Pros: Alexis and Dominique have created a truly wonderful home here, a home me and my friends felt so lucky to be welcomed into. We unfortunately didn’t get to meet Dominique but Alexis was incredibly sweet during our stay ensuring we had everything we needed...he helped to book local restaurants and advise us on places to visit. The b&b was so impeccably clean and I loved the decor of all of the rooms. A real home away from home. We all grew very fond of Alexis and I’m sure we will meet again one day and hopefully see Dom too. Anyone looking to stay in this area should stay here for a warm and authentically French experience. The breakfast was perfect! ❤️❤️❤️

Pros: The hosts were so welcoming, helpful and good humoured The room was large and comfortable. Lovely breakfast with homemade bread and a huge selection of homemade jams.
Cons: The hotel was lovely, no faults. But, I was disappointed with the very small choice of restaurants in walking distance.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: We did not get to see much of Bollene, we were only driving through, so we can't say much about that. It is right next to the fortress at Mornas. The rooms are comfortable and big enough. We were three, so we stayed in a triple. Parking was easy. The hosts were friendly. It was the first of January, so not much was open, so we can't say much about the location, and there was some construction, so the nearest entry from the highway was closed. Breakfast was fine, the breakfast room quite nice and the croissants were extremely tasty.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Elegant small hotel in the old quarter of Bollene. Owner-manager is a humourist who looks and talks like Fernandel - makes everything into a joke. Ok but might get tiring over a long stay. Fine range of home made jams for breakfast and to buy
Cons: See comment on owner below...
