Cons: Did not get the room that we booked and payed for and they would not make it right or fix the payment for the smaller room we got. Was told take it or leave. Most unfriendly people I have ever seen. There was no manager to talk to. There was a long line of people at The desk with problems with there rooms and they did no help any of them. They where told same thing we were told take it or leave. Someone need to do a complete over haul of hotel and staff.
Cons: Staff refused to make things right with customers
My in-laws were overcharged and the stsff refused to lower the price
Another couple had a filthy refrigerator and the cleaning staff actually said no when asked to clean it
They would not take action to the burning smell on 4th floor
They gave away a lady's room even though she paid for late check in.
No manager on duty nor available.
They claimed that third party booking sites are to blame, and refused to be helpful if a third party site was used

Cons: Needs additional mirrors on wall outside of bathroom..
Outside pool was cold and a recent wind littered three water with leaves and debris.
Pros: It was accessible to Starbuck and Whataburger.
Cons: There was a party below me in one of the event rooms that was playing loud music until I was able to goto sleep around 10:30p. I asked the front desk to have them lower the music which they did for a time but raised it back up. I understand you can rent these rooms out but for a hotel that hosts businessmen and women there is no place for loud parties.
Pros: Staff was friendly.
I accidentally left some valuable papers in the room. I called the hotel several hours later and the maid had brought the papers to the front desk and I was able to pick them up. Nothing was missing!

Cons: The elevator was down for 15 plus hours, the laundry facilities did not work, staff left doors wide open, and internet was very slow or didn't work. I I was told that one of the ladies was on vacation and when she is gone everything falls apart.
Cons: critters in the stair well
Pros: Late night staff was friendly and made me feel welcome. Staff handling the breakfast was very professional and very friendly
Cons: I didnt like was the hotel manager watching my family and i at the breakfast area we were the only family there that morning and everytime my husband and son got up to get something the management made it known they were getting watched like a hawk.

Pros: Great breakfast and lady attending the breakfast bar was so sweet and helpful, very friendly.
Cons: Front desk help not friendly, rude.
Will never use Price Line again unless you resolve this problem.
Pros: Very new and clean.
Cons: Hotel was fine PriceLine is terrible. When we arrived we had our confirmation number and receipt in hand but the hotel did not have us in their system for a reservation. They said this was a Price Line problem. They were sold out but the GM found us a

Pros: the location was perfect and the room was pretty
Cons: No greeting Front desk not friendly Requested smoking room was told we don't have any GM said they only have (2) rooms no apology Check out folio showed a $96.00 total when I paid more than that thru you guys and they tried to charge me on my cc
Originally they said I had booked a smoking room and that was all They had available. I showed them my non-smoking reservation and they said there was nothing they could do since I booked online. Eventually a non-smoking room 'became available'. Overall a very nice hotel.
Pros: Very nice, clean room.
Cons: Hot tub not working and pool murky

Cons: 'closet' bars: ironed clothes kept falling. Bug fell on my head, spider crawled across our bed, refrigerator and microwave in the bathroom area, breaker tripped and turned off the refrig, smoke detect beeped all night, creepy guy with med mask and gloves
Pros: The staff were friendly and welcoming,
Cons: I had to open 2 or 3 doors to get to my room.
Pros: The bed was clean and it was right by the location we needed and cheap.
Cons: Things are not clean, but the bed is. If you are just passing through it's not bad place to stay. It was decent for $---
Cons: There was no coffee pot, no hair dryer, microwave didn't work, bed was hard.
Pros: The staff was friendly and very helpful when I forgot my hair dryer and extra pillows. They sent a dryer and extra pillows to the room right away.
Pros: Hotel employee and the rest of the staff were great. Room very friendly and maid service excellent. I will certainly at the Stephenville Motel 6 next time I'm passing through!
Pros: The front desk help was . I found to be helpful and knowledgeable about the area. I thought she was pretty too!!!
Cons: Pillows were a little soft for my taste. But im a weird sleeper so its probably just me
Pros: Clean and comfortable room and bed.
Cons: The surrounding grassy areas for pet walking were full of sand burrs. Had to pick goat head stickers out of their paws and fur every time we walked.
Pros: Possibly the cleanest hotel I've stayed in.
Cons: There was no shampoo provided in the room. I found that odd.
Pros: The room had new flooring and fixtures.
Cons: The room had a cockroach on the floor after we had a big rain. Every morning it sounded like a herd of kids started doing laps on the floor above my room along with other strange noises at all hours of the night.
Pros: it was what i expected. i have never had any problems with Motel 6
it was good for just needing a place to sleep got in late woke up and out early.
Pros: the staff was extremely nice
Cons: the towels and sheets didn't seem as clean .... and very thin.. would suggest bringing your own.. we did bring our own bed stuff to sleep in.

Pros: It was close to my desired location. I only had to travel a few miles each day to get to the ranch. The staff was very friendly.
Cons: Rooms could be updated and re-carpeted instead of cutting patches and gluing them to the floor. Did not have a microwave until I requested one.
Other than that I enjoyed my stay there. It was a fun weekend.
Pros: Staff was nice.
Cons: Room was filthy! Sheets had not been changed from previous guest, but also had holes in them. There were no towels in the room! The leg on the table was completely broken off. And something splattered all over the back of the door that was disgusting. By far one of the worst hotels.

Cons: Ice machine was out of order. No item in vending machines. The guy at the front desk gave you only a little ice every time and he seemed unhappy if you asked for more.
Pros: Hotel was clean.
Cons: There were too many people and vehicles in and out of the hotel parking lot making it unsafe for my teens to get to the pool. The door latch to our room would get stuck so it wouldn't close properly...UNSAFE!!
Cons: This is DEFINITELY NOT a 2 star hotel!!!!! Out of 100 rooms, only 8 vehicles there. It's ran down and way out of date. Rooms stink, trash cans around hotel were overflowing like they hadn't been emptied in several weeks. You don't feel safe here!
Pros: The room was clean. The gentlemen running the hotel were very welcoming. We had a bit of confusion about our needs. They immediately worked with us to resolve our concerns.
Cons: It appeared as though they were in the process of making some repairs to the rooms. It was not a problem for me, but a heads up for others . My thoughts, if you are looking for a reduced rate hotel, you should expect some imperfections.
Cons: Shower would not get warm, even after reporting it to management. The housekeeping staff did little, if anything to the room. A roach crawled across my pillow, prompting us to leave and book at another hotel. I would rather sleep in my truck than here
Pros: Good location.Quiet.
Cons: Big crack in bathroom mirror. Not sure sheets were clean.Vending machines all empty.Dirty and in bad shape.
Pros: Clean and quiet
Cons: Tiny little bath towels
Cons: It was not clean at all.....TV reception was very bad.....Tub/ shower was nasty.
Pros: When the manager could tell tell I was unable to get upstairs, he accommodated me by finding a room downstairs.
Cons: It had not been cleaned well enough, after the last occupants.
Pros: If you are looking for a reasonably priced room without a ton of bells and whistles, this is a good choice. There is free wifi in the room, free breakfast, although selection is limited, and, although an older building, it is maintained well.
Pros: quiet room and the room was warm.
Cons: old, on need of remodel, smelled like stale food.
