The room family room we stayed, was renovated and was very clean. Location is fantastic, longest walk to sightseeing monument was 12 min walk. The receptionist Nicolleta was exceptionally friendly and helpful.
It’s a tiered Hotel, need a renovation in hall ways .. lifts .. restaurant The bar and balcony was closed, such a waste of beautiful view .. breakfast average

Very nicely placed hotel, warm rooms in the winter, fantastic terrace with view on the roofs of Bologna, helpful staff and free parking for hotel clients. Such a great value for money is unusual in Italy.
