Front desk staff are great and accommodating (thanks Felicity, et al); they clearly take pride in their work and focused on making sure you enjoyed your stay. Front atrium and dining area was almost opulent, this place is on par with mid level european/middle eastern hotels. Breakfast buffet was pretty close as well. As fa ormer Boise residents we have eaten at the Sand Bar before (fwait staff was...

Really liked the pool and poolside bar/restaurant. Building does not have an elevator and rambles so getting luggage to room was not simple. Right on Boise River and green space walk.

Using the third party app like kayak is hard when also traveling with pets. They don’t have a box to check you are traveling with pet but you can choose pet friendly option. I called to make sure about my pets and then come to find out they never told the hotel. Hotel had no problem getting us a pet friendly room. We ended up in a two queen room even though we paid for a king.

Pros (+) The pool and hottub set up was nice. The breakfast had a good variety of options. The hotel was really clean. The wifi connection and speed was great!
Cons (-) The room I was in had areas of the carpet that were starting to roll. Like the carpet needed to be restretched. Also, the cookies were good, but seemed like they weren’t fresh.

Patrick & Amy, Aug 2016 - Best Western Vista Inn at the Airport
Pros (+) Right off the freeway. Above average breakfast. Clean room. Nice pool and hot tub. Pool was really warm.
Cons (-) Rooms are a bit on the small side. Very little noise barrier between upper and lower floor. I recommend you ask for a top floor room.

Pros (+) Where do I start...free hot breakfast, 24 hr pool and workout room, great in room entertainment, nighttime cookies and milk...beer and wine for purchase at front desk...free shuttle. This place is a steal and it is immaculate plus serviced by a helpful staff

Pros (+) Not much.
Cons (-) Jason was very rude and somehow I was assigned a handicap room by him. I ended up switching rooms at 2am because the bed had a horrible smell. The room I was given after that was a complete turnaround and was a whole different experience which makes me wonder if people with needs commonly experience substandard lodging. I only ended up with maybe 4 hours of sleep and some hard feelings. I usually ...
