free shuttle to airport, 24 hours a day
room smelled of cigarette smoke TV reception was fuzzy
They were open, LOL
I called the hotel and asked about being able to park there for a few days and get a shuttle to the airport, when I checked in, I asked about setting up the shuttle the next morning she said we can get a ride but said I could not park there, only in the winter do they offer that. I told her I talked to someone there when I booked and she said that they were wrong on telling me that. The ONLY reason I booked this hotel was for that feature, she told me I could go down the road and use the Park n' Go. So I spent 80. (checked in at 10pm and out at 3:30am we had a early flight) and then 76. for the park n' Go. I will not make another stay at this hotel.
Beds were very comfortable, room set up was nice
No refrigerator or microwave in the room
It was awesome Inn. I love it.
but no microwave and fridge. :(
The room was spacious and clean
Cars were parked in front of the door and there was no room to drive around them.
The staff was very nice and welcoming. The price was very cheap. Can't ask more with a 3am check in.
Pulled back the covers to go to bed and there were nasty stains all over the sheets. no big deal right? There are two beds! The other bed had a pile of long black hairs hiding in the sheets. I ended up sleeping on top of the covers fully clothed using my coat as a blanket.
It's a nice hotel for the price.
It is well located, just off the freeway, close to the Mall of America, across the street from a Walmart, and about 20 minutes from downtown Minneapolis. It was a great price for a suite. Equivalent accommodations in downtown Minneapolis were at least $100 more per night.
The amenities in the room were convenient. Fridge and microwave were nice to have
The bed and bedding could have been much more comfortable and higher quality. The rooms are very stale and plain but they serve their purpose.
location and price
"shuttle" was very inconvenient from the airport In fact, it was unavailable. There should be a clear disclaimer about calling ahead and reserving a specific pick up time or something like that. We waited at the airport for over an hour before they admitted their shuttle would be unable to pick us up (and it was after midnight by then!)
Disappointed with our stay at this hotel. The room was not clean. Mirror next to phone was broken. Drapes were nasty & filthy. Pad next to window was dirty. Would not stay they again.
- Next to MOA.
- Rooms had a foul odor. - AC unit did not work. - There were holes in the walls. - Majority of the carpet was stained. - Restroom smelled like wet dog.
That we didn't have to stay there.
Our room wreaked of smoke even though it was sold as a 'non-smoking' and there were burn holes in the cushions and curtains. Absolutely disgusting. We have a 1 yr old and even though we were told they had a pack-n-play after we checked in we were told they did not. As we were leaving (20 minutes later) I saw 2 pack-n-plays in rooms that were being cleaned and they hadn't been returned to the front office. Horrible experience.
