Pros: The hostess and host made us feel totally at home and it seemed like nothing was too much trouble. I am a vegan(which in France is not very understood) and our first night there they cooked us a delicious meal which we ate in the garden over looking fields of sheep on the most beautiful table: a small silver bird vase with flowers from the garden, the crispest of white lace anglaise table cloth, sparkling glasses....They gave my husband some wonderful local cheeses and and for breakfast possibly the most delicious (homemade) yogurt he has ever eaten. Our bedroom was beautiful (maybe a little hot, but we are in the middle of a heat wave)! We would recommend staying here to anyone who likes a graceful life.
Pros: Everything! Delightful friendly hosts, beautiful & comfortable room in a lovely Home with equally beautiful surroundings, We enjoyed a simple & delicious evening meal sat in the garden overlooking the river - breakfasts were also excellent & both included Local & Home produce. Faultless & will certainly visit again any time we are in the area.
Cons: There wasn't anything we didn't like or that could be done better. A Perfect stay.
Pros: Home made breakfast and care from the owners made our stay extra special
Cons: we had our little baby with us and worried that the sound of our boy could affect others staying in the property so be mindful of others when staying.
Pros: The warm welcome
Pros: The owners go the extra mile to make you feel welcome
Pros: Warmth of reception/very helpful attitude of proprietor Well provided breakfast
Cons: Room a little small
Pros: The owners are very friendly and open. That made my stay at Bourth B&B very pleasant.
Pros: I found nothing to fault. The host was extremely friendly and helpful and the breakfast was very good.
Cons: I found nothing to fault.
Pros: Maggie was extremely helpful and very nice
Pros: We had such a friendly welcome, and Maggie did us proud! She and my husband discovered that they had spent some of their growing up years in the same town, and knew some of the same people, so lots to talk about, small world!!
Cons: All good
Pros: Very clean, comfortable, great breakfast and the hosts are very nice!

Pros: A wonderful stay in a beautiful location with fabulous hosts!
Pros: The hostess was very lovely and made us feel at home in their marvelous chateau. The breakfast was fantastic!
Pros: Beautifully appointed 17th century chateau, beautiful but isolated setting. Owners very helpful, friendly and welcoming. Excellent breakfast before walking in the extensive grounds. I will return to this wonderful place.
Pros: A wonderful stay,we were made to feel the chateau was our home.
Cons: It was perfect.
Pros: Quiet location and garden. We were very well looked after.
Pros: Perfect place for a cycling holiday. Friendly and helpful owners. The cottage is the perfect size for a couple with a beautiful peaceful garden. Set in a small beautiful village but near ameneties at Verneiul. I highly recommend it.
Cons: Nothing, everything was perfect.
Pros: Lovely quiet location; facilities in room were excellent; breakfast was nice
Cons: It would be better if the owners' dogs were kept away from visitors
Pros: It was beautiful and our hosts were great and I went for the history in that town and it was amazing! The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom great
Located in L'Aigle, Brit Hotel du Dauphin is in a rural location, within a 15-minute walk of Church of Saint Jean and Juin 44 Museum. Featured amenities include a business center, express check-in, and express check-out. This hotel has 3 meeting rooms available for events. Free self parking is available onsite.
Pros: The staff were very friendly and helpful. Parking was ample in the public area out front, the location was central.
Cons: The room, although a good size, felt very bland and was a bit noisy. The bathroom, again was a good size but only had a bath, the shower head didn't have a place to fix it to the wall - very easy to fix this. Service in the brasserie was a little slow and the food only satisfactory, this is contrary to other reviews so perhaps an isolated incident.
Pros: Excellent breakfast. Good off street parking in front of town hall. Central location.
Pros: Room was spacious and the Brassiere food and staff were excellent
Cons: The room we were allocated stunk of cigarette smoke although it is a non smoking hotel. We complained to the lady on reception. She did not offer us another room and her only question was did we smoke. We opened the windows wide and left them open all evening. The smell had gone by the time we had an evening meal. However when we got into bed the sheets and pillows smelt of smoking. We were very disappointed and would have expected another room or a deduction. The hotel overlooks the square which is used for a Sunday market. The receptionist did not tell us we could not park on the square on a Saturday evening / Sunday morning as it is used for the market on a Sunday. We would have thought this was essential. The curtains did not fit correctly and were hanging off the curtain rails. As the street lights on the square are kept on all night the room was like daytime all night. A lovely hotel but staff need to be more aware.
Pros: Having struggled to find accommodation on 2 nights on our cycling trip in Normandy we prebooked this hotel on booking.com. It was perfect in every way. Safe parking for our bicycles, wonderful clean room & magnificent bistro. We partook of Sunday lunch before heading to an outdoor concert in the park. The next day we cycled 40 miles to a 70th birthday celebration at Huttopia in Senonches. After 2 nights of celebration we returned to Hotel Du Dauphin where we spent another pleasant evening before heading back to the UK.
Pros: good variety of choice
Cons: The comfort of the bed and the bath was so deep it was hard for an older person to get out of
Pros: Town centre hotel with brasserie alongside. Good breakfast and bike storage available in a service room.
Cons: No receipt received for payment which was taken the day before.
Pros: Location was good
Cons: No air conditioner
Cons: The very nice team...
Pros: The staff were great, great location, nice breakfast - a nice place for a small town like L'Aigle.
Pros: Room was nice and comfortable. Kids thought it was like stopping in a museum period room
Cons: Food in restaurant a bit fussier than expected

Cons: Washing facilities
Pros: I needed a late night check in and the staff made sure it was possible.
Pros: Excellent breakfast in a traditional French hotel. Some noise from outside party goers but it was Saturday night...
Pros: Well located and straight-forward to locate by map or sat-nav. Good welcome; the property is a bit run down, but comfortable and convenient.
Cons: Difficulty with closing the toilet door, but otherwise the facilities matched the grade of the hotel.
