Pros: I liked having a fridge and microwave, both of which worked. The bed was comfortable, the television up to date. I rather liked that it is a very small motel, and possibly as old as the term "motel" itself. It's clean, well maintained.
Cons: It's a bit worn. The shower wall above the tile was painted none too exactly. The towels are thin and rough. The location is in an area no longer thriving, so the site is surrounded by derelict buildings. The railroad tracks are across the street from the motel so I heard trains in the night, but they did not bother me (they may be more bothersome in the units closer to the street).
