Pros: If you only ever stay in one B&B in Spain, it has to be this. This man doesnt just run a B&B, he runs a masterclass in how to run a B&B. Tapas waiting for us when we arrived, with a bottle of wine. Excellent breakfast including scrambled eggs i'd trade my wife for. This man is a retired chef, this is fantastic cooking. Peaceful, quite location, stunning old house, nice cats, there is nothing you wont like.
Cons: Nothing. A suitcase full of money on the bed ?
Pros: Jesus the owner is absolutely lovely, very hospitable and nothing is too much trouble. The room was super comfortable, spacious and clean. The location is perfect for visiting the thermal lake and the Monasterio de Piedra park. Highly recommend if you’re visiting this area.
Pros: Jesus was great despite the fact he speaks no English and we speak no Spanish, we managed to communicate very well. He made us an amazing dinner and a great breakfast.

Pros: location, good breakfast
Cons: no cafeteria services full time, not enough personnel to attend our needs.
Pros: Staff friendliness, comfort of the beds, blackout curtains.
Cons: Very noisy and uncomfortable air conditioning. Empty minibar (except two small bottles of water that turned out to be courtesy of the hotel), no laundry service, check-in procedure too long (re-registration of credit card), breakfast was absolutely below standard of four star hotels. Btw. do not buy the slippers from the Spa, they are absolutely ridiculous!
Pros: One night stay, nice placr
Cons: Smells humidity and very poor breakfast

Pros: A nice 19th century building with art nouveau room furnishing, the hotel keeps many signs of its previous glory, such as very large hallways, spacious rooms and bath rooms, the usual statues of nymphs, Baden-Baden or Marienbad on a small scale. It could have great flair. The village is cute, with several nice country restaurants. The surroundings are also nice. There are nice walks to do in the vicinity. The whole place is quiet and peaceful.
Cons: By and large, my stay was not unpleasant. But it was damaged by an accumulation of annoying details. I was surprised to find that my booking gave me only very limited access to the thermal facilities: Free access to the thermal lake and access for about one hour to a thermal bath with not very hot water, a few massage jets, and a tepid Hamman. Getting access to these limited facilities required registering in advance at a specific office, in another building than the registration desk. The registration process, both for the room and for the thermal access, was very slow and cumbersome. My bathroom was very large but looked more like a hospital facility than an hotel bathroom, covered as it was wall-to-wall and floor-to-ceiling with linoleum. The grandeur of the place was not helped by water stains and peeling paint in the hallways. Most restaurants looked like overpriced cafeterias – I didn’t try them. The place certainly needs refreshing. It should decide whether it wants to become a somewhat depressing, low cost venue or maintain a bit of its ancient glory. Even without investing, an efficient manager could do much to improve the guests’ experience, e.g. by streamlining the registration procedure.
Pros: Location and restaurant amazing Old world feel of the hotel was charming
Cons: Only left 2 quarter filled toilet rolls in room and no water otherwise room fine
Pros: We love the place, the gardens and the fact that is so close to the thermal lake! They have an amazing spa! Amazing breakfast and beautiful terrace with lovely music open till late at night! We would definitely recommend and come back whenever we have a chance! Thank you
Pros: The place itself looks a bit tired, but it really is wonderful. Very comfy beds and room facilities. The lake is amazing, with fish and you are entitled to use it all day after you have checked out.
Pros: Lagos is perfect
Cons: In the room wasn’t glass, strange..
Pros: This isn’t a luxury hotel but it has history and faded charm. The lake and the gardens are lovely, the treatments are very good and it’s good value for money.
Cons: The whole place could do with some investment and there are vast empty rooms which are rather lovely but could be put to better uses.
Pros: This hotel must have been a knock-out in its heyday, probably in the XIX century. Located in the Aragonian rugged country, there is some spectacular scenery around.
Cons: The major feature of the locale is the swimming pond. It’s a pond, not a pool. Its water is surprisingly warm. Unfortunately the surrounding lawn is withering and dusty.
Pros: A paradisíac place
Cons: The price is high
With a stay at Hotel Termas - Balneario Termas Pallarés in Alhama de Aragon, you'll be 11.3 mi (18.2 km) from Monasterio de Piedra and 12.7 mi (20.4 km) from Jaraba Fountain. Featured amenities include complimentary newspapers in the lobby, dry cleaning/laundry services, and a 24-hour front desk.
Pros: Amazing place to relax, enjoy the spa and the natural environment, and the charming buildings.
Pros: Spa when available
Cons: Full facilities not available Menu poor General attitude take it or leave it
Pros: the Hotel was quite old fashioned which we liked, the restaurant staff were friendly and the food was good. we would have liked to use the facilities but couldn't. (see the next section)
Cons: I know its quite British to expect another country to speak your language but I do expect it of an Hotel. the reception could not speak any English so could not explain the facilities and hoe to use them , as they seem to have specific rules which we couldn't understand we could not use the spa etc , the whole point of going there
Pros: Main restaurant good for gluten free food. Help sent immediately to explain air conditioning and fix safe. Had a free
Cons: No gluten free food in the 2 cafes so could only eat in the main restaurant. Bath, like all Spanish baths was slippery, so didn't feel safe in the shower.
Cons: No internet at all, connected, no internet. Staff slow at the reception.
Pros: Not worth the price
Pros: Great breakie and loved how pets we're admitted.easy going with come and go lake policy
Cons: Perhaps spa could have had dry sauna and bigger hotter baths
Pros: The hotel has very little to recommend it and I would advise people looking to stay in the area to look elsewhere
Cons: 35 min check in Receptionist was constantly on the phone during the check in procedure The room had not been cleaned and the toilet was blocked , the latter created a foul odour in the room When we naturally complained we were moved to a much smaller room in which the AC did not work - it was 40c outside! We asked for the AC to be fixed but it barely worked and was so noisy we had to turn it off

Cons: We got there and the room wasn't super clean and it smelled like sewers. The decoration wasn't renovated since the seventies and we had to literally sleep with our clothes on because it was freezing despite the heaters being on. The owner was kind and offered help in getting there and gave us a ride to the train station, but it was not worth the money we paid. Wouldn't come back, wouldn't recommend the place.
Pros: The very friendly,accommodating staff
Cons: Maybe have a light outside the door b
Pros: Really good public bath just across the road
Cons: The room smelled od mold and sewage, probably because the toilet seat was loose, towels smelled murky,, walls were paper thin and so was the door, the reception door couldn't be closed and there was no personnel, so the only barrier between my stuff and the world was 2mm of. Murky wood, there were ants in the room and on the beds,
Pros: It was a very quaint property but was let down by the beds being rather short (I'm only 5'6") and the breakfast was bought croissants; fine but not great. Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Location was good with great local tapas bars nearby. For the price, it was very good value.
Cons: Beds and breakfast. Beds too short (I think they were children's size beds and we're two adults). Breakfast was okay at best.
