Room was well air-conditioned and beds comfortable.
No hot water after 8am! Such an expensive hotel should have 24 hrs hot water geyser or central supply. Towels were full coloured, could be better, should be bright white. The magnetic door key did not work properly. It had to be activated daily. Hotel should have employed local staff - some of them were looking Chinese, not knowing the regional lingo, i.e. Telugu. It was difficult to deal with them. The town is areligious, pilgrimage place, with ancient history. The staff should therefore be all local people who know something about the town.
