The hotel was clean, had a modern vibe, and was in a great location. It was VERY noisy, with delivery trucks all night, and especially the long, loud train whistle right outside the window twice in the middle of the night. It also was extremely hot, and the thermostat was unable to be changed.
Location of stores was superb! There could be more microwaves.
Very helpful staff Friends said the bar outside window was loud until 1:00 AM
The rooms were very nice and roomy! It was also very clean! You couldn't turn down the temp in your room and we were all hot while sleeping. So I called the front desk and they had to override the thermostat. Apparently, you can't turn it down lower than what they allow.
Good location and clean. Extra, nightly cost for internet and for parking, on top of nightly rental.
The Hilton Convention center was SO convenient to everything. My husband & I took our young son to ride the Polar Express train. We were able to walk right out of the hotel and be exactly where we needed to be. The hotel is located right on Branson landing so you have lots of options for restaurants and shopping. Staff was friendly and room was very clean. Beds super comfy! We would definitely stay here again & definitely recommend!
Nice big high-end room great view, best location in downtown Branson. Security: someone attempted to beat through the door of the room next to me at 2AM. Not being informed that I would have to pay for overnight parking. Great nice room, but not an exceptional value.
The location was convenient. The room was clean and updated. The free breakfast had better-than-average variety, including some fairly healthy choices; we were satisfied until lunchtime. The staff were very friendly and hard-working. Also, the manager and a maintenance worker helped me solve a minor problem with my car, which was certainly beyond their job duties. Refrigerator was quite large, and the microwave was useful. The pool was small (only 3-ft deep), and the pool area could use some updates (although it was well-maintained and clean). The pillows were not good. Noise from the floor above was annoying. Breakfast had limited choices in fresh fruit (only bananas). Room was small (but maybe it's in proportion to the price).
Friendly staff, good location. Small rooms, but that is due to the age of the hotel.
This little "bed-n-breakfast style" hotel was amazing. My husband and I stayed here for our 5th wedding anniversary. We had the Hide-a-Way room which had a cute outdoor/woodsy theme. There are other themed rooms that are cute/romantic as well. Location is 5-6 blocks from the Landing (within walking distance) with plenty of good places to eat, shop, and explore along the way. Staff was extremely helpful and super nice. Limited breakfast (very delicious though) is included with your stay and can include breakfast sandwich, biscuits and gravy, waffles, oatmeal, sausage, fresh fruit, parfaits, danishes, juice, coffee, specialty coffees/lattes. Wine bar area (which is also breakfast area) is very clean, decorated nicely, and in a good location. Live entertainment on Friday and Saturday night is fun. Nothing - our stay was great and we will definitely stay again when in Branson next time!
Quiet attractive place. Charming friendly staff. Great pub style wine bar. The hotel was having a problem with inadequate hot water which only allowed a few guests to shower in the mornings. All else was excellent, but this urgently needs correction.
Location next to Branson Landing and away fro the strip and all the traffic.
Location Room too small and restroom extremely small
It was very close to where we wanted to be. The shower was very small.
