The Spring Hill Terraces is fairly centrally located, being within comfortable walking distance from the centre of Brisbane. The phone system appears to be somewhat erratic (misattributing of call charges)
Close to the train station
quiet and comfortable heater of air-conditioning doesnt work
The room. very happy :) No
studio set up, helpful staff
The staff were extremely helpful and kind. They tried to make my stay as comfortable as possible
Very close to the city/valley so easy to get around. Very friendly & helpfull staff. Would definatly stay again.
The location is strategic because I just need to walk around 5 minutes to reach the train station. On the other hand, it is near to Chinatown whicn I can find my favourate food around there However, the hotel need their guest to share bath room which is not very convinience for the family stay but it okay for the couple to stay.
It was clean, comfortable, with helpful staff The room was very stuffy during the night but we could have put the ac fan on and didn't.
The owner make a fantastic service and they are very frindly. All is clean and the swimming pool good when is hot weather all
The helpfulness of wayne and especially Joshua stood out. They were responsive to needs and available well outsode the suggested office hours. The hotel was basic, possibly in need of an overhaul but certainly sufficient as a place to sleep and drnk a few beers. The state some of the other guests left the communal facility in after hours. Overall happy with the facility.
The resident managers were always cheerful, and helpful within their capacity. The entire property and grounds are rundown and poorly maintained. Cable tv and wireless internet is advertised but reception was unreliable and vitually unusable. The main reception area is small and smells strongly of cigarette smoke.
The rudest, unprofessional staff I have ever seen. I don't know how he got into a duty manager position. I stayed in all kind of places due I travel a lot - Hostels to 5 Star Hotels and I clearly know what to expect. This is hell even my mum and my grandmother who traveled with me have never seen something horrible and disappointing like this. Do yourself a favor and don't book a room here hostels a better than this place. Waste of time and money
Very very good room with kitchen and ensuite bathroom. Big and really clean. Nice staff. Friendly for luggage store. Cheap room. Little far to city center.
The reason for my stay was the close location of the Royal Brisbane Hospital. The proximity to China Town was good,as I did not want to drive after parking--and could walk down for my dinner. After my medical procedure it was a quiet place to rest before driving back home.I was a bit disapointed that I could not order a hot breakfast.Could this be that management are not prepared to pay the extra wage cost involved with providing this service?
The front desk was very helpful, Coach trans dropped me off within 1 min walking distance to hotel. Little further from the CBD than i thought, but not that bad if you don't mind walking a little bit...
It's close proximity to the work site I was visiting. Did not like the room given to me because the air conditioning was not working, the bed was not comfortable, the TV set was very old and the reception was very bad.
It was close to the Royal Women s Hospital Their was know information on where you could could go to get something to eat or for Dinner when you don't have transport, and shower needs to be fixed
Close to hospital and Public Transport
Pleasant staff. Very helpfull. Great location and affordable. Hard bed
Clean, value for money, easy to travel to the football
It was a very clean and functional room
We requested and were given a quiet room.Staff member was extremely helpful with directions we were seeking. There were a lot of stairs for my partner to negotiate with a torn knee ligament. Also due to a hip replacement he finds a shower over the bath more difficult to manage.
Close and convenient to shops, friendly service and very accomadating It was located on a busy road, which left little for privacy whilst sitting on the balcony.
It was located very close to a function my family was attending and so we chose it for its location. We were very happy with the facilities. The jack-hammering in the morning caused us to leave earlier than expected so we spent more time at the airport instead.
Good location and easily accessible. Good facilities in a large room and undercover parking was an advantage. The quote I received was $139 for 2 people, in a studio apartment. I was travelling with my daughter. On checkout I was charged an extra $16 for my daughter. There was only 2 of us in the room as per the quote. Why the extra charge?
close to shopping
It was close to Toowong, Indoorpilly and Taringa, which were all required for this weekend. Breakfast was not actively or obviously promoted.
Close to where we needed to be. Close to good shopping and the city. Easy to get to and good parking. Spacious and private.
Liked the fact the room had a balcony No Ground floor rooms, for person with sore leg.
