Quiet location close to the state park and other attractions; excellent hostess. Metallic tap water - couldn't be helped as the building is very old. However, hostess provided as much bottled water as we needed free of charge.
Bed and Breakfast is very convenient to Leisuretown. Clean and quaint. Breakfast on both mornings was excellent. Couldn't be helped because of location and weekend staying but lots of road traffic noise since I had a front room.
We enjoyed staying in a very historical house (1749)and learning about its history. We asked and were shown the other rooms, which were not rented at the time. Breakfast, varied, colorful, filling and very tasty was served at the time requested.
We are frequent travelers but don't stay at many bed and breakfast locations. We think it is too hit or miss depending on the owners. The Lilly Inn is a true HIT due to the owners. Hats off to them and Harold the dog, you all made us feel at home
Great host. Beautiful rooms and decorating. Comfortable beds. Gas fireplaces took the chill out of the air.
The bed and breakfast atmosphere made me feel at home. There was no television in the room in which I was assigned. The television was in another sitting area which was inconvenient for me.
The bathroom was clean and smelled very nice. I did not like the fact there was not t.v. in the room but I appreciate the wireless internet.
