Cons: There is nothing to dislike.

Cons: Nothing to complain about really. If you don't have a car then it's a 1km walk to Sospel town.

Pros: We we're looking for an alternative stay during our gr52 hike and we found this wonderful place! It is within easy walking distance from sospel even after hiking the gr52 and it is totally worth it! All rooms are nice but if you have the choice you should try to get the downstairs room. It feels like you sleep in an old monastery but with all comfort you could wish. Pascale, the owner is also a lovely person and the garden is perfect for relaxing after a long day.
Cons: Just the perfect place to stay
Pros: Pascale was extremely friendly and helpful.

Pros: It is a great place! Nice staff, good food, excelent location. Perfect option to relax in the mountains. I want to come back!
Cons: The TV in the room. I couldn't see a great tennis game between Federer and Nadal ): But is not a big deal...
Pros: It was a relatively remote location and we were surrounded by nature with stunning views. The drive to and from the hotel and the smaller towns were hair raising but worth the experience. Christina was extremely helpful in finding out alternative routes to Italy as the Genova bridge had collapsed when we arrived. The staff were lovely and brilliant hosts. We didn't stay on the days that they opened the restaurant so unfortunately are unable to comment on it. Excellent retreat and getaway.
Cons: We arrived when there were lots of mosquitoes and seemed to attract a lot of them.

Cons: The location: it's located just at the Col de Brouis, and around there are only grazing lands and woods. It's a problem if you arrive late and it's the day off of the restaurant
Pros: Everything was great. Christina and Peter were wonderful. Our room was huge. We had dinner and it was great. We were sorry that we didn’t come in time for lunch. They make a great barbecue and the atmosphere is light and festive. Before going to sleep I sat in the moonlight and watched the view. Then in the morning I went again with a cup of coffee. Sublime. There’s also a nice walk right from the hotel. I did it before breakfast.
Pros: We loved our stay. We were happy to have our bicycles stored indoors. Nice room, ild fashion building kept original, freshly decorated and with all we needed. Staff and owner very welcome and helpful for all those small things ine may need. Good breakfast, local ingredients and hime made bread. Pros: It was like staying with a friend. We were welcomed and made to feel at home. It was lovely to meet other people at breakfast and share experiences. We were given lots of good advice of places to visit and restaurants. Our favourite restaurant in Sospel was Au Relais du Sel. We had two great dinners there and would have happily eaten there every evening.
Pros: Superb location and friendly host.
Pros: Our hostess was utterly charming. The house is wonderful. Breakfast was just right.
Pros: The breakfast was very good. Home-made yoghurt and delicious apricots particularly appreciated. Madame's English is excellent. She was extremely helpful recommending places to bathe (it was very hot) and trying to cool our room - we were on the third floor but had a large fan and Madam opened the windows for us in the evening so the room would be more comfortable. Big bonus - superb art inc. fantastic sculpture and fireflies in the garden (perhaps only this time of year)? A quirky place off the beaten track but brilliant for us - you can easily reach high mountains and Menton. We recommend you drive into Sospel to eat - lots of good places to choose from.
Cons: The heat was too much but that's climate change - nothing to do with Domaine du Parais.
Pros: Marie the owner of the property is a amazing host. There is a tremendus care and friendliness in her. She is an artist and this is vsisble in every aspect of the property. The rooms are beautiful. The space is elegant. This is a incredibly silent place. There is ample nature around the property and a little forest. We also could do lovely hiking along the road up the hill.
Cons: Liked everything.
Pros: Wonderful old house restored by the owners set in the woods above Sospel. The room was very large, very comfortable, and it is really quiet! Dark and quiet at night, great night's sleep! Wonderful breakfast of croissant or brioche, along with bread, fruit, tea, coffee, jams, home made yogurt (wonderful!), and delightful conversation. We enjoyed our stay there thoroughly
Cons: A little difficult to find, otherwise just great.

Pros: Warm welcome and amazing view
Cons: Small shower with clingy curtain. But loads of hot water so no real complaints!
Pros: Not a lot
Cons: Most of it. The photos dose not tell you its about a spar shop.and breakfast was very limited to breed and jam coffee some fruit.
Pros: Clean comfortable room. Friendly and helpful staff and an excellent breakfast. Wifi worked well.
Cons: Horrible flappy shower curtain in very dated bathroom. Not possible to shower without creating lake on floor. Room was 3 floors up very steep stairs. Parking in public square nearby very difficult. The hotel is on a busy road with traffic noise from 5 am. And way too expensive for what it is.
Pros: The welcome and subsequent interactions were excellent. The owner was very attentive and considerate.
Cons: It was a Sunday early September, the hotel has no restaurant and the two best reviewed in the town were closed at short notice. The bed was not very comfortable.
Pros: The proprietor picked us up when we were stranded 8 km away. Outstanding service!
Pros: bed was comfy- very basic room
Cons: there was no kettle for tea or coffee in the morning

Pros: Location was ideal
Cons: The listing on Booking.com is inaccurate, I believed I was renting a villa for a week for 500 euros, in fact the reality was, I was renting one small room in the upper floor, the other room available may have been let out to someone else and that would have required us to share bathroom and toilet facilities, so for privacy I took the other room to at a price of 120 euros per night, absolutely ridiculous for two sparsely furnished rooms..
Pros: The owners were very nice, helpful and welcoming. I would go there again. She made us feel comfortable
Cons: Bit far from the centre
Pros: Great hospitality of Jean-Claude and his wife! He picked us up very late in the evening near the Villa, because we could not find it :D They helped us with our program in the area. Very nice Villa, close to the center of Sospel, delicious breakfast with home-made jam! Definitely to recommend!

Pros: This was a clean property in a beautiful setting sitting in beautiful gardens in the edge of the stunning river. The pool was lovely. There was a path that took you to the main town approx 800m walk.
Cons: The property would benefit from some modernising. A/C would be good and some communal areas where guests felt comfortable in the evenings. The movement through the property was restricted after breakfast. It felt more like a B&B rather than a hotel.
Pros: Ambience and pool
Pros: The bedrooms were comfortable with super power shower! Breakfast perfect tasteful and presented well. The views from dining room beautiful, as garden and outside space very well kept. Sadly a little rainy so unable to properly enjoy, out of their control !!
Pros: Beautiful location. Friendly owners who were very helpful!
Cons: The rooms were small including the bed however it didn’t really matter as we were outside most of the time!
Pros: The property is nice, the garden is swimming pool are great, direct access to a river is also a nice touch.
Cons: The owners for the way they treat people in general... there are restrictions everywhere and you feel stressed out from the moment you meet them. It is a shame as the property is great...

Towels, sheets, and other amenities are truly luxurious. The room seemed brand new with all new furnishings. Spotless, too! Marianne's breakfast was gorgeous: fruit bowl, basket of bread and pastries, fresh squeezed orange juice. Amazing coffee. And eating breakfast in the garden was dreamy. We enjoyed the pool as well, thanks to the warm weather.
Cons: Very very basic accommodation - shower cubicle inside the room itself, no WC.
Pros: The history of the place, good shower, great food (we had pizza, it was huge)
Cons: Very tired décor will I think annoy some people. It was clean, comfy and quiet so we were happy.
