Close to town, very nice food and rooms are comfortable We didnt get all that was included with the luxury room but still had to pay for luxury room.
breakfast had a good selection of food every day
Good service and quiet place, excellent breakfest and in walking distance from the centre Non availability of CNN, Eurosport and other news in english
Great location. Good breakfast. Fine rooms. Good service.
A very clean , well run hotel . Situated in a quiet street but only 5 mins walk to the centre and 10 mins to the bus / railway station . nb . Bus no 76 to the airport runs every 30 mins from a stop inbetween the bus and railway station . The breakfast was excellent ; warm eggs and sausages !! The room was sound proofed , the bed was comfy and the shower very powerful . A bar directly opposite but try Vegas bar at end of the street ; free bowl of soup as soon as you sat down !!! Could not suss out the tv ; Looked for sports channels !
Location was the prime factor i.e. near the city centre. Also it was good value for money. Warm breakfast juices seem to a feature of eastern european hotels and this wasn't an exception.
Service minded staff and the location of the hotel is close to everything in a very nice and quite area of Brno.
We liked the good services from the hotel staff. We liked that is was in very short distance from the city center. It was written that wireless internet is available in public areas, we couldn't find it.
City centre location. They were helpful in getting taxi trips sorted and with translating - staff spoke English well. We only stayed for a weekend as we went for a wedding. The rooms were pleasant with high ceilings and a modern finish. The breakfast area and selection was limited. I think that they were not very busy so it may have been difficult to cater for a few people. The ‘fresh’ flowers on the breakfast table had mould on them they had been used for so long. But all in all I would go there again if I needed a middle-range cost-effective base for my activities. I would not choose it for a romantic or ‘special’ hotel stay.
It was close to the city centre (15 mins. walk). in a broad tree-lined but relatively quite street, which contained a series of restaurants cheaper than those in the centre. Very new hotel. Comfortable room, with small bathroom with excellent shower and bidet. Good breakfast. Friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff. Bathroom had some poor design features, and the room safe refused to work. Breakfast room was very chilly, due to air-conditioning.
Its location makes it easy to get into town. Rooms are spacious and separate toilet and shower is very nice. We had a 3rd floor room - no lift and with 72 steps its hard work getting luggage to your room. 3rd floor rooms have skylights (3) so you have a choice, leave the skylights open and wake up at 0430 with traffic noise/light or close them and wake up at the same time in a hot room - the result if it is raining.
Immaculate new hotel.Very freindly There is some traffic noise in the mornings
I had the big room, very nice indeed, very big bathroom with bath and big shower, very quiet and very friendly personnel The big fridge, wich is nice to have is a bit noisy at time, the room is on the first floor, so no view.
Nice atmosphere, quite place, close to centre No
staff ok, breakfast ok,
The value of the hotel and location was very good and what we needed for the stag-do There was no lift for the boys on the top floor - but not really a major issue!
The hotel is located on a quiet street, parking is at the back of the hotel - strange parking area. Inside the hotel is it very comfortable and the staff and very warm and friendly.
Friendly staff. Young people creating a business. Newly renovated rooms. Beds are very hard. No elevator.
The lift is absent. It's very straing for 4* hotel. The hotel has 3 levels.
