Pros: Very nice hostal. Clean and comfortable. Very nice bathroom. It’s evident that the owner takes a lot of care and pride in her facility. She was friendly and made us feel welcome.
Cons: The weather was bad and the WiFi was not working. She was unsuccessful in getting that resolved, but was able to get her own internet connection working. We don’t speak Spanish so not having WIFI and no TV made for a long night because, due to the weather, going out wasn’t an option. This property is off The Way so it was a little bit of a walk to find a cafe-bar.

Pros: This was my first time staying at Hotel Gastronómico Casa Rosalia and I would most definitely come back! All the staff were lovely and chatty, with a smile on their face. They went the extra mile and added a little extra romance to the room - which was a lovely touch. Both dinner and breakfast was excellent. I think they change their dinner menu weekly, but there was a good varied choice and each dish was prepared to a high quality. Also appreciated was the fresh fruit basket and water in the room. Great personal experience, looking forward to visiting again.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Soo cozy, clean, spacious room, great food, and everybody makes you feel home and pampered... Jose Manuel is the best host ever, the recepcionists. Modern, clean rooms, comfortable bed in a "Villa".
Cons: If you want the caos of the center of Santiago, then you may not like the tranquility... Personally I can't wait to go back, I felt home and at the same time disconnected... Loved it
8.3 Excellent
Pros: The staff was always incredibly helpful and kind. The hotel looks really nice and it's very comfortable. It was spotless clean. It's proximity to the motorway makes it easy to reach other cities such as Santiago.
Cons: Our room was below the stairs and there was poor noise insulation so we could hear people walking throughout the night. As it was a gastronomic hotel, I was expecting the breakfast to be with fresh home made products instead of the usual industrial hotel.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Very nice hotel, in an authentic building. A beautiful courtyard inside. Dinner at restaurant is a must! Ladies at reception and restaurant are very friendly.
Cons: Breakfast quite simple, but that is fine for such price for the room. No elevator , if it’s important for someone.

Cons: No
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Smack on the Camino Ingles, so very convenient. Great dinner but for me it opens too late for breakfast (not their fault, it’s a tradition over there). Very clean and a good deal. There is a cafe’ restaurant on the ground floor so there is always plenty of drinks and food (try the sangria...). Very convenient laundry possibility. Great commons.
Cons: Staff is... let’s say... harsh but to the point of almost being funny. The shared room was stuffy as the place is on a busy street and the windows keep the noise out but that means no air coming in. The Albergue has s restaurant on the ground floor so the noise is heard until very late. But this is not a problem for those who sleep very soundly.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Very clean and rooms in good condition. Staff busy but doing their job ok
Cons: Found the bathtub a bit deep so have to be super careful when taking a shower in case of a fall. Need a rubberized mat tonprevent slips and falls. This is the only concern I had

Pros: Nice bathroom. Room had nice appearance.
Cons: I and my wife stayed in a private room with twin beds. Both of us were awakened in the middle of the night after being severely bitten by bedbugs. Pros: Lovely welcome, lovely garden, a good spot on the Camino where there isn’t much other accommodation. The dinner was nice. I’ve had better value (ie more food/choice/wine) but we got free aperitifs and some good company! They’ve made the rooms atmospheric and the hallway had pretty tea lights in overnight. Cute.
Cons: The room was cold and we didn’t have an extra blanket. We didn’t ask for one, to be honest, as it was late. It’s a bit off the Camino but not too much- 300km a bit uphill.

Pros: Welcoming
7.9 Good
Pros: We were just looking for a place to rest and it was perfect. We had a delicious cooked meal by Rose who was a perfect hostess. Still would love to have her chicken in sauce recipe! Yum! !Her husband was funny and friendly! We really enjoyed our stay!
Cons: Room was a little small and screen on windows would be great to avoid mosquitoes to come into the bedroom at night!

7.1 Good
Pros: Absolutely gorgeous hotel. Beautifully maintained. Has a pool and garden area, friendly staff and nice touches like fruit in the room. The dining areas are very special and the food is good. The room was comfortable and clean.
Cons: The walls are incredibly thin and the noise level was high. I would strongly recommend staying here because it is a unique and lovely experience, but bring earplugs!

10.0 Excellent
