the size of the rooms, the staff in the bar very customer focused. the hot ice package very good value for money and excellent breakfast menu. dvd didn't work very well, and there was dust under the tv, when checking package wasn't explained it was only on asking did we find out what was included.
Welcoming, friendly reception staff. Spacious comfortable room with air conditioning, big bed and beautiful bathroom. Excellent breakfast.
Overall a very nice hotel, the breakfasts were amazing! The rooms were pretty basic, bedside lights did not work, no batteries in tv/dvd remotes, bathroom linen could have been better (no flannels or bath robes) Very noisey during the night!
it was a very clean and staff were so helpful, room was amazing, had a great stay and will be returning.
Close to the pleasure beach. Home from home. Staff very friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was lovely. Having to go home.
everyone was so freindly and helpful the food was fantastic very clean very modern great choice of wines the rooms were of a very good stanard could not fault the hotel in any way
We got what we expected
The hotel is in a good location with all the top class amenities you'd expect of a venue of this standard. All the staff were very helpful and extremely pleasant. Restaurant staff especially made you feel relaxed and were a good laugh. Have been before and will definitely return.
Big room, friendly service and ease of access to Blackpool Promenade The Breakfast Buffet seemed disorganised as we had to wait nearly half an hour to get a table. When we got to our table, there were many tables not filled around us. They don't seem to be able to have enough staff/tables to accomodate all guests in a full hotel.
The location of the hotel and the parking facilities. The breakfast buffet was excellent.
Everything Nothing worth of note
Our room was beautiful and in a perfect location on a quiet street but a minutes walk from the beach. The breakfast was lovely and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. None
A very warm welcome, with thoughtful service and friendly hosts. In need of some updating.
Well appointed and well decorated comfortable rooms in a beautiful old building. Very friendly helpful owners.Good food. Hen amd stag parties not allowed, thanks goodness
It was an oasis of comfort and peace, just a stroll from the frenetic attractions of Blackpool. The owners were delightful and have a superb hotel. Nothing, What's to dislike?
Very friendly. Hospitable. Good food. Good location. Helpful owner. Very clean faciliites. Car parking. Good location for town centre.
Friendly proprieters who were helpful and couldn't do enough for us. Made our stay even better, would definately recommend to others and would stay again if we visit Blackpool. Nothing it was lovely.
The Old Coach House is a fantastic retreat in Blackpool, very handy for all the amenties but feels like a luxury retreat. The room was beautiful & spotlessly clean and felt very much like a luxury hotel. None
The old coach house is as stunning inside as it is outside, room was lovely. The place is spoitless. Very warm and friendly could not of asked for more. Would not stay anywhere else.. There was no bad points..
fantastic place to stay, quiet, clean comfortable and fantastic hosts.
The hotel was out the way of the hurley burley noise of shopping/nightlife so after our evening out we were guaranteed a good night sleep. The Bed was really comfy and I think l had the best night sleep in ages. Shower was hot and makes a change as in some hotels you only get luke warm. Breakfast was more than enough as I was full up until mid afternoon. Well worth the money in my eyes. It is a taxi ride from the train station though but thats not important as there is trams, taxis etc to take you back up towards centre and taxi we booked was here within 2 mins. Everything was fine
Very friendly, good location and nice breakfast choice Breakfast from 9.00 to 9.30 is a bit late for a family stay as up much earlier and had to hang around.
Its very good prices and its perfect location to Pleasure Beach Resort
Friendly Staff, good location nothing bad to report
Hotel was very clean, the hotel is updating its rooms and they are excellent. Paul and Richard were great hosts and went out of their way to make you feel comfortable. None
The Corona was a very pleasant surprise just off the main promenade in Blackpool. Friendly team, very welcoming and a clean, fresh, warm environment for couples, singles or families alike. Big thumbs up! :-)

excellent and well run hotel, facilties are up to a very good standard.the staff well trained in their duties and of a pleasant dispossition
Comfortable clean rooms, very friendly management and staff. Excellent breakfast and very good evening meals. Would stay here again and recommend to others.
The guys who run it were very helpful and friendly; they had great advice about places to eat.
Cleanliness and friendliness just to be picky - the size of the rooms
The room was clean and staff were friendly Our room was very small so much so tea making facilities were left in the wardrobe.
The staff were very helpfull and friendly. Our Children felt at home. They wanted to come back next time for longer period.
Really nice, pleasant little hotel very close to the pleasure beach but off the main drag, so relatively quiet for Blackpool! The owners made us incredibly welcome and the breakfast was fantastic, lots of choice. Would definitely recommend The Corona if you're looking for somewhere pleasant to stay in Blackpool. Only one complaint...slightly hard pillows!
lovley amazin staff thorughly enjoyed it room was cold and we had a bit of a complaining neighbour in the room below us shouting abbusive language asking us to be quieter, when in fact we wernt that loud anyway.
the parrot in the bar
very friendly staff. room was warm and clean. breakfast plentiful nothing!!!!!
The hotel was cosy & had a friendly atmosphere
Staff were great, breakfast good. Hotel clean. No dinner in the evenings and had to get into town for it. But thats seasonal. Shower a bit weak and tepid. Small things.
We only stayed as bed and breakfast, room was very spacious and the breakfast was excellent
breakfast was lovely, well served and hot the room was very cold
the bedroom was lovely having a queen size room with a table and chairs also there was a lot of light let in from the street as the curtains were not lined but was definatley not a negative point!
the breakfast and the services
available car parking, games room cold, even when heating was on.
Friendly staff and lovely welcome. The room was a bit small and breakfast was only served till 9am!
excellent breakfast, very clean rooms, friendly staff
Warm welcome, helpful staff.Comfortable beds. Only stayed for one night but the breakfast was excellent. The bathroom was a bit on the small side.
The standard of cleanliness was excellent, the staff were helpful and friendly.
It was nice, clean and warm and the owners was friendly and helpful. A nice hotel for a short break by the sea. I would stay there again.
Cleanliness of the room and very accommodating Not being able to park close to the hotel
staff were very pleasant high standard in cleanliness also very friendly alround good family holiday break. just off south beach 2 min from pleasure beach and tram stops big thanks to john and jossie for a good weekend
Cleanliness of room and staff was informed on web their was a pool table, darts etc. This was not the case. Bar not manned all evening
a fantastic break, very clean rooms, lovely breakfast, great location near pleasure beach.
the breakfast would have liked a glass of wine before going out to have tea
The staff were extremely friendly, very helpful in suggesting things to do and the full English breakfast was the best i've had at any Hotel worldwide! Great location!
The staff were absolutely lovely, went out of their way to recommend a lovely restaurant that evening. The breakfast was fab too. On the down side- bathroom tiny, shower poor and walls paper thin.
the staff were extremely friendly
the food was good, in a quiet area but close to the town. staff helpful and friendly. The room was very cold.
The owners Matthew and Jayne were very helpful, the breakfast was excellent. Our room was clean and was great value for money. The location was very central, would definatley stay at this hotel again. Probably the only little gripe if any was the shower pressure but everything else about the windsor out weighed this minor problem,
the team was great, helpful and friendly. the rooms were very clean and confortable.
friendly and helpful staff no
Friendly staff, lovley place to stop
it was warm and friendly very comfatable and very welcoming my wife and i will be returning
Staff very friendly and welcoming from the very beginning. Downstairs (breakfast room/bar and front lounge) could be bit more modern.
room very clean and comfortable, staff very helpfull, kaths breakfast is the best and location great, everything was perfect
Friendly family runned hotel. New furniture & fresh looks of rooms. Washrooms are nice & clean with modern fittings. Overall it is good value for money. The bar & pool table was closed at my visit in weekend.
Very friendly, family run hotel. Very welcoming and made a point to ensure we were totally satisfied with our stay. Room was a good size for the family. Both room & communal areas were very clean. Ideally located for the major Blackpool attractions, with the South Pier/Pleasure Beach a 5min stroll. Not really anything we didn't like... if I was to be really picky, it would be good if the TV in the room was closer to the double bed so the 'grown ups' could watch/hear better while the kids popped off to sleep... but that is a minor thing that is more of a suggestion rather than something we did not like.
the hotel was nice and clean and in a good location nice and quiet at night if you have kids. the family room was ideal for 2 nights any longer im not sure? the staff were nice and you get a top class breakfast! good breakfast nice clean dining room comfy T.V room. and the fact you can come and go as you please
Owners are very nice people they made us very welcome. parking was pot luck, luckily there was 1 space left at the rear of the hotel to use, the sreet at the front was always full.
Very friendly staff (especially Kath). Great breakfast! Was made to feel very welcome.
The hotel very close to Pleasure Beach but still very calm. The breakfast had fewer options.
Good Location. The double bed was a bit lumpy and I didn't like the position of the kettle.
There really wasn't nothing that I didn't like from Marlow Lodge. All aspects of the stay were very good, friendly hosts, good food, comfortable rooms, we had a lovely stay. The only thing I could say here was the stairs - although there was 36 stairs to climb to our room, my husband has an illness and the stairs were maybe a little too much for him.
friendly staff, clean and breakfast brilliant, close to fun fair and ea front.
