Pros: Yann was a perfect host, very welcoming and helpful (eg in advising us a good restaurant nearby and in advising us which sites to visit first in order to avoid big crowds). The accommodation was perfect: very modern design. We would definitely like to stay here again if we come back to this region.
Cons: Maybe a larger bed would have been a little more comfortable.

Cons: rien
9.5 Excellent
Pros: V comfortable, beautiful room, lovely views. V welcoming owner.
Cons: Difficult to find
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Although a little hard to find in the dark (all the way to the end of the alley, then to the right) the house was huge and super cool. The room was very comfortable and the badroom gigantic. (Separate toilet, bath, a lot of space) Breakfast was maybe a little simple, but more than enough.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Amazing property and breakfast , comfortable bed and extremely friendly owner. Highly recommended.
Cons: Nothing
10.0 Excellent
Pros: A beautiful old granite stone manor house, in a lovely setting. We arrived very early, well before the designated time but the charming hostess accommodated us and even assisted in transporting bags to our room. A very charming bedroom, along with a very comfortable bed and large accompanying bathroom guaranteed a restful nights sleep. The real 'tour de force' was however a quite exceptional breakfast, which left us both filled for hours, lunch was definitely not required after such a spread.
Cons: Nothing of substance, couldn't be faulted.

Pros: location perfect staff excellent dining room spectacular
Cons: not much duck a bit chewy but apart from that food very good
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Very nicely decorated rooms. Excellent service. Excellent restaurant.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Restaurant was fabulous. The owner/manager remembered that I requested feather pillows and brought them to the room. Our room was very lovely with a great view.
Cons: There was a light out in the bathroom that was never replaced. Toiletries were quite deficient -if not non-existent. Dispenser soap doesn't cut it for a Relais & Chateaux. One dispenser soap for body wash, shampoo - not what was expected. Also wonder why hotels think only one suitcase stand is needed for a double room. When there are two people, shouldn't two suitcase stands be offered? Rarely happens - just an observation.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: The hotel is really very very nice The restaurant is fantastic. The location is avesome. The view from the sea view room is amazing. We would like to come back
Cons: Nothing to dislike

7.5 Good
Pros: Practical.
Cons: aseptic, impersonal and without personality.
7.5 Good
Pros: Location is good, right across from the beach. Hotel has been entirely renovated in a very minimalist way, with nice touches (rope mesh to replace staircase wall)
Cons: I was very disappointed to discover that the price paid on Booking.com was 20€ higher than the standard price charged by the hotel. This has never happened to me before and it has made me more wary of reserving through Booking from now on! Breakfast was good but service was hectic. Croissants could have been better, but good pancakes. The room (Ile Molene) was very spare and rather small (no place to open suitcase, very small closet space). Amenities could be increased (kleenex, for instance, full-size mirror…)
6.8 Good
Pros: The personnel is very friendly, new and quality furnishing.
Cons: Very small rooms, not even a table in the room. Uncomfortable lighting (very white light)
8.3 Excellent
Pros: The staff was very friendly, breakfast and rooms and view were great.

9.3 Excellent
Pros: This was a great surprise, booked just a week in advance because another hotel we’d booked did not work out. We got the last room. The hotel is in a great location right by the path that loops around the peninsula by the shore. The coast is stunning and makes for wonderful walks. The hotel is not luxurious but has everything you need to be comfortable. The staff are friendly and helpful and the internet works well. A terrific value.
Cons: Bed is a bit hard, but not unusually so for France.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Clean , large, comfortable room. nice bathroom. Parking was right behind our terrace and so easy. Close walking distance to restaurants and bars.
Cons: The food could have been better at their more casual restaurant Le Duplex. It was disappointing.

9.5 Excellent
Pros: What a nice place to spend the night (or more!). The hotel is light and airy and nicely decorated and the rooms are comfy and clean. There is a great breakfast with a large selection of savoury and sweet food, which is definitely worth the extra 16 euros. And with a very kind host and hostess, private parking and a beautiful garden this is one of the better places I've stayed at.
Cons: Nothing.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Nice Hotel. Parking a problem. On arrival the people were very welcoming. Room was adequate for my needs. Shame about not having a sea view. Breakfast was great. Excellent eggs...
Cons: Parking a problem. Wasn't easy to enter due to my car being low. I had to reverse it in. Perhaps the entrance could be modified. Shame about not having a sea view. I thought breakfast was included. Wasn't made aware I had to pay for it

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Excellent location, view, amenities and very helpful staff.
Cons: Rooms slightly cramped.
7.5 Good
Pros: Wonderful location and views. We were able to swim and paddle board directly in front of the hotel.
Cons: The staff were friendly but it very formal. There were limited areas to sit apart from the small bar or the terrace. If the weather had been poor then there would no where to sit other than the bar as the restaurant is large.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Perfect location, great view, convenient rooms, one of the best restaurants in France, parking.
Cons: Lack of mini-bar/freezer in the room.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: This hotel and its magical location in the St Guirec cove will remain in your best vacation memories forever. The staff is very professional and friendly. The overall ambiance is classy while relaxing.
Cons: Wi-fi could be more powerful as we felt limited to check our work emails efficiently or to stream movies in the evening - it was only 1 Mg up and down...
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast was very good, with many varieties. The view from the window was great. I was surprised at the speed of the high tide and ebb tide that occur several times a day.
Cons: Our room did not have a veranda. I wanted it to be a room with a veranda.
8.3 Excellent

Cons: Hard to access staff at the spa Front desk staff not warm, helpful

Cons: Nothing
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Super clean, great restaurant. Nice staff. Good wines.
Cons: Its quite a touristic hotspot. People queuing for the best pictures
9.3 Excellent
Pros: It wasn’t cheap to stay here, and I think I paid a premium as we stayed on a Thursday night (the other nights before were much cheaper), but, it was worth it. I was a little disappointed that even though I told them it was my partner’s special birthday they didn’t do anything, not even a note on the room. Hotels in the UK will always send up a fruit basket or some chocolates. I even paid go have two glasses of champagne in our room on arrival and was disappointed when they weren’t there. We waited 15 minutes before they were brought up to us and then they told us it was “welcome drinks”, so my partner just thought it was from the hotel and didn’t realise I had arranged it especially. The view was phenomenal though. Absolutely breathtaking and memorable. Picture postcard! We also hired a kayak (the hotel does this and bikes) and went out on the water for four hours, which was bliss. There’s lots to explore around and some quaint little shops! Not all of the restaurants in the area are nice though, so be careful where you eat! I had an awful lunch at one of the places! The hotel does nice food but it isn’t cheap. Most places do set course menus. All-in-all we had a good stay, but we did have to keep asking for thinks. They have you coffee in the room (coffee machine) but no milk! And you couldn’t make tea etc as no kettle. You also had to ask for ice if you wanted it. They didn’t have irons in the room so we requested one, but then they couldn’t find an ironing board! So don’t expect too much! Maybe come with clothes that don’t need ironing. The staff were lovely and accommodating.
Cons: The price was a little steep considering the regular rooms were a lot cheaper and all still had a sea view! The fact that they didn’t do anything nice or special even though it was my partner’s birthday and I was paying a premium rate.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Large super king bed. Very good breakfast. Hosts very helpful in advising places to visit etc
Cons: Frustrating having to drive to restaurants, but nothing the owners can do about this. They do offer an evening meal on site at a fair price, though not on Sunday
7.0 Good
Pros: Very quiet, comfy beds, attractive rooms, very clean, good breakfast.
Cons: We felt misled on the pricing. We (2 people) booked a 2 bedroom apartment then after paying, booking.com informed us that we could only use one of the bedrooms. We needed 2 bedrooms so I phoned the owner and I understood him to say we could use both rooms for an additional €40 supplement, which I agreed to. We stayed for 3 nights and on leaving we were given a bill for €120, so €40 extra a night. We had already paid €300. The pricing wasn’t clear and we wouldn’t have booked at this price. We stayed in one night for dinner and felt it wasn’t good value compared to local restaurants.
7.5 Good
Pros: Very nice and friendly hosts with a absolutly lovely accommodation. The breakfast was amazing with homemade jam and far.
Cons: -
8.8 Excellent
Pros: English speaking hosts, told us a lot of tourist information, where to eat, suggestions for excursions... A nice walk to the historic center (20 min). You feel like visiting friends.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: The rooms are all different, lavishly ornamented in ship style. Really cool!!! The shower in our room was a high-tech experience in its own, with funky lights, radio and water from every side. The best is of course the view on the beach, water, rocks, Sept Iles. NO! That is not what is the best, the breakfast here is really the best ever!!! A fantastic home-baked selection of bread (more than a dozen kinds), sweets. Make sure you save space in your stomach!
Cons: -
5.5 Okay
Pros: Location
Cons: Bed very uncomfortable huge lumpy duvet . Staff not welcoming. appartment cramped with nice but large unsuitable antique furniture
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The room was exceptionally comfortable with a huge bed, lovely bathroom with Jacussi bath and a huge balcony overlooking the sea. The coastline is particularly beautiful here and there are wonderful coastal walks. Sylvie, the Owner's wife, is wonderfully hospitable and must be one of the best pastry chefs in the entire world. The breakfast is just too good; impossible to resisit anything! Sylivie makes the gorgeous light flakey croissants herself and all the different types of bread and cakes. There is white bread, integral bread, German black pumpernickel bread, fruit bread with cranberries and goodness knows what else in it and camembert and apple bread - something I have never tried before and absolutely delicious. The eggs and bacon are deliciously served in a a Bretonne gallette and all the jams are home made and juices home squeezed. Sylvie also tries to serve you sweet pancakes as well as the savoury galettes! Good for the children! We didn't have room for lunch but they were busy each day with people sitting outside on the sunny terrace tucking into lobster, mussels, steak and other delicacies. It all looked wonderful! In the room there was a lovely coffee and tea making machine. The capsules made beautiful drinks and bottles of water were also provided. There is plenty of parking outside and secure parking in their locked courtyard if you prefer it. If you can bear to drag yourself away from the hotel there are plenty of other good restaurants within walking distance and the town of Tregasel itself is interesting. The most important attraction however, must be the glorious beach, scenic rocky coastline and coastline walks. Do go!!
7.0 Good
Pros: Very nice owners, great for families with kids
Cons: Not very clean, beach is not nice at all... they built a huge ugly pool / nautic center on the beach during the sixties. How can they destroy such a beautiful site. It now looks more like a public outdoor swimming / pool center.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Fabulous accommodation overlooking the windswept bay and beach. Small but secure car parking area. Restaurant doesn't offer the usual fixed price menus, but is a la carte only. It's more of a cafe type menu, but good none the less. Lots of bread and patisserie items, which are baked by the owners. Unbelieveable choice at breakfast. We counted 10 different breads, plus we were offered hot breakfasts as well, which we availed of
Cons: We found it difficult to find, probably because we didn't have a local map, or better directions from the web site. The secure car park is very small and we were fortunate to arrive just as another car was leaving
7.0 Good
Pros: Great location. Old fashioned rooms and staff not always available or clear. No elevators.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: absolutely brilliant ,had the room with a balcony ,clean ,efficient ,wonderful breakfasts,The staff were terrific we will stay here again.
Cons: Nothing, Only tip if you go by car ,take some cleaning kit to clean up after the sea gulls !!!
9.5 Excellent
Pros: The breakfast was the best breakfast I have ever experienced in France. Homemade croissants to die for, about 10 different homemade breads, fresh fruit, freshly made crepes, cooked breakfast should you wish and a choice 4 or 5 freshly squeezed juice including raspberry, orange and blackcurrant. Absolutely wonderful. Views wonderful. Owner friendly.
Cons: Nothing.
La Demeure du Castel - Rospez - Building
14

Overview Reviews
Located in Rospez, La Demeure du Castel is in a rural location, within a 15-minute drive of Distillerie Warenghem and Cathedrale Saint-Tugdual de Treguier. Free self parking is available onsite.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast was good - coffee (etc.), good orange juice, (cold) boiled eggs, crepes one morning, bread, butter, jams, honey, cakes, yogurt, fresh fruit. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom very good.
Cons: The bedroom was too small for comfort - no chairs, and the "tables" were metal circular trays set on metal stands. With nowhere else to relax, we didn't feel very welcome. House was built (and furnished) in mid-20th century "mini-chateau" style, but is too small to convince, and too big to be cosy. Quite a bit of noise elsewhere in the house late at night and early in the morning.
7.0 Good
Pros: The room
Cons: The breakfast
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Building was beautiful - had loads of character - bed was comfy - shower was spot on and breakfast was massive !! Really hope to stay again :-) :-)
Cons: Nothing at all - it was stunning !! :-) the hostess was lovely and made our stay very enjoyable
3.8 Mediocre
Pros: The house and garden is lovely
Cons: It was very expensive with no nice touches, the beds are small, the linen needs renewing! It took us over an hour to find the property even with sat. Mac.

8.3 Excellent
Pros: The property had a lot of character. The owner was very hospitable and accommodating. The food was good and the service over all was up to par.
Cons: The shower was old and the shower curtain needed to be replaced. The jacuzzi and spa need a designated time for families with children.
10.0 Excellent
Cons: Didn’t accept Amex!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The Ti Al Lannec was a wonderful place to stay. The rooms were exceptionally well arranged, classic but modernized, with everything you could want and our view was beautiful. The food was excellent, and the dinners showed a nice variety, including vegetarian options (not so common in Brittany). Their daily suggestions for things to do in the area were fun and we used their advice several times. We particularly enjoyed simply spending time in the pool and terraces watching the beautiful coastline and relaxing.

Pros: Hostess was absolutely charming. Rooms modern and clean, with good shower. Breakfast extensive and tasty. Excellent location for visiting Les Sept Iles to see the gannets and puffins.
Cons: The weather!! The rest of France was experiencing a heat wave. Actually the weather was perfect for sightseeing, once the rain and wind abated.

Pros: We had a great stay at this hotel. The hostess was amazing. After a hard days ride, in the pouring rain, she welcomed us, stored our bikes for us and washed our clothes. The room was very clean and really well designed. Breakfast was tasty. I highly recommend this hotel, we felt so welcomed and cared for.

Pros: First class, great value, will stay again!
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Very comfortable bedroom, right in the heart of Perros-Guirec (next to the town hall), walking distance to the beach and restaurants.
Cons: Not a problem for us at all, but just be aware that there is no elevator to go to the upper floors.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: All ok no problems.
Cons: As with the other property in Vannes there was no tea making facilities: i.e.: Kettle cups etc. BUT The receptionist did find us the means to make a cuppa. So a Star for her.⭐️. This in our opinion should be a must in any hotel.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Good location, easy parking
Cons: Note that it's a 5 minute drive to the waterfront, where most of the eateries are.
7.0 Good
Pros: A very good example of a smallish French Hotel. Clean, well situated and free local on street parking adjacent. Very friendly staff, family run, and usefully with some 'apartment' like rooms with a reasonably well equipped kitchenette in addition to ensuite facilities.
Cons: The breakfasrs were expensive for waht you got. However reserving a room with kitchenette gives the opportunity to buy your croissants and bread every morning from shop opposite
5.3 Okay
Pros: the hotel was situated on a main road and was very noisy first thing in the morning with street cleaners etc and heavy traffic
5.7 Okay
Pros: Very nice people, location central to town, beaches/restaurants 15 mt walk which suited us. Wonderful coastal scenery.
6.0 Good
Pros: This hotel is in the town centre rather than at the beach but it is ideally situated to explore the area. It is currently being modernised and our generously proportioned room came with a tiny kitchen and a generous and modern ensuite shower room making it good value for money ! All had been renovated to a high standard. There is a bar attached to the hotel and one member of staff speaks perfect English, when she organised breakfasts at the weekend it worked well.
Cons: The breakfast room has yet to be modernised and the elderly owners (French speaking only) have yet to modernise "le petit dejeuner" which added a nostalgic touch to our holiday as breakfast was just as it had been 25 years ago in France!
6.3 Good
Pros: It is very clean, and located straight in the centre of Perros Guirec. The bus stop is about 20 yards away.
Cons: The room had been recently renovated, and I noticed a slight smell of paint in the area beside the bed in the first couple of days. However, it disappeared quite quickly. The shower floor was rather slippery and there were no handles to hold onto in case one lost one's balance.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: I enjoyed my stay. THe staff were helpful and the room was nice
Cons:
7.6 Good
Pros: central location/friendly
Cons:
4.4 Okay
Pros: Fantastic shower, staff very helpful. Quiet location at night. Very clean.
Cons: Decor a bit tired. The room is not huge but based on the cost this is fine.
7.2 Good
Pros: Large, light and very nice rooms with kitchen facilities. In the center of the city, but very quiet. A plenty of small shops (incl. grocery) and restaurants around (but very few open in the evening).
Cons: Very poor breakfast (croissant and coffee). Beach is 10-15 minutes walk.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Rooms were of a very good quality
Cons: No bad points

7.5 Good
Cons: Due to animals allowed in the room we couldn't stop sneezing. Maybe they should have allocated rooms for pet and not give them to families without pets
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Hotel was entirely non-smoking. Amazing views from room - over beach from one window and out to sea from the other. Proprietor could not have been more friendly or welcoming. Definitely will stay there again.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Excellent room. Great staff. Lovely croissants and superb food.
Cons: Hotter coffee
9.5 Excellent
Pros: The hotel's position is outstanding, the staff friendly and helpful and the restaurant was "high class".
Cons: The shower flooded the bathroom every time it was used. I was surprised that the restaurant had an unchanged menu every night during our stay, which with "dislikes" restricted our choice of food.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful location with breathtaking sea view. About a 15 min walk to the city center. Good parking possibilities. Rooms are spacious and clean. The lady at the reception was very welcoming and friendly.
Cons: Not the best croissants I've had. Not many "international" options for breakfast, but the French breakfast (bread, croissant, coffee, juice) suits me.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Fantastick views over the bay, tides and the trees on the rocks, both from the room and the restaurants. The old chalet atmosphere and very hospitable reception. Good food and excellent service in the restaurant at reasonable cost. 2 minutes walk to the beach.
Cons: The breakfast is a little basic, no eggs.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Fantastic view of the sea from our window; comfortable bed; well sign-posted from the Perros-Guirec marina and plenty of parking available on the road by the hotel. Superb continental breakfast - lovely fruit and beautifully fresh croissants and rolls, served with good, hot coffee.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Nice quiet location but in easy reach of local attractions. Lovely views across the sea. Very comfortable bed. Pleasant breakfast and dinning rooms overlooking the sea. Very good food for dinner.
Cons: Very basic breakfast compared to wonderful evening meals.
