Bar at night was so packed you couldn't get a drink.
andre and young man from new jersey was the best person who hever attended me at a hotel . Top notch.
the business center and gym need an upgrade
We've stayed at the Liberty several times. We love it. Great location, great restaurants, and the lobby is amazing.
The brick work was super cool and the location is top notch. Walking Charles street and public garden was amazing
If you stay in the jail rooms the lobby can get a little roudy, but bar closes at 2am so it's quiet after that
The staff was very friendly and courteous. Location was excellent for my needs
Price was way too much for the room and amenities. Very poor value for the money. Does not compare to the Four Seasons or the Ritz in comfort price or amenities. Room was not very comfortable and to charge $19.95 for high speed internet per day is outrageous. For the price it should be complimentary. Would not stay there again.
Great rooms, great service.
Not very family friendly.
The staff was amazing. Great customer service and very knowledgable of Boston. We had lunch at the restaurant "clink". Both the food and service was fantastic.
My only complaint was our room. The bed felt a little cheap and was squeaky. The air conditioner seem to have some trouble keeping the room cool. They had robes in the room and although they were clean, they looked worn and were frayed around the collar and sleeves.
There are so many choices of hotels in Boston, but this hotel is unique and definitely luxury. They give 5 star service and the rooms are very comfortable and clean. We met up with old friends in Boston and we all stayed the the Liberty, we had an amazing time! Also it was great to be able to come back to the hotel after dinner and the bar scene at the hotel was great.
The breakfast at the hotel was overpriced for the portions and service was very slow.
Beds are comfy, amenities nice
Furniture run down, all the usual brown beige brown hotchpotch, cant open windows. Faded luxury
This property gets high marks across the board. The building is an architectural wonder and the history is awesome. Terrific location too. The staff is ultra-proffesional and goes above and beyond. Lobster pizza at Scampo was superb, the night life in the lobby was fun. Would highly recommend and will definitely return.
Staff competence, familiarity with hotel history, ease of manner, and ability to communicate. Terrific in every way and ideal for those who have out-patient care and have to have a check-in with the doctor early the next morning. Especially nice bedding and furniture choices.
Great getaway for a night in town. Great location with huge room. Staff and amenities were excellent!!
Huge rooms with a great location near the sites of Beacon Hill
