Very clean rooms and professional staff
It was close to Walmart, so I could go buy myself a pillow. The coffee was good. The sheets on the bed smelled clean and the towels were clean. The design of the hallways was pretty neat upstairs.
Feather pillows. I am allergic to feathers. Asked for a different pillow. Was laughed at and told that was not going to happen. I had to go buy a pillow, which just added to the expensive price they charged. Fake bacon and cold food at breakfast.
The room was large and clean, the bathroom was wonderfully large (and clean as well.)The hotel was easy to find and then get back on the road the next day.The breakfast selection was great!
Our room, 205, had cardboard walls. We heard the train, the darn train whistle, the people in the hall, and the shower next door.TV reception was not good either.
Location, rate and bkfst
Bathroom sink stopped up... No response from desk clerk to repair. Room lights burn out... No response for replacing bulbs
They did not inform us that this was a pet hotel and there were dogs everywhere! This was a problem as we have animal allergies. We should have been informed of this policy.
The room was nice and clean. There was a variety of food choices, which was nice after being on the road all day.
I FELT LIKE I DIDN'T MATTER AS A CUSTOMER TO THEM. VERY POOR CUSTOMER RELATIONS. I RECOMEND YOU STAY ANY WHERE BUT LA QUINTA BOZEMAN. THE GM WAS QUITE RUDE & LESS THAN HELPFUL. I WOULD RATHER SLEEP ON THE STREET INSTEAD OF STAYING AT THIS HOTEL!!!!!!
LaQuinta confirmed on 01/24/15 for stay on 05/24 to 05/29. Just 10 hrs. before leaving I got a call from LaQuinta that our confirmed reservation would not be honored as they over booked. After 'talking' with she asked us to not stay at their hotel!!
Close to freeway clean comfortable friendly helpful cookies! & coffee
Only stayed one night. But found the typical clean friendly confines of a La Quinta hotel. On a 10 day road trip we stayed in multiple La Quinta's... liked them all.
Too much dog poop on the lawn from inconsiderate dog owners.
The room was Great, The bed was comfortable, overall enjoyed the room, the breakfast was very good
The front desk was always gone, always had to wait or come back.
Nice location. Good continential breakfast. Hot tub was good.
Room did not get cleaned. No clean towels in the morning. No parking. I had to park on the street.
rooms were clean and neat
common areas could have been a little cleaner
It was modern looking and fairly clean.
The pool was FREEZING and the jacuzzi was empty at 9:00 am even though the hours posted said 6:00 am-11:00 pm. The popular breakfast items (eggs, pancakes, sausage) were gone by 8:00 and weren't replenished for at least a half hour.
Great location just off interstate.
Liked the extra towels, washclothes, soaps and shampoos left at the door when I had the do no disturb sign up. I still was serviced in a special way. They should use baskets instead of bags.
The rooms were smaller than I expected. Bed cover was the ugliest thing I have ever seen. YUCK...Had to turn it over to the brown side so I didnt have to look at 'the circles'. elevator doors inside dirty.
Very clean. High ceilings created the feeling of space. Quite.
The location was a little out of the way, but accepted pets. The breakfast was good!
The location was great for getting on/off the interstate.
We booked a room with two beds and unfortunately, when we got to our room the hotel room had not been cleaned. Both beds had bugs in them along with hairs in the bed. There were hairs in the bathroom as well and the toilet had not been cleaned.
Helpful staff, good location
Room was very small, breakfast room not large enough for the number of people the hotel accommodates.
The room was great! It was very nice and clean. Loved having the microwave and refrigerator in the room for our long road trip. The location was easy to get to and stores are close by.
Nothing loved this hotel!
Wonderful hotel - comparable to 4 & 5 star hotels in other locations. Only problem we encountered - they do not stock non feather pillows and seemed unconcerned that they couldn't accommodate us. The management finally found two very flat pillows for the king size bed - said they would bring more but never did. Other than that - we highly recommend this hotel.
This is a brand new hotel .....just opened in June of 2010.The best La Quinta i have ever stayed at.Hands down the best hotel in Bozeman Montana..Their hot breakfast is amazing full of fruits, waffles, yogurts,Scramble Eggs,Sausages, and much much more.I visit Bozeman quit often and i have stayed at most of the branded hotels in town. This is the best. Easy access from freeway exit 306.Pet friendly NO CHARGE for pets..Yeah!!!.The hotel staff was very friendly.I would definitely recommend this hotel.I will be coming back here for sure.
