The Wi-Fi at L'hotel was the best we encoutered in our three months in Europe. Very good value. The location is very ordinary (commercial zone with a large car park, supermarket, McDonalds, etc) unless you are looking to break your journey and be right next to the major road.
Charming, quiet and very well located.
The staff were friendly, the rooms were well lit and airy. The breakfast was not good value for money.
Very pleasant, friendly, good location, excellent dining on terrace
Location was good for our needs There was no elevator or aircon. Also the holder for the shower hose was nowhere near where the hose ended so you had to hold it yourself!! Very annoying and a problem they could easily rectify if they were bothered.
Conveniently located in the centre of town. Quiet. No aircon, bathroom was a bit tired, room had a bit of a smell, hallway was pitch black, couldn't find the light.
It's ok, great location Wifi didn't work,
Excellent quiet location, comfy beds. Staff very friendly and a nice big breakfast room with fine view of the church (worth a visit!)
Comfortable enough for the money, but rather lacking in anything above ordinary. Fairly impersonal. More of a business one-night hotel than anything else.
It was comfortable for the night we passed from one place to another, and it had a nice breakfast. A fair price for what we got
I like the themes of the rooms. Staff very nice and helpfull
Beautiful space, convenient to Provins sights. Very cramped quarters, no place to put away clothing, and our "snow crystals" dropped on our heads and on the bed.
Friendly efficient staff, very nice room, good facilities, I.E.swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna, gym Just a bit off the beaten track in a not too attractive village
Nothing in particular, the town was not at all interesting. The Dining Room was lacking in 'atmosphere'.
Secure parking and comfortable rooms Evening meal was very patchy. Two of us ordered the lamb - one was superb and the other was nothing but gristle
