Close to great shopping and the hotel was very clean. Free breakfast not available
Great location. Side door dumps you right out into Settlers Green shopping outlets. Family friendly. Outside of hotel impressive. Inside seems a bit dated but clean.
it was family friendly
Very friendly and helpful staff at hotel with a relaxed atmosphere. lovely outdoor pool and spa and good access to shops. clean and spacious. Great place. Nothing
I liked being so close to these mountains and all the hiking trails.
Convenience for shopping. We found the rooms were getting wore out
Great location. Super nice people. Clean. The 4 guys out in the hall way sitting on the floor having a beer laughing till 1AM. The baby in the room that woke up at 3AM and cried till 5AM. The walls are so thin is was almost like they were in my bath room. I won't stay at this place again.
Location and access to restaurant and shops Great view from room window was ruined by loading dock/dumpster trash collection area.
Lots of families with kids Expensive
Great central Location Rooms are a bit small for a family of five
Situation was ideal for local countryside sightseeing, with Kancamangus highway one way, and the White Mountains the other. For those who need it, retail therapy is on site also with a decent factory outlet. Bargain for the price I paid
the pillows are not excellent... They are so thin. Also the blanket are not enough warm for month novembre.
Room was clean and bed was comfortable. The breakfast was awful.
close to shops and restaurants, easy driving distance to most restaurants in North Conway. Staff very attentive. General decor of the hotel and breakfast room was very tired.
We stayed here before with a bus tour group and liked the atmosphere and general area where it is located. The pool and hot tub are clean and usually have lots of towels. The morning breakfast is second to none...except for the eggs that have cheese squeezed in with no plain eggs to be had...a mere trifle. Our room was cool and we couldn't figure out how to get the heater to work.
Size of room, location, staff was very nice Dated room, no flat screen tv, old furniture that was there when I started going to the green granite 20 years ago.
Fox Ridge offered lots of activities for families, from movies to campfires, mini golf, two pools. The kids enjoyed themselves. The breakfast buffet was free and delicious!
This place was great. Very family friendly, great location . Beautiful grounds. Rooms were a bit old fashion but the resort made up for that. Breakfast included each morning with games to play on the resort.
The staff were so friendly and went out of their way to make sure our stay was great. The room was perfect for us and the grounds are beatiful. Never once felt that closed in feeling that you can get at hotels.Feeling of being in the country but only minutes from shopping, dining and fun. Okay, I am working to find one but would say the television could be updated
Location and facility is great. Beautiful older resort with beautiful grounds and surroundings, Miniature golf available. Personnel were friendly and efficient. Buffet breakfast was good with a variety of hot food and cold juices. Overall a very nice experience. Could have had a better variety of smaller pillows for the bed. Most were pretty large and a bit hard. Probably could have got some different ones if we had asked. It wasn't a big enough issue to make the effort.
I liked that the staff was willing to cater to my family's needs, and though there was a small mix up in the water park they still had plenty to do at the hotel itself, mini golf, swimming hot tub and other things to do around the resort with plenty of shopping available at good prices The wifi was slow and sometimes couldn't connect need to update to better a better internet provider or boost up the internet.
Cleanliness, close to shopping, attractions, restaurants, bars and lakes/mountains. Full breakfast buffet included. Miniature golf, outdoor and indoor pool included. Nothing, everything was great!
Grounds and views are gorgeous. Breakfast is included in the price, and there are always things happening for the kids (roasting marshmallows, movies, ceramics, etc.). There are indoor and outdoor pools, a swingset, miniature golf and a game room. For the price, you can't beat it! The rooms are a bit run down and out dated. The grout in our shower clearly needed redoing.
The view was excellent & timing was perfect as it appeared to not be too crowded. The hot tub & pool were wonderful as well as the hospitality from the staff members. Beds were spacious but not very comfortable- would be a problem if we stayed more than two nights.
Loved the convenience of being so close to everything. The free breakfast is the best we've seen in quite a while. The people next to us were obnoxious and loud. Their kids were playing hockey in the hallways and running up and down the stairs in their suite, which completely shook our room.
- Breakfast free, yay and choices for everyone. - wifi free (albeit a little slow during peek hours) - friendliness of entire staff and willingness to accommodate - Lots of great activities for kids and young families - Being right in North Conway allows you to get to literally anywhere without too much of a hike. - Needed a last minute cot, and was easily accommodated. - Great options for pools! - Third party check in was more confusing on what had been paid and what had not been paid. And rate had gone down since we booked. - Furniture and building dated. - TV in room very, very small - Electrical challenged trying to charge multiple devices, not many outlets in rooms. - Additional hooks suggested for hanging up towels and clothing. There was a free wall that could have had two towel racks for added space. A family of 4 would make great use of it.
Location, surroundings The room wasn't cleaned the next day
The Hotel was good value for money. Excellant Breakfast with lovely views. ur room was on the second floor - The steps are high and not comfortable, and we are young people!
Great location, big rooms, local feel
Room was clean and cute, we have been here before and loved it Someone is the near by room was definitely smoking weed because our room smelled like pot all night and also in the morning, not the most pleasurable experience, not really the inns fault but I'd assume they do a walk around the place. You could smell it from afar
The whole place is so nice.... each room has its own area to relax.... Never stayed at an Inn before, and so glad we did at this one... The A/C didn't cool down the room as much as we like and a queen bed just doesn't cut it... both no big deal... the place so was no nice we didn't care....
Quiet and lovely
great location, especially loved the fireplace and jetted tub after a long hike! another guest smoking weed, stunk up the place for a few hours twice during our stay...
I made a same-day reservation through KAYAK. On my arrival, I was greeted and promptly assured that my reservation and payment were both on the books. I walked the short 1/2 block to the main street, and was able to explore the shopping area and found a delightful surprise in Zeb's General Store. Located just off the main road isn't a concern to noise levels - I was on a ground floor room on the side of the building toward the main street and my room was perfectly quiet! A perfect location in the heart of town - and LOADS to do within walking distance.
The inn had a very homey, yet super clean feel to it. The Woodstove, hardwood floors and decor gave it a beautifully rustic vibe. I mentioned my sweeties allergies and the staff made sure we were in an appropriate room.
We had a lovely stay at the Inn. We had booked a smaller room which was perfect for us. It is in the "downtown" area of North Conway just a short drive from Settler's Green and walkable to all the local stores. Bed was comfy and the staff were very nice. We would definitely stay there again
It was clean and inviting. The bed was comfortable and the A/C was efficient and kept the room nice and cool. The offering of coffee and juice was a nice thought but it was poorly executed.
The Hotel is a little ways away from the main street tourist area, but close enough to visit without being disturbed by it. They took care to make sure the golf and rock climbers did not interfere with the guests. They are very helpful and courteous and friendly. Very beautiful setting, and not a cookie cutter establishment. Single brew coffee maker was a nice touch, but coffee supply was not re-filled for second day, and cups and glasses were not replaced with clean ones.
Staff was very helpful. Room was not cleaned on one day. very busy day
The staff at this hotel is incredible. They go out of their way to ensure you are happy and comfortable. They setup activities for children on the weekends leading up to Christmas and the water park is wonderful for kids of all ages. This year our room was located just outside of the water park, this added to the noise level. The staff could have controlled the older children in the young children area of the water park better.
A little firm bed would be nice. While on bed, Bedsheet cover comes out from all corner.
The water park and the staff
Very clean, large room, brerakfast included, modern and well maintained. Breakfast was a chaos - like a feeding frenzy and very noisy - more a reflection on the other guests than the hotel.
I liked the casual ambience of the hotel generally, although I thought the Reception staff were a little too 'casual', but then I'm English and am used to hotel staff in a uniform etc.! In particular I liked the area where it was possible to get hot and cold drinks etc at anytime of the day, and where breakfast was served, giving my daughter and me a place to meet up with the friends we were travelling with. The room was very comfortable, and gave us everything we needed. I want one of those pillows! For an overnight stay I thought it gave excellent value for money.
Location Not having a restaurant/lounge for the adults.
Great location for winter skiing and summer family fun at the adventure parks. Hotel is a little dated but clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good. Wifi did not work properly and staff was not able to help.
I loved the hominess of the place No dislikes
We've been going to Merrill Farm for about 20 years now. Its always like coming home. Same atmosphere , same smell...just fabulous.
The hotel unreachable by any GPS/Never lost system !!! Wrong address in web site. Old equipment and facility.
Very well maintained for an older property, clean and comfortable
Great breakfast with homemade muffins, connected campus old-style buildings with rustic accents. Friendly staff, plenty of parking right next to the river and beautiful views of the white mountains.
Breakfast was excellent Beds were lacking in space. Bathroom just ok. Pillows were bad.
Staff was friendly and helpful, helped with room selection and restaurant suggestions. Parking was somewhat limited.
Breakfast, room comfort and good housekeeping
Almost evereything The beds everytime out of us moved its sound
Loft was spacious Hot Tub was new and clean Pricing was great No Hallway noises Could be heard at all Very comfortable beds and Hot Water 2 Flatscreen TVs in the Loft Room Would have like 1 more bed in the Loft Room (as it is supposed to sleep 4, but the max is more comfortably 3 people. Hotel WiFi was never working properly. Breakfast was very weak - practically nothing, and it was cleaned up so fast in the morning it really doesn't even count as breakfast. No 24 hour desk service - Front Desk closed around 10PM.
I loved the warm homemade muffins in the morning. The antique furniture is quaint. I also loved the cookies in the afternoon idea. The gas fireplace going off and on throughtout the night was somewhat disturbing.
I was pleasantly surprised by the updated bathroom, cleanliness, overall comfort, and very friendly staff. Good coffee in the lobby in the morning, quiet room in the building out back. Closely located to shops and restaurants.
staff, shower, warm room comfortable bed
Large comfortable rooms and beds Breakfast disappointing no toast mufffins etc offered and no gluten free bakery Fresh fruit also poor
My view from Suite 311 was unexpected and very much appreciated I;ve stayed here a few times and always had an indoor pool to use. Now we do not.
Indoor water park was the best thing for the kids!
The onsite bar, restaurant and indoor water park.
The water park was great.. We lkoved it Please write at least 15 words We booked a kind bed, and was told your site didn't put king bed
The indoor waterpark is great. The price was a bit high for the hotel room and admission to the waterpark.
Water park was great fun for the kids, much bigger than I expected. Rooms were just ok, more of a motel room than a nice hotel. Sufficient but nothing spectacular, especially for the money. Room was too expensive, but I figured that's how they pay for the water park. Upon arrival I found out the water park is not included, there's another 100 bucks.
Waterpark and activities for the kids Staff were not friendly at checkin
The hotel staff were very friendly and accomodating. They have a waterslide park indoors and in order for and adult to watch their children even if they don't use the park there is a $10.00 charge. The towels they provide are very small and should purchase larger ones poolside. These are suggestions to improve on.
The rooms are absolutely huge which is great when travelling with young children. It easily accommodated our jogging stroller and pack n play. On site restaurants are helpful when not wanting to leave the property with young children who may not make it through a meal. Mom or dad can just take the child back to the room, meals can be packed to go, etc. Playground, game room and water park on site gives children a lot of room to burn off energy. Our room wasn't cleaned during our stay. I don't understand why the cleaning attendants would go into our room, pull up the bedsheets and leave. Not take dirty glasses, not empty trashes and not wipe the vanity and sink. I have no issues with my room not being cleaned, but I do have issue with cleaning staff entering my room to just pull up bed sheets (and not even make them even). Seems sketchy, like they just wanted access to the room. Next time I'll leave the do not disturb sign on the door.
From the start Dwyer and the front desk staff were beyond accommodating. They help get us in early, moved stuff around to allow us to extend our stay an additional day and went to great lengths to make sure our 4, 5 , and 10 yr olds had a great time. We are looking forward to retuning whenever possible. The only negative was the cost of breakfast. With a family of 5 on a tight vacation budget the 76$ cost of a buffet breakfast (before tip, 90$ after) was a bit excessive. The 2 younger children barely had anything because they wanted to get in the pool asap. We ended up eating at friendly's down the street for 30$(tip included) with the 50% off mon-fri breakfast special.
Very friendly and welcoming. Great breakfast, more than we expected for a selection. The pool and hot tub were a plus after hiking all day. Great location off the main road yet close enough to the restaurants for dinner. Could use some maintenance on the outside of the building as it looks a little run down. But we will go back for sure.
Friendly staff, great breakfast, clean rooms. I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely go back again!
We only like the proximity to the Cranmore Mountain Resort Old B&B, clogged toilet, old mattress, the heat in the room was locked and we were unable to adjust since the temperature outside was freezing. There was not hot water!!! I DO NOT RECOMMENDED THIS OLD B&B. Very Creepy.
Breakfast was very good Floors were slanted. Room was small. No view. A/C was in bathroom.
Great Location. Super Breakfast. Friendly staff
Great breakfast, friendly staff and excellent proximity to Cranmore. I would go back again.
room amenities,decor, and comfort.
Great suite, mattress was dreamy.
Living room separate area. Especially liked the kitchenette with full refrigerator. Location of heat for room. It was hot air heat and when it came on it blew directly onto the bed. Woke me every time it came on.
Excellent place to stay while visiting the white mountains!
The hotel was very clean and the staff was extremely nice and very helpful in regards to the area I.e. Restaurants & things to do locally. The bed was horribly uncomfortable. The worse sleep we have had ever. Our backs were sore every morning we woke up. Also the jacuzzi that we had been looking forward to using was broken. Those were our two biggest issues. Unfortunately for the price I paid I felt like I would have been much happier at another hotel nearby.
The owners were very nice and were able to suggest local restaurants and areas of interest. The room was extremely peaceful and quiet.
Spruce Moose is a cute B&B walkable to the downtown area with stores and restaurants, etc. It was the perfect location for skiing at Cranmore and going out at night. The owners were so warm and welcoming - overall a great experience! My only complaint is that the shower in the Audubon room is extremely small and the shower head is a bit low for me at 5'11'. :) Other than that, the room was very clean and comfortable.
I appreciated the welcoming nature of the hosts and the quaint feel of the main house. None.

Cozy, comfortable, relaxing, rustic. Breakfast included. Small shower, no tub. Late breakfast. (We didn't get to eat the home cooked breakfast because it didn't start until 8:30am.)

The resort was very nice. More of a classic NE resort at a great location. Easy walking to eat, shop, etc.
i enjoyed the hotel being central to north conway. we enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi alot.the room was spaciouse for my wife and child with our wiew was as good as other hotels ive stayed at in north conway.
Position in town was good for exploring area, pool looked good, nice coffee shop. I did not like our room, if we had known we had pull down beds, we would not have booked. Also the lay out is wrong, with the pull down bed along side the kitchen, I found sleeping with the fridge next to me very difficult due to it coming on and off in the night. We also had a door linking ours to the next room, the family in this room arrived after 11pm and made so much noise the door could have been open.
My reservation confirmation said that breakfast was available at the hotel for an additional charge, but this was not the case. We would not have used the hotel had we known that.
kitchen with all the necessary utensils, nice room with sofa and dvd player
I liked that most everything in town was within walking distance.
Place was very clean and the unit we were in had everything you need for an entire week. Full Kitchen, etc.
closeness to downtown shopping and eating old, musty worn out feeling
the hotel was fairly quiet and well positioned in n.conway.
The location was ideal in the centre of town eliminating the need for late evening or nighttime driving.
Charming, clean, large rooms. Great price. Location perfect to outlet shopping. After your stay you will receive a christmas card from the sweet elderly owners.
Friendly and attentive staff, location is close to everything but offers some privacy, easy check in and check out! No
Clean, cozy, beautiful out. The moment of opening the door came the smelly odor. Lack of air flow, small but kept clean though.
Old but well maintained. Everything worked. Bed was comfortable. Not far from downtown area.

Good location, the owner was very polite...the room was clean No
Junge's has a quiet, laid-back appeal without frills, hype and amenities of larger and more expensive hotels: You spend a night here relaxing and sleeping, and, going out for entertainment. The live-in staff is pleasant with the rooms clean and neat. Although a coffee pot and microwave are not provided, there is a DD and a 99 restaurant (with take out) walking distance on the same side of the road.
The price. You can't beat the price for a room in North Conway on a busy weekend. The staff is friendly and accommodating. The rooms are a bit dated, but what do you expect for a cheap motel.
Polite staff. Clean room. Bed was very hard and uncomfortable. Facility is very old.
Old fashioned character...reminded me of traveling in the 60's. Very clean, comfortable beds.
Good location for scenic railway, lots of character Squeaky floorboards
location and staff are very good rooms r little small but as per cost its ok
