Pros: Clean , good breakfast n nice shower
Cons: Nice hotel
Pros: Value for money and restaurant. In reach of all activities and places. Beautiful hotel, very clean. Pet friendly gives it a very special touch.
Pros: Swiss Staff, Swiss Products, Swiss Quality
Cons: Staff did a excellent job, but the receptionist could and should have gone the extra mile too
Pros: Very cosy place, nice concept in my perception, and very charming and welcoming staff.
Cons: To access the main cross country slope, you have to walk quite a bit.
Pros: Very friendly staff and the Rooms are very comfy and clean.
Pros: Greeting. Service. Building.
Cons: Price of breakfast a bit steep
Pros: Beautiful wood room well decorated and equiped! Very nice staff and good breakfast with a lot of choices! Very nice lobby!
Pros: Everything is great :)
Pros: My hosts and their staff were excellent A great base for a cycling holiday
Pros: Very friendly and helpful front desk and restaurant staff. Being from Canada there was No language barrier as they all spoke English very well. They were so accommodating, the next day I did the XC ski race and they allowed me to come back after the race and use the spa area to shower and change although we were not staying there that night. The beds and bedding very comfy and as advertiser an exceptional quiet room for a great sleep.
Cons: The rooms were a bit small and a limited real sitting area. The price of the Hotel and meals were expensive compared to North American standards.
Located in Bever, Spinas Gasthaus Val Bever is in the mountains, within a 15-minute drive of Engadin and Mineralbad Baths and Spa. Featured amenities include complimentary newspapers in the lobby, dry cleaning/laundry services, and luggage storage.
Pros: Beautiful nature, but only that...
Cons: The room that I booked on the pictures was lovely double room with nice double bed and normal size window, instead was given to me small sloped single room on top floor with narrow sky window. Very, very claustrophobic and dark. This room is with 2 tiny single beds got given a dorm on the last floor and it felt like I was in an attic. Beds are super uncomfortable. It would be nice to have chairs in the room, but there is not space. The owner Ak was a bit rude and unfriendly throughout the stay. When I asked when it’s not booked room, he answer is: “It does not matter what you seen on the website, you will be given what they have available on arriving”. Gasthause Spinas is old building, cheap refurbished. Sharing one bathroom between 6 rooms with 2-4 person each was a bit of a pain at times, but i could understand. I left it earlier when I’ve planned. I didn’t feel comfortable to stay there. The staff is not very helpful as well for me, cause it is hard to find English speaking someone when you need. I wouldn't expect any luxury, but it just feels very cheap. It's not a good value for money. Don't come here if you expect great holiday. But it is quite exciting for adventures perhaps.
Pros: The price and picturesque setting
Cons: That the last train from St Moritz left at 8:02pm
Pros: extremely welcoming Swiss hospitality :) everything just perfect :)
Pros: The isolation and amazing autumn colours
Pros: The location is beautiful with gorgeous landscapes and hiking trails starting right in front of the door. The hiker's paradise I guess. Park the car in Bever and either walk there (3.8km, 50min) or take the train.
Cons: When booking the place we did not realize that it is not accessible by car. This information is a bit hidden in a collapsed section of the description, at least on the mobile booking.com app. Would be great to indicate this a bit clearer, since the map actually shows a road, but which is banned for regular traffic.

Pros: Beautiful old restored villa, preferred to the chain style like hotels these days.
Cons: A bit more decoration in such a beautiful place.
Pros: The hotel is truly beautiful. Wood panelling and well decorated. The village of Bever is stunning and idyllic.
Cons: On the evening we arrived we were not informed of where we could eat or if we could use the restaurant. We were only offered room service. The room was filthy. I politely pointed this out to the receptionist and asked if it could be cleaned while we were out the next day. The room was cleaned, but not to a satisfactory standard - we found long human hairs in the bed linen (my partner is bald and I have short hair), but it was better than the dog hairs we found in the room the night before. The floorboards in the room above ours creaked so loudly when the occupants moved about that it sounded as if someone was walking in to our room. The breakfast in the morning was a very drab affair. We felt very uncomfortable in the breakfast room and we left that morning hungry. There was also no English Breakfast tea, only Earl Grey and fruit teas. The staff were cold and distant and the manager made it very obvious that she felt my complaints about the state of the room were unfounded. It was very disappointing. When we checked out we did receive a deduction in our bill, but for the cost of the room per night, the stay was not a happy one for us.
Pros: Beautiful old hotel in a very magic village. Food is also very good, and the garden simply amazing.
