The room was spacious and beautifully furnished.
The pool and hot tub were horribly chemically and we couldn't stay in too long because our eyes were burning.
The beds were amazing!
It's advertised as a 24 hour pool online, in the hotel room books, and in the pool room on every sign (2 or 3)however it actually closes at 10 and all the staff just state we will let the manager know. More complaints but I am out of room to type.
Room comfortable, clean, and quite. The bed very comfortable for a perfect nights rest. Thank-you!!
Spacious room with the sink outside the bathroom.
Mattress in our room needs to be replaced. It was squishy.
The parking lot was cramped, I drive a 1 ton dually crew cab and it was a tight fit.
Clean and comfortable beds. Friendly staff. Quiet.
The room was clean, the staff were very pleasant.
The hotel was not in the location indicated by Priceline.com. I was extremely disappointed to find that the hotel was indicated to be located between Broadwater and Grand Avenues on N 24th Street West in Billings, MT but turned out to be four miles away
The room was wonderful and spacious
Nope.. Even the breakfast was delicious and clean
I enjoyed Hampton Inn and Suites very much. We were there for a birthday trip and the staff went out of their way to make accomidations for us. I will recommend them again and again.
Great value and great location (near indoor waterpark). I'm very picky about cleanliness and this was a nice new clean hotel with comfortble rooms.
The hotel was very comfortable and situated perfect for getting around town. The staff was very friendly.
This Hampton Inn is a wonderful place to stay! The staff are friendly and accomodating, the rooms are wonderfully clean and comfortable, and the breakfast is terrific! Couldn't be happier. I'll be back the next time I need a room in Billings.
The main gentleman at the front desk was not helpful, never seemed to have time to give information even though he stood around a lot. Getting into and out of the hotel was a challenge, very bad road design. You can not walk to any eating facility, but there is a fuel station next door. It is the only business in the area. If you have gotten this far out of Billings, either keep going or turn back and head into town for lodging and near by food. The hotel was clean, nice overall, but for the same price you can have it all at another location just a minute or two closer to town. It might make a difference if the price reflected the out of the way location and challenging route to get into and out of the hotel.
As the midpoint on a long road trip, our stay was peaceful and refreshing. The room was clean and the atmosphere was pleasant. Having stayed in many hotels, this is one I would recommend to anyone. My only disappointment was the breakfast. For the price of the room, they could have offered more fruit and hot items.
Our room was spotless and top of the line. At the time we stayed with two children under two years old. The room was big enough for the kids to play in and the flat! We will stay here again.
