Pros: Friendly helpful hosts Freshly baked petit dejourne
Pros: Very nicely appointed. Friendly, attentive welcome, but not intrusive. Breakfast using local, fresh produce. Somewhere safe to park the loaded car. Convenient and easy to find.
Pros: Nicole was so kind that words are not enough to convey my gratitude: Eurotunnel summer delays many a nightmarish delay of 6 hours and arriving at the property at 2.00 in the morning. Nicole had agreed to be woken up and let me in: Thank you so much. We had a lovely chat the next morning around coffee in the garden and I couldn’t’ recommend this place more highly. The bathroom on the ground floor is the best ever.
Pros: Lovely place to stay , really nice little courtyard to sit in and relax . Great room and bathroom , spotlessly clean and with antique furniture . We liked the breakfast that was provided , bread , croissants , waffles , pain au chocolate etc with lovely jams , cheese and honeys. It's run by lovely people and is well worth a visit .
Pros: Wonderful hosts, very helpful and beautiful home with plenty of privacy, car parking and yummy home made French breakfast - would definitely recommend if doing a driving trip
Pros: Very friendly hosts! We were allowed to use their garden at the back of the house, a big and quiet area to sit and relax. Great breakfast - best we've ever had in France! We had delicious cheese, yoghurts, fruits (some of them home-grown), and then also home-made bread, baguettes, and jams. Everything bio/organic!
Pros: Very friendly hosts, very good value for money
Pros: We liked that it was an old farmhouse with wooden beams and beautiful tiles. The two rooms were quite large and nicely decorated with interesting artwork. Everything was very clean. Richard, who greeted us, was very charming and helpful. He is the sort of person you want to greet you after a very long and tiring journey. Thankfully he also spoke fairly good English because our French was woeful. We were there to visit the Australian war memorials and cemeteries which were only about 7 or 8 km away.
Cons: I clearly had the wrong impression of the place when I googled it - I thought the accommodation was on ground level. Instead it was up a long flight of stairs. To get to the bathroom & toilet you had to cross the other bedroom on very creaky floorboards. This is not a problem however if the inhabitants are deep sleepers.
With a stay at Gastama Hostel, you'll be centrally located in Lille, within a 5-minute drive of Casino Barriere Lille and Zenith Arena Concert Hall. Featured amenities include a computer station, complimentary newspapers in the lobby, and a 24-hour front desk.
Pros: one of the best hostels i've stayed in. clean, cosy, nice staff, good vibe.
Cons: everything was perfect
Pros: the city and place of the hostel
Cons: Nice welcoming nice place
Pros: The staff are very friendly and helpful. The bar and breakfast are good. The room is big.
Pros: the atmophere, the ambiance, the workes was pleasint, the earia of the location
Cons: THe ambiance
Pros: Big space. Plenty of food nearby
Cons: The showers in the ladies room were weird. The shower head made the water spray everywhere so it was hard to actually wash oneself. The lights would go off if there was no movement as well. Spooky pooping time!
Pros: Large comfortable room (we stayed in a private room). Large communal kitchen & cosy bar area downstairs
Cons: Bathroom wasn’t as clean as I would have expected
Pros: friendly and comfortable
Cons: the room got a bit too hot at night but had a window that could open
Pros: Room was good with good bathroom and clean sheets. Checkin process was very smooth and nice.
Cons: would have preferred individual lockers instead of the drawers at the bottom of the bed. The two bunk beds were joined and if the person on other bunk moved, I also felt the moving. Was not able to sleep properly. A little space is better than none. Sockets should be moved to the inner side of bed instead of being on top on the head.

Pros: Very clean and rooms are quite big No noise It was a great stay
Cons: The entrance on the road is very weird. We have to go down by lift outside the hotel. Look dangerous!!
Pros: They accomodated us early on. Steps away from the train station
Cons: Rooms were dated. There was a smell in the two rooms we had and probably the old carpets didn’t help either
Pros: Very good location for TGV traveller, close to TGV station. Spacious and clean room.
Cons: Breakfast not variety. Limited amenities for business traveler, no toothbrush. Room layout not practical: toilet and bathroom are separated.
Pros: friendly staff big room fine location

Pros: Location was good
Cons: 1. No towel in the bathroom. 2. The room heater was not working.
Pros: Throwing my 39 euros in the bin
Cons: I paid for a night but got the dates mixed up now they say they carnt do anything , i need to speak to booking when i speak to booking they say the same i need to speak to the hotelf1
Pros: The room was very clean and great value for money. The staff were helpful.
Pros: Staff and the hygiene.
Cons: The rooms were very very small, as was the bathroom. But it is a budget hotel / hostel. And it wasn't as close to the stadium as stated. It was also at least 23 euros by cab to the center. You get what you pay for. I've never had to buy a towel in a hotel either.
When you stay at Appart'City Confort Lille - Euralille in La Madeleine, you'll be in the suburbs, within a 5-minute drive of Casino Barriere Lille and Zenith Arena Concert Hall. Featured amenities include a 24-hour front desk, multilingual staff, and laundry facilities. Self parking (subject to charges) is available onsite.
Pros: The space itself was huge, two floors, and worked really well for us and our baby. Facilities were great - they provided high chairs, cot etc - and staff super helpful.
Cons: Not spotless or super elegant, but met our needs perfectly. Only downside was the location as it is essentially a 15 min walk in the wrong direction from Eurostar etc - but perfectly easy.
Pros: Staff was superfriendly!
Pros: The place was quiet.
Cons: The toilet bowl was dirty. It has some sticky rusty stain. My towel also has pink-is stain. Also, the ahower gel was almost empty, like I only got tiny drop of it.
Pros: Fair price in the decent neighborhood.
Cons: The stove was not easy to work. Toilet is old and stained.

Pros: Location of the hotel is great and very friendly staff.
Cons: Rooms were very dusty and warm. Unfortunately, the windows could not be opened, making it very warm and uncomfortable inside. The breakfast area is, furthermore, too small to accommodate all hotel guests. The breakfast is sufficient, but certainly not great. Parking is rather expensive, but considering the location of the hotel, extreme useful for parking your car!
Pros: Practical Clean Bread was nice at breakfast
Cons: Room 602 had a bad smell.
Pros: It’s near the shopping center and everything. The staff is just perfect. We had a nice stay !
Pros: Location is good, near the old City centre. Also, numerous restaurants are in the immediate surroundings. Also the Palais Des Beaux Arts is close by.
Cons: Taking a shower was unpleasant, water was alternating between either too hot or too cold. Also, the shower needed some maintenance, it was falling apart somewhat. The bathroom fixtures looked a bit worn.
Pros: We stayed for 1 night at the hotel. It is located on a short distance of the city center. Our hotelroom was good, breakfast was good and the hotel staff was very kind. On small note; our bathroom floor had a broken tile under the shower that could be fixed, anything other than that; I would recommend this hotel to others.
Pros: Great staff who spoke English and provide some great advice for local things to do and eat. Modern hotel rooms with very comfortable beds.
Pros: The location, very close to the city center. The parking lot underground has a lot of spaces. You just need to be a little careful when entering and exiting as the passage is quite narrow. Very friendly staff.
Cons: It's probably a French habit to eat only croissants & pastries for breakfast, but it could have been nice to provide more options for vegan diet such as salads, olives or warm tomatoes/potatoes.
Pros: The hotel is well situated in the centre of Lille, close to the old town and very near to the Palais of Beaux Artes. The rooms are comfortable and well maintained. The breakfast was simple, but had a good spread of cheese, cold meats and fruit. The staff was very attentive and helpful.
Cons: The parking is a bit narrow and steep.

Cons: Delivery made at 4.26 am could here good being moved on trolley from outside into the building
Pros: Breakfast was much more than we expected. Good secure underground parking.
Cons: No milk for the tea and coffee in the room (the only negative).

Featured amenities include a business center, express check-out, and complimentary newspapers in the lobby. Planning an event in Lille? This hotel has facilities measuring 9472 square feet (880 square meters), including conference space. Self parking (subject to charges) is available onsite.
Pros: Convenient location next to train station
Cons: Restaurants, menu very short, service very slow Heating - too cold day time and too hot sleep time - thermostat does not do the job. Water in shower not hot enough
Pros: Sweet surprises and extras for celebrating our wedding anniversary; modern suite with fancy fittings. Restaurant options in general. Very kind and helpful staff.
Cons: Hamam smelt unusual; maybe slight mould. Slight wear n tear of otherwise modern suite. Untold security deposit but not a big surprise.
Pros: Amazing decor, spacious room and the bed is extremely comfy!
Cons: The water dis not warm up repeatedly which is unacceptable and room service forgot our order (we had to call them back but of course it was already cold).
Pros: The room was spacious. Clean and good added extras in the room like coffee machine and supplies in bathroom.
Cons: The shower had a large head and then an extra shower head on chain to hold for extra cleaning. The large shower head was useless and didn’t get hot or have much power. The staff at breakfast reception we found were rude. They didn’t allow us entry on the first morning saying it wasn’t included with our room. After returning to reception to sort it then go back to breakfast there was no apology or attempt to make us feel welcome. We were not offered any hot drinks and found the self serve.
With a stay at Eklo Hotels Lille in Lille (Fives), you'll be within a 5-minute drive of Lille Grand Palais and Zenith Arena Concert Hall. Featured amenities include a computer station, a 24-hour front desk, and luggage storage.
Pros: hotel is nice and has big comfortable room( we booked family room).clean and safe with good wi fi. breakfast was poor in my opinion so we did not take it.the location is far away from city center, nearly at city limits.you need at least 30-35 minutes fast walk( we are well trained ) to reach city center or can use bus 52 which stops just across the street to drive you to a metro station and change there for metro.otherwise you can walk 5 min to reach a bus stop for a direct bus to town center.hotel has a parking.nothing is nearby.10 min walk to reach supermarket and dominos pizza
Cons: far away city center
Pros: Extremely clean and sound proof.
Cons: Little small but a good value hotel none the less.
Pros: Stop off location when travelling late at night , had two rooms one for me and a child the other for wife and child, very small but clean and comfortable- staff were great and breakfast is well worth it. Would recommend any family who need a one night stop
Pros: I had booked a bed in a mixed dorm and I was given the whole room to myself. This is a very clean hotel, super fast wi-fi connection in the room with very friendly staff. I asked the young man that checked me in to show me how to get to the centre of Lille and he took his time to give me a map and to explain how I could get there on foot and by metro.
Cons: I did not think that the breakfast was a good deal for 5 Euros, you get croissants, coffee from a machine (that tastes as if it came from a machine), generic orange juice and a small yoghurt. I expected more.. otherwise, everything else was perfect...
When you stay at Hotel Première Classe Lille Sud - Seclin in Seclin, you'll be near the airport, within a 15-minute drive of Casino Barriere Lille and Euralille. Featured amenities include complimentary newspapers in the lobby and multilingual staff.
Pros: Clean,room at a good price,functional.Woul come back,good breakfast.
Cons: Small bathroom,very cramped.
Pros: location was so good
Cons: The toilette comfort was poor but other all ok
Pros: Bed was ok
Cons: Small bathroom and not very clean, no toilet brush
Pros: Large parking, quiet, early check-in, nice staff, very good value for money.
Cons: Bathroom very small, walls very thick.
Pros: Beautiful location that’s easy for commuters to access after the ferry.
Cons: Beds were too hard and the rooms and bathrooms are absolutely tiny. Breakfast also very basic with 3 types of bread, machine instant coffee and some jam options.
Cons: The room is too small. Both evening and morning receptionists were rude . Just stay away from that place.
Pros: cleaned and calm and parking is free and very powerful wifi connection
Cons: hi in my opinion the price is very reasonable and comfort is also ok i would like to stay next time
With a stay at Hotel Première Classe Lille Centre in Lille (Historic Center), you'll be a 4-minute walk from Euralille and 12 minutes by foot from Casino Barriere Lille. Featured amenities include complimentary newspapers in the lobby, a 24-hour front desk, and multilingual staff. Self parking (subject to charges) is available onsite.
Pros: Location near the metro and TGV station and close to city center
Cons: Small shower area
Pros: Good budget hotel, centre of lille, easy check in,served its purpose.only an overnight stay before moving on so not wanting luxury, reasonable price, you get what you pay for
Pros: The beds were fairly comfortable and the location was really good.
Cons: I was given a 2-bed room, not what I asked for, and the halls were absolutely filthy. The room itself was fairly clean, except for the fact that that bathroom looked like it belonged on an airplane. It took us forever to be checked in and when I asked a staff member for a WiFi password he acted like it was a crazy request.
Pros: Breakfast was minimal, but at least had fresh baguettes. Convenient location; ok for one night.
Cons: Noise insulation not so good (noisy neighbours). Bed was quite hard.
Pros: Well located for the centre of Lille
Cons: Funny smell and bathroom very small
Pros: The position is really central and you can walk everywhere from the hotel. The room was cleaned everyday, not the cleanest place i’ve ever seen but it was clean enough.
Cons: The 2 beds room was small, dark and with absolutely no wardrobe or space to put clothes and luggage in. The bathroom was made of plastic and extremely small, shower almost unlivable, and water was going everywhere. We were given only two towels for shower, no hand towel. After 2 nights the toilet broke so we had to move room at midnight, got a room that smelled of smoke and the smell did not go away not even after 2 days of constant open window. We also found a cockroach. Only two plugs for electricity in the room and far from the bed. One nightstand for two people. Internet was extremely slow or not working at all. Absolutely too expensive for the service and not worth the money!
With a stay at Premiere Classe Lille Ouest - Lomme in Lille (Lomme), you'll be within a 15-minute drive of Euralille and Lomme Urban Park. Featured amenities include express check-in, complimentary newspapers in the lobby, and multilingual staff.
Pros: It was adequate for a flying over night visit with a late arrival and early departure.
Cons: There was rowdiness on the hotel grounds until 2am and my partner had to ask them to be quiet numerous times before having to call reception to manage the issue. Even so, it was still fairly loud after the intervention. Reception staff unfriendly on arrival.
Pros: The bed was comfy, quiet location, staff were lovely.
Cons: On your site it said it was 3.3km from the hospitals, it was 9.5. The bathroom had ingrained dirt in the sink so much so that you could write in it. The skirting boards to the bedroom were filthy with dust dirt and hair.
Pros: It was local for our journey. Coffee was good.
Cons: We booked 2 rooms. We arrived late 10pm and when our girls laid on the bed found a live bed bug crawling on the cover.. we went to reception and found no one there so we crammed them in our bed. My husband spoke to gentleman at reception in the morning who would have refunded us but couldn't because we booked it through booking.com. there was mild around doorway and cobwebs.
Pros: Secure car parking
Cons: No staff in reception after 11pm Self check in machine screen no working so not possible to use it.
Pros: Friendly man on reception
Cons: The rooms were dated and old and appeared dirty. Needs modernisation

Pros: The attention to detail when mentioned reason for stay
Cons: The lobby had odd smell but think from air con so may not been helped
Pros: Excellent location for both the train station (Eurostar) and the centre of the city.
Cons: Not a particular issue given the weather during my visit, but my room was perhaps overly warm, even though the air conditioning appeared to be on and at the lowest setting.
Pros: Very good everything!
Cons: No such thing
Pros: Great location near to Grand Place. Comfortable bed. Clean. Good breakfast selection.
Cons: Room was very hot even on a cold night. Had to open the window/balcony door to get cool.
Pros: Hotel and staff was great, location was very central and with a nearby underground parking area for the car. Definitely recommended.

Pros: The neighborhood was quiet. Dinner in the restaurant was tasty. Requests were met with a response. Nothing else good came up.
Cons: First of all one of the rooms was smelling like a sewer! When we asked for another room, the new one was smelling heavy tobacco. Somebody used to smoke a lot in that room. We did say that to the reception, and the result was that they came and used some perfume... Also, breakfast was at least to say disappointing. Diversity was very low, some were tasteless. The rooms, although they looked kind of new, were not so good maintained.
Pros: Staff were helpful and 24hr desk really helpful.
Cons: Food quality has slipped. Not hot buffet for dinner or breakfast anymore. Showers in all the rooms had fluctuating hot water.
Pros: Everything was .
Cons: Nothing .
Pros: Modern hotel. Very comfortable. Close to local shops and amenities. The staff were very pleasant. Parking in a secure compound.
Cons: The restaurant was closed but the breakfast was adequate.
Pros: Value for money, close to highway
Cons: Parking has an additional fee
Pros: Room available at short notice
Cons: Parking is available as booking.com filters confirmed but at €11 a day : the site should specify this The link to directions to find this hotel on the confirmatory email does not work at all which made it difficult to find .
Cons: Hotel is nice, clean but the breakfast was bad. They don't refill egg and sausage. If you come late so its your bad luck. And when i asked the staff to refill, he said the quantity for that day has been used and people ate more than it should be. I was there not that late either because breakfast time is between 7 to 10 am. I was there at 8.30
Pros: Everything’s perfect

Pros: We love how child friendly the hotel is! The social game area and the family/toddler play are was great! Breakfast was very good. The sofa bed was ready made for our kids. Staff was friendly, location was very central.
Cons: The hotel didn't have any parking space, so we had to cruise around to find public parking spot (the garage near the hotel wasn't open at the time). Our family didn't really like the fact that the toilet is separated from the bathroom (with no sink).
Pros: Modern rooms, very central & very nice breakfast.
Cons: the bathroom was a bit smelly.
Pros: Perfect location and very friendly and helpful staff
Pros: The receptionist was very polite. The waiter was not helpful.
Cons: Dated rooms noisy reception because of a live event.

Pros: The bed was robust
Cons: Non applicable
Pros: The breakfast was fabulous and the staff was exceptionally helpful! Great location!

Cons: Let down by the breakfast. Not enough seating and not enough staff to replenish the buffet.
Pros: Central location. Comfortable beds in good-sized rooms.
Cons: The common areas were a bit small.

Featured amenities include a 24-hour business center, complimentary newspapers in the lobby, and dry cleaning/laundry services. Self parking (subject to charges) is available onsite.
Pros: Can’t complain about this place made my friends and I very welcome. The price was low due to the Covid virus but the service was excellent. Bars then closed at midnight as decreed by the French Government. We’ll be back
Cons: All was good
Pros: staff extremely helpful when our plans changed as the coronavirus restrictions on movement were introduced excellent location for Eurostar at Lille Europe would happily stay here again if we do manage to make the planned visit to Lille old town
Pros: Location and functionality are the main draws here.
Cons: Not the friendliest. Need to get rid of the giant key fob - it's not the 1990s.
Pros: Location mostly!!!
Cons: No single room in Ibis hotels - that is most unfair to people travelling on their own. Hotels should be compelled to have a few, smaller single rooms, with price 3/4 of of that paid for double rooms. Japanese hotles have single rooms, why is that so rare un Western Europe (especially France)?s
Pros: Good location, helpful friendly staff. Comfortable, if small, room
Cons: Breakfast could have had larger range
Pros: Staff were very helpful

The Spa with a heated swimming pool is luxurious cocoon for Carita, Decléor & Thémaé massage. Bar L'Hermitage a vibrant Piano Bar under a gigantic glass roof.
Pros: The nice and big room. We came with our pet and it was so well welcome and managed it was very nice to see this. The personnel was very welcoming and agreeable. The food was delicious. Very good experience !!
Pros: We had a pleasant stay with our small child: the pool is open to children at certain hours, which are clearly indicated. ALso, our dinner at one of the hotel restaurants (Estaminet gantois) went smoothly, thanks to the staff.
Cons: You have to pay extra for parking, so we used a parking house next to the Beaux arts museum. It was quite convenient.
Pros: Heating in restaurants was at inadequate level given low temperature. Take warm jumper in winter! Service in main restaurant did not extend to clearing table at breakfast. Wine was expensive for what you got. Bar seats could do with replacement. Swimming pool hidden away at distance. External Passage visible to passers by! For 5* the management could do better!
Pros: Lovely rooms with very comfy beds and loved the pool and spa facilities
Cons: The drinks in the bar were very expensive €8 for a coffee!
Pros: Architecturally the hotel is very impressive. The glazed over internal courtyard has been turned into a very pleasant and comfortable bar. The building is an very stylish conversion of a former hospice and a lot of historical stuff has been nicely integrated. The staff were helpful
Cons: It was a busy time - the Christmas market is on (go any other time than this) and the hotel was extremely busy. So, to arrive and be told there was a) no parking and b) both restaurants were full meant that we got off to a poor start. Then a table was offered at 21:00 which we accepted, but food hadn't arrived by 22:30 so we abandoned that. If would have been too easy to provisionally book us a table but ... hey. That said, the front desk team did their best to make amends (esp Romain) and guess what, we would stay there again!
The ibis budget Lille Centre, located in the heart of Vieux Lille, is a 5-minute walk from the downtown area, the Opera and the Beffroi, and a 10-minute walk from the TGV stations Lille Flandres and Lille Europe and the Grand-Place. This fully renovated h otel offers rooms for 1 to 3 people as well as family rooms with connecting doors. The hotel offers a private covered car park (EUR 7/night), unlimited free WIFI and a great value buffet breakfast. Welcome! (Reception open 24/7).
Pros: The location is super convenient and the room is basic but that’s fine for the price. There was a fire alarm at 6am which was super annoying and we all had to wait on the street with no explanation or apology which was annoying!
Cons: The fire alarm going off! The staff were pretty rude too!
Pros: Room was correct for the price, quiet and rather clean. I miss a bigger table and 2 seats...
Pros: Loved the location, the size of the room and the very nice and professional staff (thumbs up for them). Rooms and hallways were extremely clean despite the construction going on.
Cons: But the bed were really hard and uncomfortable and pillows much too thin. And the third thing is that the doors will slam even when you try to hold them... waking everyone on the same floor early !
Pros: Great location
Pros: Reception staff were very pleasant. Room and bathroom were clean. Good location.
Cons: Priced too high. Room and facilities were very basic. No hairdryer. Very small towels Very limited breakfast, staff not particularly helpful in restaurant. Whole place looked very cheap and basic.
Pros: Very clean and comfortable accommodation, very close to the centre, staffs are really nice and very helpful. They let us keep the food of my toddler in the refrigerator which I took with me from home.
Cons: There was no kettle in the room for making tea or coffee; although I had taken teabags and milk from home and the lovely reception staff provided me with cup of hot water for making the tea.
Pros: Nice staff and helpful
Cons: Car park. The entrance exit is challenging and I scraped my car
Pros: The location is near the centre and right next to a street with a lot of restaurants. The price is very good for what you get
Cons: The staff didn't all speak English and our towels were removed even though we hanged them and weren't replaced with new ones. (But asking for new ones fixed this).
