Nicely furnished, clean, spacious rooms with character. Good views from bedrooms and living room. Easy to park and very close to good restaurants.
Poor selection of TV chanels - but that is a minor point really.
Location is excellent, close to city centre and shopping. Very well furnished and modern accommodation.
Ipricing up front should include all charges including VAT and booking fees.
Lovely contemporary apartment on 2 levels, comfortable beds, useful welcome pack, friendly and helpful staff, convenient location.
A very small gripe, but the apartment could do with mirrors and sockets in the same place in order to style ones hair.
Good stay. David on reception was particularly helpful. Maintenance could be better. For example, no-one seems to be responsible for defrosting the fridges and freezers at any of the Saco flats I have stayed in recently.
Noise, but then it is a city centre flat.
Comfortable, friendly, spacious...excellent for business stays and great value for money.
Noisy when the windows were open (City Centre life though)
Modern, well equipped, tastefully furnished.
Excellent value for money - cost the same as one room in the nearby big hotels. Free Wireless worked well, all kitted out tastefully with everything you could need.
Breakfast pack not worth boasting about really, my shower control got stuck and needed really wrenching to get anything but scoulding hot water.
The apartment felt very luxurious and was very well decorated and furnished with outstanding views over the city.
Two remote controls were missing their batteries and the phone didn't operate down to reception, so this took the edge off the Luxury feel, which for the average working class family to spend over £200 pounds for one night, you expect everything to be perfect and in working order.
Very clean, well equipped and enjoyable surroundings. Ideally situated for all of the main facilities in Birmingham's city centre
Was occasionally a little bit noisy - sounds from nearby Broad Street - but not so bad that it was unduly disturbing
It was very comfortable and had every luxury you would want. The staff were totally accomodating, even taking our cases and bags, before the appartment was ready, so we could continue and register at our conference.
We had a fantastic night on the Wednesday but ended up with noisy neighbours (partying till gone midnight!) on Thursday night...there were no staff on site to have a word with and sort the problem out.
