did not sleep well at all.
Bus access to Fiesta San Fermin. Need more dining service people.
The most enjoyable staff I have met. Enthusiastic about their city, cultural, and they go way out of their way to be accomodating.
Close to City centre, comfortable and clean.
The fact that the bus into Pamplona stopped outside the hotel and the cleanliness of the hotel in general. On Saturday and Sunday the breakfast is served in the cafeteria which exposes non smokers to the smoke. Serving any food where smoking is allowed is a big failing on their part. The selection for breakfast is also very poor considering the charge of 9.70 euros.
i enjoyed my stay, but i only slept there most fo the time i went into the city. the breakfast was good, but i think it should have been free considering the hike in the price for the San Fermine's festival i liked that the staff spoke English and helped out with my questions.
We really enjoyed our visit to the Hotel Andia. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The accommodation was good and the meal we had in the dining room in the evening was excellent. We also made use of the underground garage, we didn't realise that they had one.
staff were very nice also our stay was during the bull run, a good bus service right outside hotel just a bit expensive during the week of the bull run
Friendly staff, clean rooms
very poor breakfast
The quality, cleanliness and architectural elementes of the hotel. The hotel looks like a four star hotel.
The hotel is beautiful. The restaurant is lovely and the food delicious. The little cafe is great too, good value for your money. The front desk staff were extremely helpful and willing to go out of their way to accomodate. It's a little too expensive and far away from everything. We spent a lot of money on cabs.
The room was very nice and spacious. We were en route from Santander to Barcelona and wanted to look around Pamplona. This hotel was able to accommodate three in a bedroom (my daughter has learning disabilities) and it was reasonable close by although I am not sure we would have found anywhere much to eat if we did not go into Pamplona. This hotel is more of an en route stop off rather than a destination but as such I recommend it.
The hotel was conveinient for access from the nearby motorway and was modern and well equiped. The restaurant was closed (mid November) and the cafeteria was filled with smokers
Very modern hotel with luxury features. Secure gated parking free on premises. Staff helpful. Supermarket short walk from hotel. Signage for hotel very poor. In the middle of industrial area and attached to garage with large roll up doors for trucks which made it hard to recognize the stark modern looking building. Easily mistaken for an office complex.. Sign on building was neutral color which did not show up easily.
clean, functional, well-priced, well-located, good parking illuminated sign in bedroom made sleep difficult.
the location was perfect for exploring the area
Pleasant reception staff. Good stopover location. Modern and clean The dinner/breakfast room was thick with cigarette smoke. Breakfast staff not very friendly.
Clean. Very modern. A very long way from the parking to the room. Not live enough.
Dinner and breakfast buffet is good. Very peaceful location. You pay for a SPA resort, but you only get a room. They charge like 25 euro for 20 mins' staying in the pool.. Staff does not speak any English or French. You hear the noise from the technical installation of the spa in the bedrooms.
Clean and comfortable Basic Hostel rather than a hotel
The view of the countryside from the private patio of our room was amazing. The room itself was clean and comfortable and the washroom facilities were excellent. The staff were very helpful and pleasant.
Great staff.Nice town,friendly people.Glad we didn't miss this area.
To begin the staff is fantastic, especially Edurne who was a very pleasant to speak with as well as extremely helpful. The rooms are located in a quiet location in a beautiful town. If traveling through Leitza I would recommend you stay here! Nothing
Exceptional friendly leners, Exceptional interior design Exceptional service Absolutely worth the detour from Pamplona
Comfortable room with balcony and quite good food. Quiet rural setting. Convenient as an overnight stop and for Pamplona
Very friendly staff (owner) and gourmet food.
The mountainous area is beautiful, quiet and 25 km to Pamplona. A lot of (compact) dust in the room which must have gathered for months in corners ceiling and ridges . (we tried to clean it ourselves since you do not encounter it all at once). It can be very noisy because the loud television in the public area reaches through an open stairway all the way up to the rooms.
We were made to feel very welcome in this newly opened rural hotel. The home cooking with regional specialities was both excellent and good value. The area is quite undeveloped for tourism but it is very beautiful and there are many things to see and good opportunities for walking. Driving to Pamplona is no problem.Free Wi fi was good. nothing to dislike, however note; it is in a very small village ( 10 villagers only) with no other facilities so car essential. There was no TV in the room but good TV lounge. The owners speak little English.
Very much enjoyed our stay in this hotel, Would go back again. Found the "Verbal Menu" for dinner strange! Would be difficult if you did not speak Spanish or French.
very nice location in the mountains, the hotel has the charme of a rural structure with very modern furnitures. owners are really very very kind in the evening it was sometimes very noisy till late
A lovely hotel but quite difficult to find, make sure you have a good map. Lovely rural situation, very small village. Menu very limited but delicious and reasonably priced. Our room was large and clean with lovely views. Our room did have a TV but no english channels. Car is essential, you'll never get there without one. English is not spoken but Senora speaks excellent French.
we were only staying for one night on our way to bilbao ferry, but we had a very nice time food was very good & the service was excellent, good size rooms
the hosts, two, were very kind and also very informatif about al the questions we had about pamplona and the san fermin feast. no, really nothing.
The service and helpfulness of the staff was excellent.
The host was exceptionally helpful and pleasant. The rooms were lovely and very clean and comfortable. Also the breakfast was great!
The host, José, is delightful and made our stay memorable. The hotel itself is full of character with great atmosphere. It sits on the banks of a stream with pleasant gardens and outdoor terraces. Although on the main highway, our room was very quiet. José is an excellent cook; you see him walking down into the garden at dinner to cut the vegetables to suit the food ordered. The hotel is beautifully placed to see the finest parts of Navarra's countryside. Nothing at all, sad to leave.
Jose and his wife were so friendly, and patient with our lack of Spanish. We managed to communicate well and with humour. Monique was fantastic.. And soooo helpful. The hotel was gorgeous. Breakfast was delicious. We were only sorry we couldnt stay longer. Thank you for a wonderful stay.... We'll be back Not a thing.... They were all great
friendly staff and continental breakfast. big spacious modern rooms. Just very cute in general. Not english speaking which would be fine but there we accidently over booked on booking.com due to a frozen computer which couldnt be fixed and we had o double pay. They gave us free breakfast though, did our laundry and held our baggage long passed we needed to check out.
I found the hotel staff to be very helpful and provided us with good information about Pamplona. The room we stay in was a superior room and it had everything you could want included. The design of the room was very funky and may not be to everyone's taste but we liked it. The only factor not in favour of the hotel is the location. It was 11kms out of Pamplona but it's hard to fault it for that as long as you know this before you book in.
hotel is beautifull, staff very accommodating, village is one of the pretty ones in the area, others close by have lots of graffitti and are dismal swimming pool is use of the local one, and also the jacuzzi, however the spa is great but not for under 18's food is "very local", and is not always translated correctly, do not expect a menu for tourists!
We loved the views, the rooms, the amazing food, the remote and beautiful location, the friendly staff. We enjoyed every minute- Excellent! Ring ahead to get directions.
A wonderful place to chill out for a weekend in the middle of the Basque countryside. Kuko and Sabrina are attentive and interesting hosts and the cooking is fabulous! The house is beautifully and quirkily decorated and there are lots of interesting pieces of art and craft to look at and books and magazines to consult. It's also within easy distance of the coast and the mountains and cities such as Pamplona and San Sebastian, ideal if you prefer a quieter base.
