Clean, comfortable and good location
Very nice staff and clean hotel.
It is close to the folks we were visiting in Park Slope. It was in a safe place, convenient to shopping and the subway station for connections to all places in NYC. It was inexpensive and a light breakfast was included.
Everything was fine. It is simple, clean, and comfortable for the price. The hotel's immediate neighborhood is not lovely, but the rate would be much higher if it was in the trendy neighborhood just a block away.
very clean bathroom, towels were changed daily
fire alarm testing starting at 8.15 am and lasting for more than 1 hour and sheets were not changed during our 7 nights stay
The staff was friendly and accommodating and security personnel was always visible. Security cameras are on every floor, at each exit, and outside of the building.
The rooms facing the street were noisy. Cars could be heard quite easily at all times of day and night. The corner room was very small with hardly enough room to get past the end of the king-size bed into the bathroom. It was only about two feet from the desk and chair from the end of the bed. Two people would have been bumping into each other and would not have been able to get pass each other if one was seated at the desk. As for location of the property, I would not want my daughter to walk at night the one block from the metro to the hotel because the streets were dinly lit and the area is surrounded by auto repair shops and rough sidewalks.
Cheap comparedto the ntime spend at the hotel. Close to subway
Breakfast room too small and the assortment is very limited
Clean, walking distance to restaurants and public transportation.
Rooms were not very quiet, could here everything in the hall.
Clean rooms, well stocked breakfast, pleasant staff
Parking too limited! We parked in an off-sight Super-8 "lot" and were called down at 11pm to move our car so that another guest could park their truck behind us. They crashed the truck into another guests' car in the process! Needless to say, we found street parking.
