Pros:The only good thing about this place was the location.
Cons:On first getting to hotel, no one offered any help with luggage and there were literally 4 employees just standing by valet and door. Check in was not any better. Gentleman who checked us in did not look at me nor addressed me by name. Essentially said name, credit card, and your room number is. Terrible impression. The hotel is not as pictured and is very run down. Bathroom was dirty with peeling ceiling and mildew in shower. Door to room looked like someone tried using a screwdriver to get in. Ice machine on 3rd floor didnt work. No mini fridge in room. For $300 a night I definitely expected more, especially from a Wyndham hotel.

5.1 Fair
Pros:It was a decant place to stay nothing amazing nothing special. a perfect place if you only want to sleep in the hotel and nothing else.
Cons:The staff tried charging me for my whole stay the day i checked in even though my reservation through the website was fine in the end. And because of how they charge you $75 extra every night you stay that they eventually reimburse you for, they ran up my credit card that when I tried checking out I could not because of all these random charges. the staff honestly didn't seem train on how to use the computer register system at all, because when I started questioning more some how the amount I owed went down. considering that i ran into several problems with payment i would not recommend staying here. i have even stayed at other hotels and have never ran into problems like this.

8.2 Very good
Pros:Excellent location
Cons:Restaurant was late opening for breakfast and we had a medical appointment so we were on a tight schedule. Food and service was excellent, however.

Pros:location
Cons:only one person behind the counter on june25th saturday at 3 o'clock. had to wait in line for twenty minutes even though i had booked on line!!. some people in front of me were trying to get a cheap room for the following monday!!!??? I wasn't told by the person at the counter that it didn't come with a continental breakfast the next morning and at over two hundred dollars , I felt that it should have ,so I had to find my way to whole foods for breakfast. Also, the ice machine on my floor was out of order, and I had to go to the 10th floor for ice The worst thing was that the two key cards for the room wouldn't work properly after several minutes o fighting with it!!!??? I have blood pressure problems and am a disabled vietnam veteran. I was hoping that it would have been a lot less stressful...... the faucet in the shower didn"t work properly....

9.1 Wonderful
Pros:Friendly staff. A great location. Room was clean.
Cons:No refrige in room.
A
6.0 Okay
Pros:The room was clean the location was great to transportation and food.
Cons:Staff was not friendly or helpful. The valet parking did a poor job of driving my car burnt the clutch very badly. They also didn't have my reservation and acted like it was more my problem then tried to be helpful even though I had the conformation and all the correct information.
A
7.7 Good
Pros:Close to an event I was attending. Valet staff was very helpful.
Cons:Not close to much. Room was ok, nothing outstanding. You pay a lot for location.
S
7.1 Good
Cons:Dirty windows took away from the view. Bed a little too firm; I woke with stiffness.
L
10.0 Wonderful
Pros:The Jamican Man at the door, he was great,MON lol
B
4.2 Mediocre
Pros:Great location, room was comfortable enough.
Cons:Pretty stingy for $500 a night. No fridge, $20 extra for a cot. Be careful when you initial the forms at check in or you might not notice things like $400 for smoking in the room, $50-100 for not checking out by noon. It wasn't an issue but I didn't like how they tried to sneak it by me. In summary, for the money you can do better.
