Nice countryside, friendly staff - definitly will cone back
Our friends had a party there so we decided to spend the night to avoid traveling afterthe party. Rooms were tiny, bed tiny, bathroom smelled very badly of mold, shower broken. Service not friendly at all. Room, bathroom, service
Very friendly and courteous personal. It was no problem to offer us a restaurant in town to serve us a dinner. Hotel restaurant closed at 9:00pm. No hot water in shower before 6:30am.
The bedroom was fine but the bathroom was really awful.
Impractical room arrangement - (1) hanging clothes behind entry door is not smart. (2) Should have drawers. Room was NOT "friendly" to person with mobility problems. There are no guard raills. Transitioning from the toilet to the sink is a hazardous operation ! The sink looks great, but it is poorly designed the clearance between the bottom of the spigot and the floor of the basin is too little - cannot slide the hand in there to wash it.
Nice Atmosphere and great breakfast. It is a conference centre with accomodation, so has an upmarket student-room feel.
I booked this hotel and was later called by the hotel to say they would not be open until 7pm in the evening, when I got into the hotel the kitchen was not open and the was no food to be purchased so my evening meal was a bag of nuts and a beer.
The Hotel looked nice and clean Yes, I hava a complaint. The Hotel Manager is very prejudice and arrogant!!!
The view, room, 1 hour free internet access, restaurant, staff, dinner and breakfast, location. Bathroom, smell of sewer in the bathroom,
Room was very hot. Found it difficult to enter details about children / adults to find the best room for my needs. Receptionist kept talking on the phone for 5-10 minutes while we were waiting to check out.
The staff was friendly and the room nice and clean. The room was extremly hot. AC would make it better!!!
The bedroom was comfortable and practical. Very limited choice in the restaurant. Rather nonchalant attitude of the staff.
It was close to the center. Also the staff was really nice (and good-looking ;)). All of my questions were answered. There was no hotel regulations printed out. The TV system was too long to watch to get to the interesting information.
A good hotel. They promptly solved a mistake they made with our reservation (there were no extra beds for our children) and offered us an extra room with no charge. Nice breakfast selection, but a bit more fruit would have been nice to have. It's better to arrive in a car, but their parking space is limited, even though there seemed to be an extra location on the right wing, but seemed very isolated.
Availability of smoking room, very good breakfast, free wireless internet I had a complaint for the bathroom, but the reaction from the hotel was immediate
General conditons of the hotel and the staff In the bathroom there was no window or any working air fan
the room was clean and the daily servicing excellent - the hotel staff were friendly and helpful we booked a room for three (2 adults and a 14 year old, but the rooms are not really big enough for the extra bed.)
Clean rooms, close to railway and center of interesting market town. Comfortable rooms. The restaurant was terrible. I ordered grillled salmon which was fine (but expensive) but it came with vegetables that had been left in the heating bath or oven all day and were completely soggy. I cut a potato and it squirted oil over me. The breakfast was also quite poor. The fruit salad wasn't renewed each day so the melon and pineapple just got drier and drier.
close tot the city center, very functional hotel no air conditioning; it was very hot
The breakfeast, fast Internet connection.
Very good parking, food was very good, fairly close to town centre.Reception staff were very good. Room was rather small but adequate.
At the reception everybody was very nice and helpfull and the rooms are fair and clean. The village is very beautifull and with good weather would have helped very much. If you want to visit Copenhagen and not stay in town this hotel is very good choice. Good parking place
There are many children, and young fammiles. The people came different countries. Sweden, Norway, Niederland, Russa, German, Poland and ofcourse Denmark. Every afternoon I nedd to checked my room-carde at recepcion, and without this I couldn't to oppen my door.
I liked the cozy room, the clean bathroom, the hearty breakfast and the friendly staff.
Our room was in a tired 1970's outbuilding in a courtyard cramped with cars, empty beer crates etc. The room and bathroom were outdated, but worst of all there was an unbearable mufty smell, almost like cat piss. We could not bear to stay and fled the hotel and found ourselves another one in the city. And that for such an expensive hotel!
Good staff, helpful. Location excellent Rooms not en-sutie
Very nice, small, comfortable, friendly, great location.
Excellent and nice service by the staff. The odour of cigarette smoke and old booze in the room.
Location Did not realize when I booked that I might end up staying in the back yard. There was also a problem with the water, it was contaminated and had been for 2 weeks. It was recommended you did not use it to brush your teeth but they did not provide any bottled water at the room. 1 bottle would have made a big difference !!
An excellent dinner
Clean room , comfortable bed You here sounds very well from your neibouring rooms. was going for breakfast att 6:15 am , but there was nobody there!!! And no lights was on. and breakfast opens at 6:00???? and they put on a 2.7% charge if you pay with creditcard, this info was missing...
The food at the restaurant "Bregnen" was excellent!
Nothing. Room was dirty (coated with dust) and even un-serviced the 2nd night of my stay.Staff were poor.
The price is lower than the other more central hotels (in Roskilde a hotel was double that money). The staff is very welcoming and helpful. The rooms should be cleaner (especially the bathroom).
Then food was ok although too expensive. Not worth the price, 950 danish kroner for a double room. Everything seems to have been new around 1970. Not very nice, at all! And they charged us 25 kroner for wifi though booking.com states it as free. - A mistake they said at the hotel, well yes, it was a mistake to choose Svogerslev for ourstopover.
