excellent staff and excellent restaurant
Cleanliness No childrens portable crib
Nice hotel. Staff was overall ok. Maitre dee was excellent. Breakfast host was a joke. He may have a difficult job though. We arrived at 8:30 for a breakfast that lasted till 10. Meats, cheeses and eggs ran out before we could get any. A number of people arrived after us. When anyone asked about replenishing items he indignantly said " prego prego prego" and pointed to other items.
Free Internet. Very good breakfast for an Italian Hotel. When using VPN the internet becomes quite instable.
Convenient for our touring trip via the highway. Once we arrived this hotel was a pleasant surprise. Very clean, modern & very comfortable Area nearby was not the best for tourists
The room was nice. The staff in the restaurant could pay more attention during breakfast. (Ask if anyhting is needed, fill up baskets etc.) There were loud clicking noises during the afternoon (Uppermost level). We think that this is due to the expansion of outer hotel parts in the sun.
I don't have something particulary to like. On their website they say than Castiglione Costino Rail Station is 1km away but it is 2.5km away from the hotel.
An excellent value for this hotel suite, is appropriate for one night or extended stay since it has a kitchenette. This is a full service hotel, with restaurant and room service. Very large breakfast buffet. Helpful staff. Ample free parking. I would stay here again; enjoyed my stay with ample space to relax in one room and sleep in another.
Freshly squeezed orange juice during breakfast! Friendly staff; Rooms come with a hall, plus cooking facilities (I do not know whether they work but I liked it) a big hotel that has seen better days 30 years ago, but it is OK. It was funny to see that the leaflet in the room about the international dialing codes is still listing East Germany, Czechoslovakia and Yugoslavia among others! These countries do not exist for 15-20 years!! Still, I liked this hotel with its 70's charme!!
Had all the facilities, was modern and clean No tea/coffee making facilities in the rooms. Very necessary after a long journey or first thing in the morning. There was however room service.
The surrounding and the bog shopping mall nearby I passed my entire day there nice restaurant too Nothing whatsoever it was perfect
Central location, close to autoroute good place for stopover .
The price The location It was not in Cosenza as advertised, but in a near town,.
Staff were very helpful - rooms large and quiet and comfortable.
excellent hotel, good value of money
Room was large and quiet. The restaurant was a good choice after a full day of driving. Lot of local food with a bit of creativity. The private parking is definitely a plus in a very busy city. room was a bit cold. few minutes to get hot water from shower but it was there
The staff was excellent. Very professional, courteous, and helpful. We do not speak Italian, and not many of the staff speak English, so it was very nice that they made such efforts to communicate. The only thing is that it seemed the hot water was not available until 7:00 AM, which was kind of late for our schedule.
We were travelling from napoli to calabria and used this hotel as a stopover point. It was in a nice area and the hotel was close to the highway so we didn't waste much time. The hotel was excellent.
Convenient location to Rende (family), Cosenza (business) and the highway. Offers good cost effective alternative to staying with family when visiting the area.
Excelent rapport qualité prix
We found the Hotel and staff very kind and helpful, we would highly recommend this Hotel, the rooms were modern and the food at the Hotel if you choose to eat there was dilicious! All in all a great time!
The fact that the agreed rate for the event was higher than theone you cold find, actually, on booking.com
very nice interior with quality materials extremely poor breakfast : bread was at least 3 days old, cake probably 3 weeks :(
The Hotel is new, perfect design, clean, and the service staff is very friendly. The room was perfect. The stay was overall very positive. There was nothing to complain.
Room size for a family was great. Lovely pool for all ages of children to play in and also to do a little swimming in. Good range of facilities. Difficult to find initially.
Nothing. We booked April 25- 2010. We were the only visitors. No evening restaurant due to being out of season. The area is very poor. Finished up buying food in the supermarket and eating in our room. The area has nothing to offer in the way of culture and best left for the beach crowd . Breakfast poor.
This is a clean, well run hotel in the middle of town. We enjoyed our stay very much and would not hesitate to go there again.
Pasports had to be send to next hotel of our holidays, because they need a lot of time to fill in documents at arriving time. We ask 2 times for our pasports. Following morning by check-out they dont give our doc.
Large room, good bathroom. Good restaurant, good breakfast. No air-conditioning or even fan.No English spoken.
The folks were extremely nice, friendly, and very helpful, especially for my wife who does not speak Italian. Nothing about the hotel, although the law in Italy that prevents the heat from being turned on is crazy. But then in Roma we could not have the air conditioning on either.
