Pros: Spacious & even had a mini-fridge!
Pros: Very close to town. And owner was very friendly and helpful.
Cons: Possibly parking. As there is none. But was easy to park on street. 2 min walk away .
Pros: The owners were friendly and helpful. We would stay there again and I would recommend friends to stay there as well.
With a stay at Encasa Hotel in Almansa, you'll be within a 5-minute drive of Castle of Almansa and Church of La Asuncion. Featured amenities include a 24-hour front desk and an elevator (lift). Free self parking is available onsite.
Pros: Warm welcome on arrival and very helpful staff. This hotel is an excellent example of a simple, 3 star property, but comfort & cleanliness far exceeded our expectations. Room as good size, comfy bed, reliable wif-fi and TC channels. Well appointed and spacious bathroom.
Cons: Breakfast was adequate and great coffee, but we would have liked to have been able to get hot/cold drinks at other times and suggest a vending machine be installed for tea/coffee.
Pros: Helpful staff. Excellent facilities. Extremely convenient for an overnight stop
Pros: Great location & very helpful staff. This was my second visit.
Pros: Everything! We wanted somewhere to break our journey between Teruel and Alicante and read the reviews of the Encasa hotel and decided this was the place to stay. What a gem! Extremely easy to find, free parking, a lovely room with a very big bed, wonderful aircon and the most friendly and helpful staff. It's a family-run hotel and they go out of their way to make your stay as pleasant as possible. They gave us recommendations of places to eat nearby but unfortunately the one we fancied wasn't open that night! Instead we ate at the Hotel Sou, just across from the hotel and on the road into the town (5-10 minute walk). We had a beautiful meal there on the outside terrace (lamb in garlic mmmm!) Whilst we didn't have breakfast at the hotel, we did have a coffee and the breakfast looked to be ample and fresh - fruit, meats, cheeses, pastries etc. We didn't see any hot food but that doesn't mean there wasn't any, just that we didn't see it!
Cons: There was nothing about the hotel we didn't like. Reviews on Booking.com, however, indicated that the town was a 10-minute walk from the hotel. We followed the map from the hotel and it took us half an hour, only to find that the castle was closed for renovation and there was nowhere at 3.30 pm to grab a bite to eat. We found this extremely unusual for Spain but we asked in a number of bars, only to be told that the kitchen was closed. So, it was a packet of crips from the supermarket across the road until we went out for dinner!
Pros: Extremely friendly owner and staff. Welcomed us to his home.
Pros: All of the staff were extremely helpful and nothing was too much trouble, they were always willing with a smile. The Hotel was very clean and comfortable and the location was spot on. Breakfast was varied and very good
Cons: There wasn't anything.
Pros: Lovely big comfortable bed, spacious room, very friendly staff.
Cons: No restaurant or bar in hotel
Pros: Lovely sized bed complimentary water ice cool AC good parking for large Van
Pros: The staff !! Don't remember his name but the desk guy was super friendly and recomended us Rincon de Pedro resraurant and wines and places to visit etc ... Best food ever !!
Cons: Just the location, which is a little bit outside of the city center but it's just like 2 minutes driving.
Pros: FRIENDLY STAFF. NICE BREAKFAST.CONVENIENT TO CASTLE AND CENTRE TOWN.
With a stay at Finca El Romeral in Alpera, you'll be 0.8 mi (1.3 km) from Castellar de Meca and 17.9 mi (28.8 km) from Castle of Almansa. Featured amenities include a business center, dry cleaning/laundry services, and a 24-hour front desk. Free self parking is available onsite.
Pros: The hotel is lovely. The finca: well appointed rooms; comfy bed; hot shower; the homely lounge; the fresh, fresh food beautifully presented; and the suntrap of a garden with pool, all this was excellent. But what really makes this place charming is the proprietor (and his baby girl who joined us for a bit)! He is charming, informative and fun. This was an exceptional stay for us which we want to repeat soon.
Cons: Nothing - we are older experienced travellers and this hotel merits it's overall score
Pros: A lovely and dedicated host. Amazing surroundings, good breakfast & dinner and a very well decorated home.
Cons: Nothing at all!
Pros: It was 5k from the nearest made road, so extremely peaceful
Cons: slow drive on bad road to nearest village
Pros: Calm, peaceful and secluded. Clean, comfortable room, with an excellent bathroom. The hosts, Jaime and Elena are delightful. We decided to have dinner at the finca, instead of driving back to Alpera on the track at night. Elena is an excellent cook, and the red wine we chose was made from Jaime's own grapes from the finca. We relaxed, we chatted, we ate and we drank - it was a perfect short stay. Jaime is a font of knowledge about the history of Spain and the local area, so we didn't stop asking him questions. Thank you, Elena and Jaime. We didn't want to leave ... Bob and Pauline Hunkin, Spain
Cons: Absolutely nothing - it was exactly as we expected.
Pros: Quiet, clean, nice, amazing hotel in the middle of the nature, seems like Toscana!! Owners are so nice! Large rooms and modern bathrooms Really family atmosphere Excellent breakfast
Cons: Nothing everything is perfect
Pros: Everything, it's a wonderful place out of the common pace. It has a very comfortable bedrooms and staff. The interiors and the pool are awesome. Overall it is a magnificent place to rest and reset yourself.

Pros: I liked the quality of the services and the exceptional food in the restaurant. Ultimately helpful staff.
Cons: It's 20 minutes walking distance from the centre of Almansa.
Pros: A Nice size family room, comfy beds and good air conditioning.. Lovely quality towels. Excellent breakfast, great selection and with friendly helpful staff. Easy Street for free parking.
Cons: The shower in the bathroom was awful, an open shower! So no enclosed space, with doors or even a curtain, meaning the water went all over the bathroom floor! The spa facilities were very disappointing, 0nly one swan neck jet worked, the other was broken, the steam room was too hot, making it impossible to stay in it! Overpriced too. ( 21 euros for hotel guests )
Cons: Staff dont speak English or extremely little
Pros: Modern place that is well set out with some clever designs. Friendly staff. Good range of food.
Pros: Great breakfast! And such lovely breakfast staff. Also a nice room, great amminities. You feel at home.
Cons: Paid parking garage, but free parking in front of the hotel. And some explenation during check-in about the spa/pool facilities would be appriciated.
Pros: The cleanliness.
Cons: The receptionist took my credit card when I checked in,I thought we were finished, the next morning I was going to talk to her but she was on the computer so I left my key on the counter and I do in most hotels,I received a call hours later and was asked to return, lucky it was only 22 miles away, they hadn't processed my card! It was quite the inconvenience. The hotel and dining room was lovely.
Pros: We used this hotel as a night stop over from Alicante airport to Madrid. The hotel it’s self is in a small town not far from Albacete. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.
Pros: Typical business traveler hotel. Clean and comfortable.
Cons: The receptionist on arrival (male) was not at all welcoming. On check out the female receptionist managed to check us out and take payment, without uttering one word to us, despite our effort to engage her.
Pros: The bed extra comfortable and the silence inside the rooms
Cons: Basic room may need some facelift
With a stay at Pensión El Botijo in Bonete, you'll be 11.6 mi (18.7 km) from Embalse de Almansa and 14.9 mi (23.9 km) from Castle of Almansa.
Cons: We did not see staff at all, only a lady, who was cleaning, when we got there. We could not pay nowhere,we had to leave money in to room. So we did not get receipt. We ordered breakfast, but there was not and was not instructios, where it should be. That is why,we left only the price of room.
Located in Montealegre del Castillo, Hotel Gardu provides 3-star accommodation with private balconies. At the hotel each room is equipped with a wardrobe and a flat-screen TV. A continental breakfast is available daily at Hotel Gardu. Almansa is 24 km from the accommodation. Pros: Last time here it was bullfighting season so it was great to view this Spanish institution on the big screen in the bar. This time it was La Vuelta so if you like your sport its a great bar/ restaurant. The hotel is in the middle of an under developed industrial estate. Parking is not a problem and a walk to the end of the road gives fabulous views over the Albacete Plain
Cons: The rooms are quite small but , if you are on your own, you only need a bed.
Pros: Live football then bullfighting on the TV, Very quirky. The hotel is modern and built in an industrial area that has obviously never quite achieved its potential. A short walk up the road and the industrial park disappears giving fabulous views of the area.
Pros: Plenty of on street parking
