Cons: From room 205 you hear a tap/water pipe turning off and on every 10 seconds. That was a bit annoying especially late at night.

Pros: staff very friendly and helpful

Cons: only donna provided and not extra blanket. Too hot in bed with just doona. Opened window but extremely noisy.

Pros: The staff were very nice and helpful. It was the first hotel in which I've stayed in Brisbane that advertised free wifi that actually had free wi-fi in the rooms instead of in the lobby or the restaurant next store. It was fast and worked very well.

Cons: It was a bit further walk from downtown. The front desk gal suggested that I take a free bus shuttle, but it turned out to be a beautiful evening, so it was an enjoyable walk, after all. Not really a dislike.
