Pros: Everything was fine only thing is no kettle , milk tea & coffee in the room ..needs to go downstairs kitchen, other than that everything is good ..
Cons: Room in side keep kettle, tea , milk & coffee that would be great help for your clients . Thanks
Pros: The room was good size with a very good en-suite shower
Pros: Good breakfast and comfortable bed and room.
Pros: Great home-cooked dinner with the host family
Pros: Great spot for walking. Peaceful. Quiet. Picturesque. Has kitchen.
Pros: The place is very relaxed and comfortable. The hosts are lovely and welcoming. Although we didn't use other services, they will also make lunches, dinners, and lead tours and hikes, etc. Others there used these, and were very satisfied.
Cons: A very simple setting. I was put off a bit at first, but then very happy with our choice to stay there.
Pros: Nice warm home, and friendly conversations, Highlight was definitely the porridge, very much appreciated!
Cons: Only downside for us was that the bathroom was separate - we'd been late making the booking, and it was the last room available, so it was expected, and not a problem.
Pros: Good breakfast with juice, cereal (or porridge) and toast. A cooked breakfast was available at a small extra cost.
Cons: No issues.
Pros: Nice atmosphere, relaxed hosts, a lot of information about hikes etc.
Pros: Clean, not fancy but charming place with nice lounge and great divers breakfast and kitchen for the guests.
Cons: Everything was very clean except from our sink in the room.

Pros: Comfy bed and great breakfast
Cons: Maybe the garden could have been a little better kept
Pros: Fantastic breakfast
Pros: The property was in a great location in the heart of the village of Boat of Garten, and just a short drive away from the activities we participated in in Aviemore. Breakfast was plentiful and certainly set us up for the day ahead. We stayed as a family of four and the room was large enough for us not to feel that we were completely on top of each other. Great sized bathroom with towels for each of us and the added bonus of shampoo and shower gel. The parking area at the front of the property was great as it meant we were able to park off road.
Pros: Neat and cozy.
Cons: It was advertised as a chalet but was a caravan we would not have considered the property if it was properly advertised as a caravan
Pros: The service was friendly and efficient. The breakfast was freshly cooked to order and to a high standard, with plenty choice.
Cons: We (my sister and I) had expected a 'deluxe' twin room, however the room actually had one four poster double bed and one child-size single bed. The single bed was old and in poor condition, with creaky and lumpy springs. It also was placed across/against the built-in wardrobe preventing access. This meant we had nowhere to hang clothes. There was so little floor space in the room it was very difficult to move around and there was nowhere to store luggage. This would not have mattered too much if it had been a one night stay, but for 5 nights it was less than acceptable. We did state our concerns to the proprietor but he did not acknowledge the problem. This is neither a twin room or in any way 'deluxe'.
Pros: Host was very pleasant. Room was great and I especially liked that haggis was offered for breakfast!
Pros: Very good place
Cons: Perfect place for small group , proximity to the landmark forest Adventure Park and nice location
Pros: Very comfortable guest house in a pretty village. Lovely room with plenty of space with excellent bathroom.
Pros: Four Poster Bed and a glorious breakfast, what's not to like??
Cons: First class across the board, no complaints!

Featured amenities include a business center, express check-out, and multilingual staff. This hotel has 60 meeting rooms available for events. Free self parking is available onsite.
Pros: Large, bright, comfortable room overlooking garden with own decking area and outside seats, lovely bathroom. Great bar and restaurant and outside areas. Really good choice and quality of food. Fab staff.
Cons: All fine.
Pros: The food in the restaurant was nice.
Cons: This hotel was very expensive for what it was, and the worst part was our shower had absolutely no water pressure - we had to ask to shower in a other room requiring a shuffle back and forth. Even with this the staff didnt offer any kind of discount.
Pros: The meals at the Boat pub/restaurant were very good, sitting outside in the evening was lovely. Village was quiet but location was good.
Cons: Although we were staying for 4 nights we were tucked away in a small room high up on the second floor. The bathroom was only just adequate, bath was good but shower was no good at all. Window didn’t stay open by itself.
Pros: Very nice staff. Great food.
Pros: The outer terrasse of the hotel.
Cons: Overpriced hotel room AND restaurant. We paid 201 £ x nite as we booked with internet.otherwise the hotel reception had asked 260£! The room is little. The bathroom even smaller and under a horrible little carpet 2 big tiles were hidden as they were broken ..! No amenities in the bathroom although it is marked as 4 star hotel. The heater in bathroom was not working and everything was humid bcause of the rainy day. All the carpets on the hotel stairs are worn out.The carpet was dirty. The food was average but the prices were above all the other restaurants we have been.A salad with little smoked salmon aind 2 tiny pieces of bread costs 13.50£! And as i asked for some more bread, they charged me further 1.50£! In the morning I protested and it was deducted. If the hotel charged lower prices, like at least half of what they currently charge, it could be more or less acceptable. But this price of 201£ is absolutely not justified. There are not many accomodation in this area.So they take shameless advantage of this situation.
Pros: Nice room, good food.
Pros: The staff, both in terms of efficiency and friendliness. There was also a good staff complement. In many hotels not enough staff are employed to cater for guest numbers.
Cons: The food. especially the Sunday roast we had, could have been better.
Pros: great location was ideal for us to base for cycling would definitely return
Cons: breakfast could do with staff observing the buffet table and replenishing more frequent on both mornings people could not get juices etc
Pros: Location. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
Cons: Inconsistency of accommodation. I booked 3 rooms. One was nice and the other two left a lot to be desired. The reception and stair areas were in need of an upgrade. Prices were a bit steep for what you got. That applies to rooms, food and drink.
