Casa Princess Arminda is located behind Iglesia Catedral Sta María de Betancuria in a renovated house featuring traditional Canarian patios. It offers rustic accommodation and access to free Wi-fi throughout. Rooms at Casa Princess Arminda are decorated in a rural style with stone floors and typical Canarian decorative details. The bathroom includes amenities. Situated in the middle of the island, Princess Arminda is within 30 minutes’ drive of several beaches, including including Pozo Negro to the east and Ajuy to the west. The guest house can provide information about hiking and biking trails in the surrounding area. Fuerteventura Airport is 31 km away, and Puerto del Rosario ferry port, with services to Arrecife and Gran Canaria can be reached in 35 minutes by car.
Pros: The situation at the centre of the island.
Cons: Apart from the breakfast the food was inedible, poorly cooked by the owner and served by his partner who appeared to be inebriated! The village had several restaurants but they all closed at 5.30. The drive to the nearest places for an evening meal involved a dangerous ( at night ) bendy road. We had no alternative but to leave after two nights and forfeit 3 nights which we had paid for. The full amount for 5 nights stay had been taken from our card on the day of our arrival. Access from the carpark with suitcases is steep with uneven stairs.
Pros: Small hotel in historic buildings in the centre of the small town of Betancuria. This is the only hotel in Betancuria which has a lot of tourists during the day but is very quiet during the evenings. The rooms are big and comfortable. The hotel has a big courtyard for the restaurant, a bar, different common rooms and a swimming pool. Breakfast and dinner are served upon request. Betancuria is a great starting point for hikes and trips in the beautiful region. I enjoyed my stay.
Pros: Everything was perfect, friendly perfect service
Cons: The pool was closed, but that's ok, it was November
Pros: Everything is just fantastic. Very nice place with wonderful vibe. Couldn't be better for this island. Perfect match. Regret that couldn't stay longer.
Pros: Breakfast is good. Dinner too. The biggest pluses of the place are the historic building itself and the location. Betancuria is a lovely and quiet town in a great setting. Especially at night you can feel the unspoiled beauty and authentic atmosphere, far away from mass tourism.
Cons: Although described, there was no minibar in the room. But I would not have used it anyway. So no problem.
Pros: The town and the property were interesting. It was useful having private parking.
Cons: The bed was so high I had difficulty getting into it. Breakfast was the same each day and brought to the table. It wasn't a buffet so the choices were made by the host. I expect we could have asked for something different but we don't like to make a fuss.
Pros: This was local accommodation ran by locals in a stunning village, which is bussling with tourist during the day, but which goes incredibly quiet after 6pm as everyone leaves, The casa we stayed at was the only accommodation to stay at but the owners have made every effort to make it a comfortable, memorable stay. They offer dinner in the evening & breakfast whilst simple is wholesome. Great spot for walking the local hills.
Cons: Considering how old the property was there was nothing to dislike.
Pros: Historic building
Cons: Evening meal was poor

Pros: Breakfast was outstanding, everything you could possibly want, including Cava and Bloody Mary's. Staff very pleasant but pool bar food disappointing, chefs need to be changed.. Did not use restaurants in the hotel in the evening as town a short walk away [or taxi ride €3.5 each way]. Rooms spacious keep very clean and all staff very friendly and helpful. If you like Indian food Fusion 22 in caleta de fuste a must, but you will need to book
Cons: Pool bar food. Music in the hotel lobby bar needs modernising. Not sure why the hotel provides live music at breakfast probably to help drown out the noise. :)
Pros: Hotel is a little tried, given that it is only 12 years old it needs a refresh to justify its rating. That said, the staff are amazing helpful, engaging and made the whole;e experience very enjoyable. Breakfast offers a very wide selection of food to suit every taste including including Cava and Bloody Mary's. It can get very busy at peak times. suggest going very early or late to best enjoy the experience.
Cons: The food in the pool bar and other restaurants was disappointing in complete contrast to the breakfasts. Decided to visit the local town where there is an array of good eating establishments.
Pros: Fantastic stay this time- I’ve been coming for a while . Omar and Tom especially welcoming and helpful . I will be back
Cons: WiFi not that good - kept flicking on and off.
Pros: Breakfasts were amazing! So much choice. Service was second to none.
Cons: We were there for 14 days including breakfast, one morning I found we had chipped coffee cups and on another morning, there was an insect in one. But i do understand that in a hot country, your going to expect the odd insect.
With a stay at Barceló Castillo Beach Resort in Antigua (Caleta de Fuste), you'll be a 1-minute drive from Caleta de Fuste Marina and 10 minutes from Fuerteventura Golf Course. Featured amenities include dry cleaning/laundry services, a 24-hour front desk, and multilingual staff. Free self parking is available onsite.
Pros: One of the cleanest well maintained accommodations we have been to and the resort and every single one of the staff were excellent. Special shout out to receptionist Mari Helene?
Cons: The sofa was uncomfartable
Pros: Location of hotel and facilities.
Cons: We have been to Barcello Castillo twice before and did feel that some areas are looking a little tired as if a bit of an update is needed. Staff are very pleasant and cleaning staff lovely.
Pros: The buffet dinner menu selection was excellent, well cooked and well presented, and plenty of it! The site shop was well stocked and not too pricey.
Cons: On the website was confusing as thought booked fully inclusive, but actually booked shelf catering. Some areas around the pool were in need of maintenance and a TLC. Entertainment at 9.00pm in the theatre was good, but should be for adults only to enjoy as lots of children running around, which wasn't fair on the artists as well as the adults wanting to have time out from children.
Pros: The location is perfect, the staff is very helpful and friendly. The white sandy beach is just a few steps from the apartment.
Cons: Our first apartment was really horrible: moldy walls, smoky odor. They changed the room immediately when we complained it. The breakfast was ok, (boring - every day is the same), but we were completely disappointed with dinner, boring, repetative tasteless food after 3 days...
Pros: Breakfast is wonderful and very good. Pool as clean as the space around the pool itself. Location great. The offer itself mentioned that we had a choice of two restaurants for lunch and dinner (2 restaurants at El Castillo and Restaurant El Camarote), but unfortunately we did not have such an option to diner at Restaurante El Camarote. Whenever you have the option of breakfast and dinner included, you do not have any drinks during the dinner there is no water included in the offer and in that case you have to look for a waiter and im forget about the espresso coffee disaster very bad.
Cons: Whenever you have the option of breakfast and dinner included, you do not have any drinks during the dinner there is no water included in the offer and in that case you have to look for a waiter and im forget about the espresso coffee disaster very bad.
Pros: nice pool and beach area
Cons: We were in a street of holiday bungalows with a main road at our back, so no view and noisy from the passing cars and bars
Pros: The 2 bed bungalow was perfectly situated near the waterfront , restaurant and theatre.
Pros: Space size of accommodation was good, nice size patio, comfy bed.
Cons: The room smelled moldy musty. Could have used a tea towel and dish soap in the kitchen. Plus a "Don't drink the water" sign!

Pros: Breakfast was good but long queues for coffee and tea ran out of plates and cups a few times staff in dining room friendly
Cons: Entertainment was poor
Pros: Suite with sea view - stunning to wake up to every morning. Breakfast superb - especially the omelettes...
Cons: Bar a bit pricey
Pros: Great breakfast included Wheelchair friendly Scooter friendly Rooms very spacious
Cons: It’s not what I didn’t like it’s more of a recommendation I feel there should be grab rails in showers of disabled rooms. Also some form of non slip mat for shower tray and person with disability would have poor balance And finally I feel there should be up to 5 tables reserved inside dining hall for disabled guests near to the buffet.
Pros: Good location. Rooms cleaned every day and change of towels.
Cons: Buffet, Cockroaches in the restaurant running around the bread area. Reported to management who did not seem to care and told by one member of staff that it was because they have so many on the Canary Islands and tried to make out it was no big deal. Will no be going back to this hotel ☹️
Pros: we had booked the room with direct sea view, which I liked, so I only could see the great view to the old fort and harbor. The breakfast room is very noisy in such big hotel - so I really enjoyed the OUTDOOR room with fresh air, sun and nice quiet space to eat a relaxed breakfast. As I eat mostly healthy breakfast - fruits could be more - and also the orange juice was of very cheap quality - so luckily I brought my own orange juice with pulp and a banana - which was not at the buffet. Also missing papaya which is easy to buy in Fuerteventura.
Cons: the noisy breakfast room - reminds me about a factory
Pros: The room we books was large and had kitchen facilities which was unexpected.
Cons: No enough sun umbrellas and the air conditioner was a little noisy
Pros: The fact it was on the beach and near restaurants and shops
Pros: Fabulous room location. Cleanliness of apartment could not be faulted. The bedding and towels were changed more times than we had expected. Breakfasts were the best we have encountered in hotel stays.
Cons: We booked bed and breakfast basis as we like to eat out several times during our stay. We knew there was a small kitchenette in the apartment where we expected to be able to prepare simple meals. However, there were only a few basic items in the kitchen, we had to request a kettle and other items. We finished up eating out every night.
When you stay at El Mirador de Fuerteventura in Puerto del Rosario, you'll be on the beach, within a 15-minute drive of Caleta de Fuste Marina and Fuerteventura Golf Course. Featured amenities include a business center, dry cleaning/laundry services, and a 24-hour front desk. Free self parking is available onsite.
Pros: The room has an amazing view of the beach. The room also has Plenty of space. Nice breakfast and staff. Easy access from and to the Airport.
Cons: Not easy access to restaurants and commercial centers. Better to rent a car.
Pros: The ladies at the front desk were excellent. Friendly, helpful, perfect English and went out of their way to accommodate us. Thanks to both of you
Pros: Spacious rooms with seaside view. Noise from outside is blocked really well. Staff is helpful and are working hard. They were probably understaffed when I went to have dinner as there was only on girl running half a dozen tables. Breakfast was okay. Not great, not bad. Machine coffee and machine juice, but fresh fruits (apples, oranges and bananas) were available. There are several types of muesli. Milk is of the extra pasteurized kind. Various meats and types of egg are available. Curiously though, I did not see any bread.
Cons: Although the noise from the outside is blocked very well, noise from the hallway, and neighboring rooms less so. You won't hear soft talk from your neighbor, but a cough or sneeze is definitely audible. Dinner is awful. Everything is drenched in sauce. The shrimp cocktail contained exactly two shrimps and the cod wasn't fully cooked. I don't understand how you can drench the subtle tasting cod in a sweet orange sauce. Everyone else was having steak which seamed to look fine. So, I'd order that if you are stuck having dinner there.
Pros: The staff were extremely helpful and attentive and food at the hotel was exquisite.
Cons: No sunbeds to relax in the sun on the hotel grounds.
Pros: Sea view
Cons: Croissants and a decent coffee machine would have made the breakfast choice more enjoyable
Pros: We loved the welcome, the sea view, and the hotel’s proximity to the airport.
Cons: I felt the choice for evening meals was a bit limited (for us half boarders), but we managed ok for the two days.
Pros: This is the nicest, close to the airport hotel. Easy access via the Red Line 1 bus to Puerto Del Rosario from the Airport, or about 8€ by taxi. I was here for only 1 nite. Bed comfortable, restaurant was good, the reception was helpful. It suited my needs perfectly. Bonus - The TV was large and had Netflix where you could choose your language!
With a stay at Elba Carlota Beach & Convention in Antigua (Caleta de Fuste), you'll be within a 5-minute drive of Fuerteventura Golf Course and Caleta de Fuste Marina. Featured amenities include dry cleaning/laundry services, a 24-hour front desk, and multilingual staff. Free self parking is available onsite.
Pros: Breakfast was good. Nice location, good heated pool. And Paula at breakfast & pool, you were the soul and the crown!
Cons: Staff at breakfast and restaurant seemed stressed at times. Too few hands?
Pros: Hotel is really nice, provides lots of comfort and possibilities for both active individuals (close to the hotel there are many options for golf, surf, kite, and many other things), and the ones who are looking more for relax, slow walks on the promenade, shopping, or whatsoever.
Cons: Gastronomy in the hotel - I am visiting the same hotel for 3rd time, and the food there is getting worse and worse. The friendly staff (especially in the hotel bar) tries to setup a good atmosphere, but the cousin really needs significant improvement (if it wants to stay 4star, or maybe even aspire for 4+).
Cons: Didn't gardening towels and bed wasn't changed after 3 days as stated - several days I had no bath mat or hand towel - not good especially when everything else was good
Pros: Loved location ,property clean ,food good ,staff excellent always helpful and nothing too much bother
Cons: Didn’t like to many flies not on the restaurants but everywhere else
Pros: Great position. Good food and nice staff
Cons: Cost of the locker is not included in the room price. The room doesn’t have a heating system: during the evening end of December beginning of January temperature is chilly and a warmer room would be appreciated
Pros: The view the beach and the jacuzzi
Cons: Food not as good as usual
Pros: Very clean and everything catered for. The staff were very attentive and entertaining couldn’t do enough for you.
Cons: Opposite the lovely clean beach Hotel very clean and rooms were lovely.
When you stay at Rural Rugama in Puerto del Rosario, you'll be within a 10-minute drive of Nuestra Senora de Antigua Church and Alcogida Eco Museum. Featured amenities include express check-in, express check-out, and multilingual staff. Free self parking is available onsite.
Pros: The grounds were very nice
Cons: Restaurant was closed on our first two nights and didn't start serving until 8pm. We prefer to eat earlier than that. Our towels were changed on our penultimate night despite still being hung up. They also removed our face flannel (admittedly an old one) and the manager wasn't around when we left on the Saturday morning
Pros: Everything except breakfast
Pros: Ambience. Style. Gardens. Cat!
Cons: Poor WiFi in my room. Hot water for shower seemed limited.
Pros: Ambience. Colour. Style. Restaurant is exceptional.
Cons: Poor WiFi in my room. Hot water for shower ran out.
Pros: We had booked the biggest room on first floor - which is quite large. The buildings are very nicely taken back to early times. Very nice inner yard. I wanted to feel how it was to stay in such old building. We had a sandstorm from Africa so it was an extra experience to that. With the doors banging and sand coming in. Some things could be better. The lightning over the dinner table is very sharp. Also the mirror in bathroom is very tiny - when you consider the huge mirror behind the bed. Also the arrangement of plastic sheets around the bath tub could be more smart. The breakfast was very disappointing - because the restaurant is serving very honest food and is very popular in the daytime. We were allowed to seat outside. The second day we ate our own breakfast in the room.
Cons: The small bathroom mirror - the sharp lightnings and the very standard breakfast
Pros: Don’t tell anyone !!! But this is a little gem!! Very special indeed.
Pros: Beautiful location, room and pool area. Relaxing sourronding area. Good breakfast. Great staff
Cons: We had a little delay on check-in, because of a missing key. Promptly solved by a lady of the staff.
Pros: Amazing location, calm and peaceful enviroment.
Cons: Eating bread, ham and cheese everyday for breakfast was not ideal. Wifi was also not working.
Pros: Stayed two nights while the sandstorm from Sahara was passing the island. We stayed in the biggest appartement - lots of space and many doors making noise under the storm
Cons: Breakfast was not what I had expected (ordinary supermarket stuff) - as it is served in a good restaurant. The lamp over the dining table and in toilet has really sharp and white light. Mirror in Bathroom was super SMALL. Bathtub with plastic curtains really not the way to do it.

Pros: Amazing hotel. Amazing rooms with sea views. Friendly staff as always. Will be back once all this is over.
Pros: The hotel is in a lovely quiet area. We enjoyed the walks along the promenade and the chipmonks begging for food. The hotel food and choice of food was excellent. Plenty of activity for young and old. We will definitely go back.
Pros: room was clean and comfortable.breakfast was quite good.
Pros: It was very short break for us - sun, silent, far , far away
Pros: Location. It is very reasonable to stay in this hotel if you plan to relax on the beach or do some trips to both ways (north and south) of island. Good transport connection to capital, plenty shops and pubs. No disco or night club.
Pros: Staff very friendly and helpful
Pros: Yes we had a very good experience at Castillo de Antiqua & Suites.
Cons: The only negetive thing Iwould have to say is its more suitable to young families with children the noise got a little too much for us at times.
Pros: Location (close to shops, car renting companies and supermarket), Price (cheap), Very friendly receptionist especially Joanne who speaks fluent english, and there's a little kitchen in the suite

Cons: Broken clothes line reported but was not repaired .Wet towels and togs had to be dried draped over balcony chairs.
Pros: the vieuw, the spacious rooms and the large and good beds
Cons: very noisy
Pros: Liked the area & weather was great
Cons: Change of policy since last year. Charge now for seaview. Had to hire a kettle!!, & remote control. Long Queues in snack bar because of "all in" residents.

Pros: The hotel was just amazing highly recommend. Raised the bar when compare with other 4 start hotels. Amazing breakfast and dinner. Lovely evening events for kids and parents. Easy pay for all usage of drinks in bar and in the restaurant. Lovely view from the balcony. We will surely return to this hotel .. Great staff at the restaurant , bar , reception , house keeping. Great job ..
Pros: Weather and location
Cons: Cleanliness and facilities
Pros: The view is amazing The beds are like clouds so comfortable Good
Cons: Staff could not so enough for us and always with a smile. Such a lovely relaxing holiday.
Pros: The staff were extremely helpful and friendly and always smiling. The facilities at the hotel were very good (especially for families with young children) and the catering was also good. I thought the hotel was also kept very clean. Lovely chocolates in the room every day too.
Cons: The beds are not great. The mattress didn't give as much support as I'd like and the pillows were those awful springy hollow fibre ones which give absolutely no support at all.
Pros: Location was ideal for our purpose. Lovely Pools and close to a fantastic Beach
Cons: No problem with Hotel whatsoever
Pros: Comfortable rooms n beds
Pros: Nice relaxing holiday, very friendly attentive staff, very enjoyable stay
Cons: Could have been more choice of food
Pros: We loved staying in Elba Sara hotel. The view from our room was amazing, the bed was so big and comfortable and the breakfast had everything we could imagine. Everyone was polite to us and made us feel so welcome.
Cons: The cleaning in the room wasn’t that good. Our daughter had a little accident on the bed and nobody changed the bedsheets. The room had too much dust and wasn’t clean properly

Pros: Given the circumstances the staff did all within their power to help us
Cons: Lockdown in area
Pros: Fabulous hotel. Staff were so friendly and helpful. Excellent location. Rooms were beautiful and spotlessly clean. Plenty of sunbeds with great pools and hot tubs. Would definitely return
Pros: Everywhere clean and bright. Nicely decorated. All staff very polite and friendly. Nice food and a good selection.
Cons: No atmosphere. Whether it’s because it’s new but there’s no music around the pools or in the pool bar.
Pros: The staff worked tirelessly to provide great meals, spotlessly clean rooms and as many facilities as they could by law, some even staying in the hotel as if they went home they might not be allowed back. They did all this with cheerfulness.
Cons: Unfortunately Spain went into lockdown due to the Corona virus the day after we arrived so we moved into here from an apartment to be with other family and to be fed. The pool was shut the next day but this was on the orders of the police. We only stayed 3 nights of our planned week as we were offered an emergency flight home.
In the heart of Antigua, Chatur Hotel Costa Caleta is within a 5-minute drive of Caleta de Fuste Marina and Dreams House Museum. Featured amenities include a 24-hour front desk, multilingual staff, and luggage storage.
Pros: The rooms are very clean and beds were very comfortable. The staff on reception are friendly and there are a lot of restaurants and shops nearby.

No kettle in the room. Toiletries provided totalled 3 small sachets of shower gel. Had to pay a deposit for TV remote and towels.

Pros: Only few mins from airport ... wheelchair friendly ... asked to be moved to a different room as it didn’t suit our needs as my hubby suffered injury just couple days before we left to go on hols needed a walk in shower ... got moved on second day and it was no problem.
Cons: Not wat it advertises in the pictures or on the advertisements on the tv at reception... no pizzeria on site as stated & no phones to contact reception in rooms as stated .... all this info in welcome pack needs to be updated .... we went all inclusive food not good at all .. not much choice and very very repetitive... hot food only Luke warm ... we ended up going into town to eat 4 nights out of the 7 . Snack bar in between meals was same food every day ... not supervised either not good from a health & safety point ... The bar was very understaffed only one person working outside and inside bars ... there were queues every night .... staff deffo need some customer service training ... they not very friendly to be honest and seemed unhappy in their jobs ... apart from the older man in d bar & the reception staff they were very obliging ...... work repairs going on to the building too as they updating areas and no notice up about the noise .... it’s just nice to let your customers know what’s going on and to apologise for the inconvenience . Rooms could be cleaner . Will not be returning .
Pros: I liked the variety of food. I also liked the location, so easy to take the bus to Porta del Rosario and to walk by the sea every day to Atlantico.
Cons: Not having plates and cutlery in the room as I don't always need 3 meals a day.
Pros: The breakfast was good with a varied choice. The location was ok as I already knew the hotel and its location as have previously stayed up the road at a different hotel.
Cons: I felt the cleanliness around the pool area was poor and we had to complain on one occasion regarding this matter. Also the pool bar was in need of refurbishment and poorly stocked especially compared to other hotels I have stayed in on the island.
Pros: The property was very good , nice apartment, nice pool area, stayed all inclusive and food was very good
Cons: Apartment we had was facing into pool which was lovely but when going and coming from apt we had to go down a long quite corridor which was a bit intimidating at night especially...
Pros: Restaurant very clean poolside ok with bar
Cons: Bar area could be better
This family-friendly Antigua property is located near the airport, within 1 mi (2 km) of Caleta del Fuste and Caleta de Fuste Marina. Fuerteventura Golf Course is 2.3 mi (3.7 km) away.
Cons: I booked it for my boyfriend and his friend but when they got there they would not let them check in because it was my name, although payment was made with his bank card. I was working so by the time they got me it was too late they were told they had to book again and pay again. I was able to amend the name but it was too late. They did not say all it had to do was be amended they point blank said no and they couldn't cancel the booking. I am not happy at all because they ended up paying for 2 rooms but only using one
Pros: Excellent choice. All freshly made and plenty to eat.
Cons: Sometimes over crowded
Pros: Good food varied and fresh. Helpful staff. Good value. 5 mins from main area or a cheap taxi ride. Wld use again.

Pros: The staff was very friendly and quick to check in nothing was ever a problem and they were happy to help . Well done your a credit to your company. Facilities were good and it was real value for money.
Cons: Restaurant is a bit tight on space and can get congested at times but otherwise fine a selection of food adequate bearing in mind what we paid I was happy

Pros: Amazing room. Balcony. Pool and sunbeds
Cons: Got charged twice... But refunded. Its a bit golf pretentious. The guests not so the staff. There's no easy straight road to the place
Pros: Bed was extremely comfortable and the architecture is stunning.
Cons: Disappointed by the food.
Pros: High quality hotel, felt like a 5 star. Big spacious room and bathroom. Nice pool and sunbeds. Super tasty dinner.
Cons: Was a little far from the beach/main town - they had a free shuttle bus but timings were sometimes quite far apart, taxis were pretty cheap though.
Pros: No children
Cons: Jugs of coffee at breakfast.
Pros: Cleaners were good all the time and imposing reception Hall..
Cons: Apart from reception and breakfast staff most did not know how to smile.. English breakfast was buffet style and COLD every day even when tried early.. the golf had nine holes closed for our last week .. The hotel needs renovating and bringing up to date.. there was no modesty board to one side of balconies which is unacceptable.. THIS IS NOT A 5 STAR HOTEL ..
The Barceló Castillo Royal Level 4 star Fuerteventura hotel (this hotel is a member of the Barceló Hotel Group and was previously known as the Barceló Castillo Club Premium) is situated on the golden sands of Caleta de Fuste, Fuerteventura, to provide the best views of the Atlantic, thanks to its beachfront location. A hotel perfect for a Fuerteventura family holiday, characterised by its peaceful setting and its proximity to the capital city and the airport, just 7 km from the hotel.
Pros: Location, super staff, great food and facilities
Pros: Rooms were spacious and clean, beds are amazing and we were given a room with sun on the balcony in the afternoon and a sea view exactly as we’d asked for. Every member of staff has a smile on their face, the restaurant and food have been brilliant (up there with the best we’ve experienced) and the pool area is relaxed with plenty of really comfy loungers... we upgraded to the royal level a few days before coming out and it was definitely the right choice!!
Pros: Barcelo hotel was amazing! Staff was super nice, food was great (except sport bar in our opinion), rooms were very clean and cozy. We will definetly come back to this beautiful place!
Pros: Everything Good food Weather
Cons: Nothing All was good Faultless
Pros: Stunning location , excellent facilities
Cons: Lunchtime buffet poor, no bar to sit in, despite being royal level no branded drinks after 2300
Pros: Friendly staff and location
Cons: Basic rooms, furnishing very dated and sparsely decorated. Food could have been hotter.
Pros: Great location along the harbour. Also, excellent breakfast with very helpful staff.
Cons: The suite was not aired out properly, so had an unpleasant smell. The decor could do with a refresh.
With a stay at Puerto Caleta in Antigua (Caleta de Fuste), you'll be a 1-minute drive from Caleta de Fuste Marina and 8 minutes from Fuerteventura Golf Course.
Pros: The position of the hotel is excellent
Cons: Despite booking a year in advance and asking for our usual upstairs room (we had been 3 times before) we were given a downstairs room which saw no sun at any time of the day. We asked if it was possible to move and despite the hotel only being half full we were told there were no upstairs rooms available. It was a blatant lie and their lack of help and customer service was non existent. We have always enjoyed staying here but will consider other hotels in the future.
Pros: Nice and quite pool and bar, plenty of sun beds
Cons: Looking a bit tired and dated, had to move room as next door to cleaners and noise was incessant. All doors in apts seem to stick and creak, shower head would not stay in place. Was charged £21 over my booking price.
Pros: The staff were amazing and so helpful
Cons: Very tired and in need of refurbishment. We went into lock down due to coronavirus so were unable to go out. Not the hotels problem obviously
Pros: Central location
Cons: The rooms are in need of updating. They are very dark. Furniture old. Shower doors needs changing infact it just needs a complete upgrade.
