We loved the valet parking. Downtown. Walking distance to a lot of places. Bed was ok. Pillows were ok. We both woke up with neck aches. The towel rack IN FRONT of the bathroom sink was very awkward. Trying to lean over and wash your face in the sink was not comfortable, and put added pressure on my low back! Why aren't the towel racks on the EMPTY wall next to the sink?!
Location is superb...central to the best shopping/dining/entertainment district in downtown Boise. Staff was very friendly and helpful, but that's probably just a reflection of the people of Boise/Idaho. Nice, nice people everywhere. lobby/hallway carpeting is older and dirty. Everything else is very well maintained and clean.
The entire staff was attentive and friendly. Nancy was a true professional behind the bar!
The view from our window was great for my girls! Ordered breakfast the night before to be delivered at 8:30AM showed up 45 mins late. Paid $18 dollars to have my car get parked only to get a parking ticket! Still no one has returned my call and the front desk did nothing!!
Great atmosphere, relaxing, professional, and no disturbances. All around amazing experience! We didn't get to spend more time there... But that wasn't Hotel 43's fault!
The staff were incredibly friendly and professional as you would expect. The best part was how friendly they were which reflects what I have seen of most Boise citizens. They greet you each time you come in and the valet was quick to help with directions or any requests made. Cafe and restaurant are solid options for the city. The hotel was obviously older and renovated. Bathrooms were lackluster and products in the room were not what I would expect from a boutique hotel like this one. Wireless internet could barely stream Pandora and anything greater than that was out of the question.
great as usual!
Great Location , comfort bed , great staff
Good location HVAC system was terribly noisy. Each time it turned on we were woken up.
Clean and comfortable, friendly and attentive staff.
That was probably the most comfortable bed I've ever been on - I wanted to put it on the top of my car and bring it home with me. The toilet was difficult to flush...not impossible, but it had an issue.
We loved the breakfast and the cookies in the evening. Lovely and inviting lobby area to relax and read. The bed was too soft for our liking.
Staff was really friendly and helpful.
We always enjoy staying at the Safari when in Boise. It is in walking distance to restaurants, bars, entertainment, shops, and beautiful parks. This time there was construction work in alley. The bed was terrible and the water in bathtub dripped. Normally we have a wonderful stay.
The staff was great. The floors looked like they had not been cleaned in a while.
Breakfast was pretty minimal. Downtown location was loud all night.
