Santo is inspired by Chef Hosea Rosenberg’s childhood home, Taos, New Mexico. A full-service restaurant serving his spin on seasonal, modern Northern New Mexican fare; Santo brings to life the vibrant eating and drinking culture of the region with authenticity. Written in collaboration with Chef Arun Moghe, the menu combines classic cuisine - regional spices, chiles and techniques - with a local and all- natural approach to sourcing meats and produce. Santo features a warm dining room, outdoor patio, lively bar, and an open kitchen. We are able to accommodate parties of up to 8 guests. Please contact the restaurant if you have a larger group. Patio tables are available on a first come first serve basis, but may not be reserved in advance. We will do our best to fulfill requests upon your arrival.
