Rooftop patio is wonderful
Parking had to park on street
Clean and modern. Very pleasant.
Location is a little dicey.
The breakfast is good, bagels are from a local bakery.
The front desk changed my rate after check in. The hotel is further from a subway station than I would have liked.
The rooms were small but very clean and comfortable. The hair and skin care products were excellent, professional salon quality, which was a nice treat.
Sketchy location in a very industrial area bordering a public housing project. It was a hub area for taxis, lots of noise, loud discussions at all hours. We were on the 10th flr and heard everything. The elevator was broken, not fun climbing stairs.
Clean, rooftop terrace, customer service
Small bathroom but it was okay!
Location close to Barclay Center & mass transit.
Construction noise in the area.
Every employee was kind and very helpful.
there was a $25 charge to use the hotel parking lot.
Parking was $25/day/per car and wasn't a guaranteed parking spot! If you ever had to leave the hotel, you run the chance of not coming back to a parking spot! Hotel doesn't monitor parking spaces or have a valet to do so...very unprofessional.
Quality experience for an affordable price. Staff was friendly, hotel was clean and above average for the star rating we selected, the breakfast was highly satisfactory, the room was also very clean. Overall, an expectation-exceeding experience.
The milk was a bit sweet, indicating inadequate refrigeration.
The dining area was cold while it was snowing outside
Excellent breakfast. Lots of free parking on the street.
Close to Barclays Center and major trains.
Great service would definitely go back
room was a little tight
the breakfast was nice.
Actually it was just OK. I have been in nicer hotels at the same star level. Certainly it was nice and at a savings of at least $100 from Manhattan hotels (and not much longer a subway ride than the financial district) it was worth it.
15 minute walk from major public transportation hub. Complementary breakfast. Rooftop with city view
Clean sheets (Thank god!) Close to Atlantic terminal, but hotel in a shady neighborhood. Delicious breakfast & 24 hr coffee & chocolate & tea station.
4th floor dingy hotel room with lots of traffic noise throughout the evening. Not a good night's sleep on inadequate, flat and thin pillows.
Ease of check in. Complementary breakfast. Best 2.5 star in Brookkyn
The breakfast was really good Lots of choices. Everything was hot and tasty.
I was unhappy with the fact that I was traveling with my two young children and the room was too small to fit roll away beds so they had to sleep on the floor. There was no availability of rooms with 2 beds.
I liked the modern take on a budget-friendly hotel but felt that some amenities were noticeably missing. The hotel was nice enough and the room was nice and clean. White sheets and towels give you a sense of comfort in Brooklyn, New York.
There was a big delay when you wanted help from the front desk and the breakfast setup was badly laid out and tasteless. Too many people squished into a corner for free food. The blackout curtains were too small and doors too thin so your sleep suffered.
can't complain. room was great,tv good, heat good. only thing bad they gave me a room that look is under the lobby
