Clean room, breakfast buffet ok. Tierra de Biescas is a rather big hotel, somewhat impersonal. The materials used inside have a somewhat cheap look. For us the hotel lacks some character, de dining room is not very cosy. The employees are doing there job but a bit on an unresponsive way. No aircondintioning and this for a 4 star hotel. One can also hear the neigbours talking trough the wall!
the swimming pools, the rooms and the hotel. The restaurant has a good quality / price ratio. The staff was very helpful and nice. Gym not so great (hot, not great machines).
A lovely place, very peaceful, Good food and service, The air conditioning was not that good. it could have been better.

My in-laws stayed there at the end of August. Very happy with it. Very relaxing. For people having difficulty with a lot of steps: getting to the lower ground restaurant for evening meals means they have to take the lift to that level then follow a short route through the Banqueting room. (Not in use that night) The staff were very helpful about this but it did seem to be a flaw in the design.
Friendly staff, excellent dinner, fun fitness suite/pool, great views, good location. a bit pricey at £200 for one night.
Lovely hotel. Great restaurant. Lovely areas for reading both in and outside. Stayed 2 nights could have stayed longer! No.
Quiet location with delightful views. Good country walks. Lavatories off bathroom were a bit small. Rooms got stuffy quite quickly even using the thermostatically controlled room- conditioning facility.
Excellent hotel -great food, very friendly staff and beuatiful little village
The design of the hotel and rooms is beautiful. We had a double room which was too small. The bathroom was in the same space as the bedroom with only a glass partition. The fitness room is joke - it is situated in a corridor leading to the sauna and is not airconditioned so the heat makes it impossible to use. The restaurant is unpleasnat and the food was disappointing. It could be a very good 3 star hotel but doesn't justify 4 stars.
No character. Room smelled of disinfectant.
Staff very friendly and helpful. Restaurant not too bad, service was interesting and helpful, probably not really up to a 'premium' offering although did try hard. We were in the most premium room they had, nothing else was available. Suite had only a small window that looked out into a backyard, (this is in the Pyrenees!). Room very cold on arrival, took a day to get it right. No hot water, took two days to get it right. Bathroom was in cellar below suite. Although very large, it was damp, the drain in the shower was blocked, water flowed on to floor, no light above bath though water cold in any case so unlikely to spend much time in it. All in all they had not worked out what is meant by 'premium/luxury', instead there was obvious size but little satisfaction and not much they could do about it because of poor design and materials (bathroom). Bedroom was ok, not really as big as it should have been for a suite.
Very obliging staff. Nothing was too much trouble. Dinner disappointing, with service too slow, considering the restaurant was not busy.
excellent setting, perfect styling, facilities, breakfast and rooms service diner staff poor, q diner very poor / all food over coked
Very peaceful, romantic. Everything was excellent.
Fantastic location, very friendly, brilliant food and the best gin and tonics in spain. Please write at least 15 words
Very nice hotel set in beautiful mountainous scenery. The staff were very attentive and pleasant. Would recommend it to others.
We had dinner in the restaurant which was good as was the breakfast. The car park was a little on the small side and we had a real struggle parking the car. We did not want to use the public car park and the car was fully loaded. Our room was really tiny as was the bathroom.
we liked Tonio! we liked the restaurant, the room, the location of the hotel, the view, all!
The location is absolutely beautiful and the view from our rooms and from the dining room was outstanding. Dinner and breakfast were excellent. The staff were as helpful and courteous as possible but it helps if you can understand a little Spanish. We only stayed one night when touring the Pyrenees but we would definitely return. The tiny resort was very quiet which was no problem for us but it's probably more lively in the ski season. There's nothing we didn't like.
Location is great if you want to visit the mountains.Great breakfast and dinner, a family run basic, one star hotel.. Everything is a bit old and dirty we paid 70€ per night, this is quiet expensive for what they offer, it is not worthed more than 40€..
Bike friendly with off street parking and english speaking staff, located in village centre near bars and resturants. Our room had stunning views of the nearby mountains. The Hotel resturant served excellent dinners. We dont understand why this hotel only has one star!
Incredible location, well looked after by the staff of this family run hotel.
friendly family hotel with wonderful location and views rather small bathroom
