Pros: Very nice place and very friendly staff. We enjoyed our stay a lot. We had the half-board and it was excellent!! The food is perfect ;) you have the chance to taste the local specialities.
Pros: Very charming hotel with excellent food and amazing personal.
Pros: Spacious room, good bed, very good restaurant, helpful staff, good bedlights (you can find your way around the bed with little light), good shower (not in a bath).
Cons: In a farm area, a fly catcher is an option. Missed plain muesli and yoghurt, even though there were replacements.
Pros: Excellent stay. The staff were so helpful and very accommodating of our toddlerehich made our stay very relaxing. Rooms were lovely, clean and spacious.
Cons: Nothing negative. One minor improvement would be if they had a bigger relaxation area downstairs near the bar. Just somewhere to appreciate the view outside of your room.
Pros: Our room was excellent - windows on two sides giving beautiful views across the golf course to the hills beyond. Lots of horses and cows to admire. The room was large with a balcony and had lots of places to sit - comfy chairs, desk chairs and outside chairs.
Cons: It sounds a bit odd because the quality of the food was good but the portions were enormous. Once we had worked this out we were able to order food to share.

Pros: The manager and staff are extremely helpful and friendly and the hotel has recently been refurbished. Good value for money. Great breakfast. Peace and quiet. Car parking facilities.
Cons: There's nothing really we didn't like. WC on the ground floor would be welcome though!
Pros: lovely brecky
Cons: would have liked to have access a little earlier (5pm)
Pros: Easy to find and park

Pros: Beautiful view and surroundings. Rooms clean. Simple but well done dinner. Breakfast ok. Very good coffee. Staff very nice.
Cons: There was no hot water for bath.
Pros: Super friendly and helpful staff and a location with nice scenery. Unfortunately we did not have time to use the long list of facilities provided by the hotel.
Cons: We had a cockroach in our room. Shower was not too comfortable with no stand for the shower head or a curtain.
Pros: Friendly and simple place
Cons: Checkout, actually no one was there to check out at 6.30 AM, several customers were waiting
Pros: staff / dinner
Cons: Rooms / facilities old and somewhat cramped
Pros: Hotel staff is very helpful, smiley and accommodating. We came almost one hour late for breakfast one day and they were kind enough to serve us. We travelled with two kids, five and one year old, and staff were always really nice to them. Location is prime for visiting the Jura mountains in France and Switzerland.
Cons: There is only one-plate menu for lunch and dinner and food could be improved. However, when asked if they could do a kids' menu they were very accommodating and served something different to our son.
Pros: Location, great place, nice view. Quiet place.
Cons: Rooms are a bit small but the price was according to the standard, so no problem.
8.8 Excellent (18 reviews)

Pros: Comfortable bed. Room with bathtub.

With a stay at Hôtel Arbez franco-suisse in Les Rousses, you'll be steps from Haut-Jura Regional Nature Reserve and a 4-minute drive from Rochat Golf Club. Free self parking is available onsite.
Pros: Very nice decorated and friendly staff, locals and tourist mixed up very well, nice food and quick check in/out
Cons: We only stayed over for a night so not sure what not to like. I guess the fact that it was closed in by roads made it a bit less authentic.
Pros: Exactly the room of France-Swiss I wish to stay.
Cons: All the staffs I met during my stay were very nice nice, helpful & cheerful. Only The staff received room’s key at the counter when I checked out is a real racist. She smiled and talked nice to my friend (a French) but whenever turn to me (an Asian), she tried to show her contemptuous attitude on me exactly, even though I met her 1st time on my stay and did nothing to bother her. When we left the hotel, she smiled & said thanks & goodbye to my friend, I đi the same to her but she even ignored like she did not hear and of course, no reply my greeting. What a awful attitude of a service provider!
Pros: The rooms were nicely decorated, with comfortable beds, and the fact that the hotel is located right next to the Franco-Swiss border.
Cons: For the price (about 100 Euro per night w/o breakfast), too many issues. To start, why I should chase the receptionist for both check-in and check-out? Does not help that the advice to call is written in French only. Request for Wi-Fi code was denied due to "no more tickets being available" (???), having to use staff network is quite an accomplishment. Next, we suspect there must have been fleas or some other insects lurking, because we woke up with several marks. I must say that if it had not been for the interesting location, we would not have chosen this hotel, and I certainly can't recommend it after this experience.

Pros: The staff was very rude and unfriendly. No help the all. The lady on the from desk and the restaurant ( the same and only one) treated us contemptuously and with an attitude.
Cons: The staff, the room was very clean, specially the bathroom. And no menu in any other language that French. And worse no want to help.

Featured amenities include complimentary newspapers in the lobby and multilingual staff. Free self parking is available onsite.
Pros: Great helpful staff. Some old charm from the building.
Pros: Lovely simple hotel in a prime position with safe car parking We had accommodation with two separate bedrooms. Staff readily put our wet motorbike gear in a drying room overnight. Good food in the restaurant too
Cons: - the room smelled bad. - we asked about the smell and were told it was due to some work done in the closet some weeks ago. - when we mentioned we were worried about chemicals for the baby, they said all other rooms were booked. - the next morning, we realized at breakfast that the hotel was rather empty, which was confirmed by another employee - The bed was too small (a double bed is usually expected to be at least 1,40) - the mattress of the baby bed was ripped open, the sheet we were given for it was the wrong size. - the breakfast: worst coffee ever! The machine works with powder milk it seems. There is a visible good coffee machine which is in a separate and inaccessible area. A couple of tables only were set for breakfast so when two more people arrived they couldn’t find a coffee cup for 20 minutes, nobody came to help. There were dry slices of bread, and cream cheese portions that were out of date... - we had to wait long even to check out. - the restaurant was only open 1hour in the evening 7pm-8pm - I was told I had already paid for the room while the booking app had told me my credit card would only be used as guarantee. - we could hear the water running in other rooms, all the doors, people talking, the TV, etc Pretty much everything you don’t want in a hotel.
Pros: Friendly staff
Cons: Very dated furniture and facilities
Cons: dogs in Hotel. Trafik in front of the Hotel
Cons: I was charged for a breakfast that did not had. I never been for the breakfast and my bill was charged. I contacted them by email with no response, Was only 19 euros but was not right.

Featured amenities include complimentary newspapers in the lobby, multilingual staff, and microwave in a common area. Free self parking is available onsite.
Cons: Poor hospitality. No tea or coffee making facilities. Think Norman Bates, but meaner. They had put on some heating. But the over all feeling was of uncomfortable beds (sheets and blankets, no duvet), lack of kindness.and v over priced.
Pros: Excellent receptionist. She has good English and she is very welcome. Also rooms are very clean and nice. It was very practically equipped.
Cons: With motel we were absolutely satisfied. We had only problem to reach hotel with our navigation, what was problem of Sygic navigation.
Pros: Good place with everything you need including a good price and close to the ski track
Cons: The wifi it was not the best one, but this is a normal thing considering the place
Pros: The location was great
Cons: No much facilities in the room apart from WiFi . Did not worth £100 a night.
Pros: Wonderful location
Pros: The heating was needed and worked well
Cons: The beds and the shower area
Pros: Everything..we love this place
Cons: Nothing to dislike
When you stay at Résidence Les Clarines in Les Rousses, you'll be near ski lifts, just steps from Haut-Jura Regional Nature Reserve and a 4-minute drive from Rochat Golf Club. Featured amenities include laundry facilities and a library.
Pros: The position was good and the view from our room great. The place was close to terrific hiking and they had lots of maps to study.
Cons: We thought we were getting an appartment but had a tiny room with communal kitchen down three flights of stairs and we shared it with lots of other residents. It's cleanliness was totally up to the other residents some of whom left it in a poor state. No cleaning products were provided to keep the place clean. Facilities were just adequate.
Cons: No breaksfast as promise, far from amenities, and it was empty
Pros: Highlight was the swimming pool with view over the green meadow and hills - but strange opening hours. The lady of the house was very sweet and kind.
Cons: The apartment size was okay. BUT absolutely outdated, bad overwhelming stinky odor (sweat?), old furniture (flea market style), old bath room with squeaky noise when opening the water, old dirty carpet tiles one would not feel going bare footed. Basic equipment in kitchen missing (sponge, dish washing liquid, kitchen towel). I felt the entire place was last renovated in the 70ties, nothing done since that time to up-keep it. Swimming pool was not opened on Sunday - for holiday makers every day is a Sunday, the opening hours made no sense. No stable WLAN in the rooms, despite being advertised. We left already after 2 nights.
Pros: Pool was good, close to ski slopes and shops
Cons: Room and building very tired, make sure you always check your room comes with parking especially in winter
Pros: Great for kids - swimming pool & play area Hot water Good heating
Cons: Horrible flats / bathrooms / bed sheets / towels / carpets. Not clean. Everything is old and outdated. Booking information were misleading - we were expecting 1 more room in each of the flats we booked. The beds are not real beds but just sofa beds even in the bedrooms. We booked towels / sheets / baby beds / cleaning kit prior to arrival but nothing was ready and they didn't even have our order! Not very friendly / helpful staff!
