10.0 Excellent
Pros: We were blown away by this amazing place. A town house dating from the 14th century with so much atmosphere and character. Our host was just delightful and supplied a welcome tray of wine and nibbles which was wonderful after a very long bike ride. Our room had original frescoes and was furnished very sympathetically. Breakfast was delicious and beautifully presented with plenty of choice - yogurts, croissants, cheeses, fruit, bread and jams. We feel very privileged to have spent a glorious night in this very unique property. Great location near the Abbey and restaurants. Highly recommended for a very special experience.

Interior was classical.

Pros: Breakfast was excellent, plentiful, varied and of great quality. Pleasantly surprised to be offered eggs cooked to order - a great omelette! Nothing was too much trouble for our host Pierre. Fab wine from local cave. Overall a wonderful stay and we would definitely return. Pierre was an excellent host.
Cons: Would have been good to have glasses and perhaps some bottled water in the room. A fan in the room would perhaps be a good addition.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Laurence, the hostess is very friendly, helpful, she knows the region well, we'd got some good advices and technical help during the days. Either the kitchen is excellent, we had once a "tableau d'hote" with good local foods and wine. The breakfast typical French one, really rich, accompanied by home made "confiture"s. The "domaine" itself is in a very quiet place, there is no noise or light pollution during the night. And finally, "Saone et Loire" is a very remarkable, beautiful region of Burgundy, and you don't have to drive more than 25-40 km/day if you want to discover the most famous and some hidden places nearby.
Cons: The wi-fi was weak in our room, but I really didn't miss to much the Internet.
10.0 Excellent

Pros: Great room, in the centre of Cluny. Wonderfull breakfast.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Great hostest. Great location and was easy to park close by when we visited. Quirky but very tasteful decore. And was cool for sleeping even in the heat wave while we were there. Spotlessly clean. Very good simple french breakfast including home baking. Hostest who had very limited english made a huge effort to talk slow french to my wife who is learning french
Cons: The shower was hand held over a bath
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Very stylish, very clean and the kids love their room. Very nice breakfast in an even nicer room. Great place for a one night stop on your way to the south, and Cluny is a very nice place to visit!
Cons: The bathroom is beautiful but hugely impractical for a quick shower: only a bathtub with no shower curtain and nowhere to hang the showerhead. There is a coffee making facility but really no place to plug it in besides in the bathroom, and only one regular coffee sachet. To go to bathroom/toilet one must pass through the childrens room.

Pros: We loved our stay at La Grange Fleurie. We booked here as we planned to visit the abbey in Cluny which is well worth a visit! As open water swimmers we were also delighted to find a lake 4k from La Grange Fleurie at Saint-Point. La Grange Fleurie, as well as being in a beautiful part of the Burgundy countryside, has a real feeling of family and Karen and Robert made us feel so welcome from the moment we arrived. Although primarily a B&B, dinner is also offered and we would really recommend this - Karen’s cooking is superb! We really hope life affords us an opportunity to go back!

Pros: Dinner at own restaurant very good. Comfy bed and spacious room were appreciated. Free parking across road - IN THE SHADE!

Pros: Well located just below Solutré for great walks. Amazing award winning restaurant and very practical to stay right upstairs
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Outstanding location, surrounded by vinyards up in the hills. Breakfast was fine, good fresh bread and pastries and jams, although we did have to wait until 8.
7.9 Good
Pros: The small hotel with a fantastic restaurant is located amidst vineyards in the little town of Solutré, right under the famous rock and archaeological site. The staff is a little snobby (this is France after all) and you do have to carry your luggage up at least one flight of stairs (possibly more, depending on your room). The rooms are basic, but clean, with a couple of nice touches (like local sweets on the table).
Cons: The hot water broke down while we were there and there didn't seem to be a quick way to fix it. This didn't both us, as we had already showered and were on our way out, but another couple we ran into were stuck having cold showers. Brrr.

Cons: We accidentally got booked into a cabin 100 meters from the shared bath with only an outhouse nearby. Pros: Ambiance in the restaurant, possibility to eat outside. Excellent breakfast.
6.3 Good
Pros: The Hotel itself, room, shower, lunchroom looks good in french style. At all it was clean. The boss did everything a very intense worker.
Cons: The staff didn't have the french charm - doesn't much which culture. In break-fast the hotel gives you two 500 gr jam pot, which surely a lot of people put their licked spoon inside - I couldn't use it because of that - this should be forbidden. Check-in time very short between 17:00 and 20:00.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Lovely to do a stay over where there is a bar and an excellent restaurant after a long drive. Room was pleasant and the restaurant had a great ambience. Very welcoming- would stop over there again
10.0 Excellent
Pros: This was an overnight stop on our way south and the fact that we tried to book for our return journey before we left should say it all - unfortunately, L'Estaminet was fully booked for the date we wanted, but we will return on a future trip. Our dogs were given the warmest of welcomes and even treated for fromage frais (in china bowls) for breakfast, The hotel is traditional, comfortable and a relatively short distance from the motorway. The highlight, however, was our meal, I commented that my smoked salmon starter was the best I have ever tasted and was told that chef and proprietor Cedrick does his own smoking - delicious as was the rest of the meal and it was amazing value for money. We look forward to a return visit.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: We had a truly lovely evening meal in the restaurant, the food was excellent. Pity this place is so far from home, otherwise we would like to eat there regularly
Cons: We arrived early and had hoped to watch the football, but there was no television available

Pros: Great hosts Very nice dinner
8.3 Excellent
Pros: The quality of the evening meal was outstanding especially for the price, excellent fresh ingredients beautifully cooked, and presented, delicious. Very good service from the staff, who had excellent knowledge, and were attentive without being intrusive, we had a really lovely evening and would recommend to anyone who would like to enjoy French cuisine at its best.
Cons: Nothing ! the room was very simple but spotlessly clean and provided everything you needed. Quiet on back of building, might be noisy on the front as the hotel is on a busy road.

Pros: This logis is all about the dining, not the rooms. The cuisine is first rate.
Cons: Too trivial to mention
