Location and cleaness
Convenient to the places we wanted to visit. Huge portions of food at the restaurant on site. Staff was very pleasant and helpful.
The Heat and air system needs updating..
very convient location and excellent breakfast bar
heater had lint in vents
The king bedroom was spacious and quiet. Enjoyed the lounge at night listening to live music.
There was NO hot water Saturday morning and when I told the manager she said that should be EXPECTED since everyone showers n the a.m. it was not even warm water. Then while I was getting my complimentary breakfast, there was a ROACH crawlingonbuffetline
The bedd were very comfortable.
Being woken at 1:00 am -2 am from people screaming, laughing , drunk in room across from us. Also being told we can't eat in our room yet you have roomservice, icebox an microwave.
Leaking faucet in the tub, no elevator access
Not too badly maintained. Fridge and microwave in room.
Musty, damp guest room. Could use some updating! Antiquated climate control, lack of outlets.
A pet friendly hotel wtih curteous staff, excellent accomodations that were super clean. From the lobby, to the room to the pool all were clean and inviting. Extra security features of outside doors that required a key made for a safer experience.
Nothing to wirte about here, this place is excellent
Breakfast. Needed a little more hot food
This hotel is very clean and located in an area that is convenient to everything that I needed to do. They have fresh made lemonade in the lobby and there is a Fruit of the Loom clothing outlet store nearby with good deals on T-shirts and Sweatshirts.
Decent price. Breakfast offerings were satisfactory (rolls, cereal, eggs, sausage, waffles).
Bathroom needed cleaning; shower was mildewy. Hotel seemed drab and a little run down.
The room and the entrance.
The people who clean the rooms were EXTREMELY loud and I couldn't imagine sleep late with that amount of noise.
People were very professional.
Staff was friendly
Room was musty smelling. A lot of paint peeling in room. High speed internet was low speed at best.
The air and refrigerator didn't work and we had to switch to smaller room with only 1 bed at 1:39 in the morning
Price and location.
The cleaning staff failed to vacuum the entire room, the a.c./heating unit was covered in dust and dirt, the light switch by the bed was unreliable, the shower soap retainer was dirty with hair and soap residue; this was true of both days of our stay.
Price was great, as was the location.
Leaky water fixtures. Both the shower and the sink had leaks.
The woman in charge of the breakfast room was incredibly nice!! Asset to the hotel
The staff was not friendly. Two women at the front desk when we walked in and neithersmiled or greeted us. One finally said can I help with a frown. Parking was dangerous for women traveling alone.
Easy to find. Good staff.
Talk about dirty. Spilt something on bathroom floor and used a towel to clean up. Towel was disgustingly dirty after. I looked at outside of tub. It looked like something spilled and sprayed on it. Kept up most the night by drunk people. Will not return.
While a little old, and with some cheesy metal furniture, the hotel exceeded expectations in many ways. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was polite, and the breakfast was good.
Neighbors were noisy, but they kept it down after 9pm.
staff was nice
Doors on dresser was broke. Heater system was old and wasn't sure it was working.
The rooms are nicely remodeled and clean.
From the outside the hotel looks a little run down.
The staff were helpful.
All the furniture was made out of metal. Very loud noises throughout the night. People constantly walking about late night.
Helpful staff and friendly restaurant service. Location was convenient. Dated, but acceptable.
Overall the place was somewhat old and needs a renovation. Was given a separate conventional metal key for the alternate entrance which was odd. Hallways smelled musty. Nothing deal-breaking though.
restaurant have good value on the food items / one roast beef dinner with 2 sides was enough for 2 people
Our room was on the second floor it was above the bar and you could hear the band play late at night
The hot breakfast was good. The value was excellent.
The room had a stuffy odor that couldn't be eliminated. Only by opening the window was it tolerable. The water temperature for the shower was tepid. The TV reception was atrocious. You could not watch TV. They blamed the cable carrier.
Inside of hotel room was clean
The parking is horrible. The hallways are long and dark, very scary to a single woman traveling alone. The television was newer but the picture was horrible and fuzzy. Awaken the next morning by the slamming of doors by the housekeeping staff.
The air conditioner worked awesome, free breakfast was good, enjoyed the pool.
The gave us a room with a sleeper sofa that we had a hard time getting out, I asked for an additional blanket for my kids and no-one could find me one. Our room was non smoking and we found cigarette cartons the room.
Breakfast was good, desk clerks courteous.
The hotel needs some remodeling to update it...old door to room, rusty, and still using entrance keys. Latch to room door broken.
Price, room was fairly clean
Outdated, noisy location, kind of shady appearing
Friendly front-desk receptionist; good hot breakfast.
The staff allowed a group of motorcycle riders to hang out right in front of the building and loudly rev their engines until 2 a.m. It was just ridiculous. Also, the mini-frig in the room did not work. This is a two-story motel with no elevator.
Staff was friendly and helpful.
Room smelled and hotel was old and outdated. Furniture was worn and could hear springs every time you moved in bed and pullout. Poor quality hotel.
The room was awful, the toilet didn't work.
Location, breakfast was good.
My 12 year daughter and I arrived late after driving for hours and the hotel has a built-in bar/club where people were making out in clear sight of the front desk, just 20 feet away. I said 'get a room' but that must be the norm for there.
Location only. It was convenient. Staff was very professional and they were very courteous. Breakfast was pretty good. My officer was able to rest comfortably during the day while he rested from working an overnight shift not too far from the hotel spot.
We had an issue with bed bugs. The staff was courteous enough to move the officer to another location. I am aware of the bed bug problem in Kentucky. It is epidemic, however more provisions need to be made to address the bed bug problem being they spread.
The air only worked half the time.
It was tooo crowded to park with the bar attached to the motel. They put me in a smoking room twice when I requested a non smoking room. I got locked out of my room twice and had to have my card reset to get back in both times.
Nothing, they were over booked and didn't have a room for us.
Nothing, they were over booked and didn't have a room for us.
We stayed here for an overnight getaway for 1 night. The hotel is ok. It looks old, probably really should be renovated. They did let us check-in about an hour and a half before check-in time. The free hot breakfast was good, but there was about 3 different places were it stated to leave a tip. No biggie, we left a tip, but free is free. We liked that they had a kiddie pool. The hotel is in a good location. A big inconvience was that you have a regular key for outside doors to get inside the hotel, and then a card key for the room. It would have been nice if the card opened all the doors, then there wouldn't be the hassel of the other key. The hotel is ok, but overall I feel like it really wasn't worth what we paid.
Our family just wanted to get away for the weekend and this inn was perfect. The place was clean, friendly & conveniently close to everything. We would definitely stay again.
We were very disappointed that this motel room was infested with fleas and also that the water did not drain in the shower. The staff did not seem interested in the need for something to be done to the room after we left. I would have made more of a fuss, but we were rushed to get a tour of Western Kentucky University. The university was great but the motel was not!
This was my first trip to Bowling Green. We had a nice evening in the restaurant that is part of the hotel. There was 6 of us that had dinner, which was very good quality and value. I had a pork chop dinner and their Shrimp Cocktail. The Shrimp was probably the best I had ever had.(fresh and very generous portion) Service was excellent even though they were fairly busy. We had planned on just dinner and a drink, but had such a good time we stayed till closing. The lady that was the bartender was very polite and personable. That night they had a karaoke show that was the best any of us had ever experienced. The DJ was very professional with a great system and probably every karaoke song ever made. Our only complaint was we had such a tremendous time in the restaurant we didn't get much sleep. We are all looking forward to our return trips in the weeks to come.
The whole hotel smelled like an ashtray. Our room had roaches, mold in the bathroom and a broken window (outside of which local drunks fought all night). It took 30 min to get waited on in the restaurant and another 30 min to get our order, which was wrong when we got it. I would never stay here again! STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!
Everything was terrible! Service, customer relations, rooms, parking, language barrier - everything! About the only thing going for it is it's location. Avoid this one, there's much better in the area!
Offers pool that is inoperable. Filled with green mosquito infested waters. Locks need to be updated too easy access to rooms
